Worst experience ever, as soon as she opened the door she had a bad attitude for no reason, we argued for a bit and turned right back around I dont deal with that BS, she even tried to touch my son in a rude way. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They have Zero Patience and apparently she was the doctor and manager. Do Not Recommend ZERO STARS for me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Felt and attitude when she stepped in with my 3 year old.I respect my elderly but this woman just didn’t deserve it. Would of know or seen this comments I would have not gone in. The receptionist was awsome though. Doesn’t matter how manny diplomas you got. It’s how you treat you costumers too.

Why would I want to return to a place I rated one star and left me with a horrible experience and poor customer service? Thankfully I never paid you from my own money. Only vocational rehabilitation and SSA did. As I told you when asked why, I needed proof of purchase to have my hearing aids reprogramed with newer mappings with a different audiologist who I’d gladly pay out of pocket to avoid having to work with you again.

My 2 year was set for a hearing test. Less than 5 minutes, attendant stopped the test. Wonder how much my insurance gets charged....

Dr. Bellows has been my audiologist and helping me with my hearing loss for many years. She is kind, compassionate, and awesomely knowledgeable. I am so happy to have someone I trust 100%. It is also nice being able to get my supplies for my hearing aid all in one place. I highly recommend.

If you are referred here for your child GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The girl up front is wonderful and very nice but the audiologist needs to reevaluate her career. My one year old needed to be evaluated and since this was summertime I had to bring my 6 and 4 year old with me as well. The office and equipment is old and leaves much to be desired. There were a few magazines on a coffee table that my one year old scattered around. As I asked my boys to help put them back on the table as the audiologist snapped at my youngest and made a backhanded comment about how the magazines shouldn’t be touched. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and all but tell my older kids to shut up when they were asking questions about the sound box. They were quiet during the evaluation but she acted like just their presence was bothering her. Lastly, when she asked my son to touch his nose and I told her he didn’t know that yet she told me he should and then said just forget it and ended the evaluation. I don’t doubt that she is smart and qualified to do her job but her personality and attitude need a MAJOR overhaul.

Everyone at the office is nice and helpful. From day one I have felt at ease and confident I was in the hands of knowledgeable people. Admitting to myself I had a hearing problem and getting help for it has changed my life.

Dr. Bellows is an expert at what she does! I trust her completely with my own health and my kids. Definitely the best audiologist in town. No need to go anywhere else.

Doc comes off as someone that doesnt do well with children or has none so she doesnt need to talk about what my child should know by now and shouldnt. I know what my child should and shouldnt know. the problem is he cant hear thats whys we are here.

Audiologist not good with children. She was frustrated because my child wouldnt follow directions and made a huge deal about it. This is part of the reason we had him tested. Not recommended for children.
