Very pleasant experience. It was clean. Everything seemed to work. The prices are on the low side of average (which was fabulous!) The other people inside seemed nice, or at least cordial. It is small, so I could see it being hard for a claustrophobic person during busy times, but it is spaced well for what they have. I highly recommend it. One note of caution: the curb from the street to the lot is a large dip. Pull in slowly if you dont have a good clearance height.

There’s no assistance or anything if the machines don’t work. The Laundromat environment is in poor condition. Some of the washers and dryers are broken without any notice. You end up wasting detergent/money on operating them. Theres no resources to contact anyone for refunds.

There were only two laundry carts and the homeless woman and her son had them in use with their personal belongings.

Admittedly, Im not a habitual user of laundromats, but this one had exactly what I needed: Oversized washing machines for our ridiculous comforter collection! The options were triple ($3), maxi ($4), and mega ($5) - I probably could have fit two of them into the triple, but I wanted to make sure they got properly clean, so maxi it was.And clean they are! Im pleased. Im lucky enough to own my own washer and dryer, so I took them home to dry them, so I cant give any information on the dryers other than to say they did have machines large enough that I could have fit two out of the three comforters in them at once.What knocked a star off for me was the fact that theres only one bench, so I ended up sitting on the windowsill; and I had to smack the face of one of the machines once to get my quarter to drop through and register. That may be what other customers are talking about when they say the machines are eating coins - I suppose Im lucky hitting it worked in my case.But Im definitely going to make this my go-to place for washing oversized items! Im so happy to finally have these dumb things clean.

It took me 4 Clorox wipes to clean 1 machine inside. It was so filthy. Spider webs behind the machines. I have to use Clorox wipes to clean the table before I use it because it looks like it hasnt been wiped down in months. The dryers are turned down so you have to use more money to dry your clothes.

No hand sanitizer no good ventilation.

Need to remodel the place for better outcome of patrons. Not clean enough.

I was robbed for the second time at Store 19, in Waldo. The first time, I called several times. I was ignored. Fine, maybe, it was only that the machine ran out of change. That doesnt excuse the stealing from someone, and that is what they did when they ignore my calls and refused to call me back. I just left a message because you can never contact a person, you only get the voicemail. I let them know their coin machine stole another $5 from me, the first time was $10. The light was not on until after I put in the money.......... If they ignore me this time, this review is not all that I will do, I will contact whatever agency that it takes. I do not like being robbed. Knowingly keeping someones money, is stealing!!!! Ive told you for the second time, if you do not give me back my money, you are no better than any other thief.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When their machines take your money theres nobody here to fix it time and time again. They do not put out of order signs on them and then worst of all they dont return your calls. The poor people in this town have no other option than this crap hole laundromat. Im thinking I should call the news and get them involved I cant believe this place is allowed to have a business license.

If there was a way to not chose a star i would. The so called attendant there doesnt keep the place clean. She just sits on her backside with her children and grandchildren running around. One of her grand sons even attempted to grab some of my quarters from the change machine while i was standing right there. I turned away for just a second and he dips his hand in the slot. Little did he know i had already grabbed my quarters.The other day there was water all over the floor and she didnt even bother to mop it up. I had to do it myself. One of the machines took money from me as well and i wont be refunded. The laundry mat is also sweltering in the Florida heat. All in all if you dont mind having constant riff raff and trash on the floor that never gets picked by a so called attendant who i have no clue how she got that job then sure go there. Other than that, find another place.

This is one of worst laundromat Im Gainesville, not only do they steal from their patrons but the city of Gainesville allows them to do it. I had frequently used washers and had money taken from me at this laundromat but never in access. I have called and left so many messages about broken dryers or inoperable washing machines only to not have a response back and to top it all off they installed debit card machines which will go into your account and take 65 dollars for a each swipe.What makes this business even worse is that they fail to keep up the building but continue to withdraw funds faithfully. I will be filing a class action suite against this establishment asap so if you are here because of negligence on their behalf please reach me by email

I wash my clothes there clean, affordable and open from 6:30 till 9 p.m.

No hot water no heat to dryers. Called number posted, left several messages, no called returned. DO NOT USE!!!!!

The WORST! There is no one there to help! I used so much soap and my money on a load that was washing with NO water and I called the customer service number for a hour NO ANSWER! I just literally wasted my money and my night because now I have to stay an rewash this load
