First Off I Would Like To Thank Kevin And The Staff At Kw Gear & Hydraulic For The Repairs Done In A Rush On A Davis Standard Extruder Gearbox That Had Crashed On Us Last Week The Oem Wanted a 4 To 6 Weeks Lead Time On. a Basic Rebuild When That Wasn’t What We Needed Few Of The Gears Had Gone Bad in Our 6 Inch Extruder Drive Kw Gear Promised Us a Cost savings Of Near 60% And a 5 Day Turn Around I Highly Recommend Them On Any Type Of Gearbox Repair Needs I will Also Be Sending Them The Extruder Screw & Barrel For Repair In The Near Future Thank You Kevin! Again For Saving Us The Down Time .....

First I wanna say awesome company and staff when one of our Falk Gearboxs went down we knew some gearing went bad sure enough after we popped the lid we seen the damage so I called Falk to see if we can get this unit repaired but the lead time was outrageous! 6 weeks turn around time so I started searching the internet and came across kw gear and hydraulic I reached out to them and noticed they mentioned they do rush repairs and I was curious I asked what’s there turn around times like when it’s done in a rush they told me it would be 24 to 48 hrs on a Gearbox of this size so we had them pick it up from us and sure enough they kept there word on the turn around time gearbox runs fine no more noise no vibration runs like new I highly recommend them they even paid for the freight thanks guys .....

Highly recommended service we run a 24 hour food processing operation KGH Saved us a lot of money from buying a new Nord gearbox replacement great turn around time and onsite service when we reached out to get a quote they sent down someone to inspect our equipment to determine how long it would take they offered to give us a free quote and we said yes!.. but the gearbox was on top of our industrial freezer and had no idea how to remove so we asked if they can have it removed and surely enough they had it done that same day they arranged a night removal / pickup they sent us a quote we approved and got it done thank you guys so much highly appreciate that little extra you guys went on the removal and install thank you guys so much 👍🏻

I just want to share my experience with these people. At first I was very optimistic because they were responsive with calling me back, seemed knowledgeable, and came out to pick up my final drive. Said they could rebuild it for $1700. After they got it they upped the price to $2200. It was still cheaper than buying a rebuilt one so we went with it. After they had it for weeks they finally brought it back to my house and I went out to Alabama to install this thing several hundred miles from my house and once I installed it it leaked. Was the same as it was before! I was upset but took the hit and took it back to this company and said we need it fixed right. After several more weeks I finally got it back and I was upset by this point. I drove back out to Alabama to install this thing for a second time and it still leaked again! After a call back to them I got ignored and they did not answer my calls. I asked forHalf the money back and the guy hasn’t even called me back! Do not recommend this place at all! The next course of action for me as a civil suit but I just wanted to share my experience to save you from the hassle

I would like to thank Kevin at kw gear hydraulic very good gentlemen they have saved us over half the cost of buying a new dodge txt 9 quick turn around had us up and running in only a few days I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the need of a rush emergency gearbox repair the high speed pinion and bull gear went bad in our unit he repaired all gear replaced the bearings and seals and he didn’t even charge me for the freight thank you ... so yes I will continue to use them on any other units
