Everyone was very cordial and willing to explain what they were doing and how they would accomplish their task! They were helpful in getting our Insurance Company to understand and agree to our roof repairs and other needs. They worked from sun up to sun down and completed the job in one day! They protected our Deck and flowers with tarps & took special care not to damage our flowers. I had been putting off getting a roof replacement for too long because I dreading dealing with some roofing company I did not know or trust. After my neighbor had a roof replaced by then and was happy with the work and service I decided to act. We had a simple repair to shingles which were part of a 7 year old re-roofing job by previous owner. They shifted and created a potential leak area. This company has been amazing on this journey to a new roof! They were our advocate the entire time. Insurance originally denied a full roof replacement. Hewatt came in and inspected the roof, provided all the photos and wrote such a detailed and articulate (this is a quote from the insurance agent LOL) that the decision was made to replace the entire roof! On roofing day, they showed up on time and finished quickly. They cleaned up absolutely everything and were wonderful to work with! I will recommend them to everyone I know.

My roof was replaced 2 years ago by Rapid Response. A few months ago I realized I have a leak. It was worse after the storm Ida. I sent 2 emails and left 2 messages for Rapid Response with NO response. I called Chris and he came on Labor Day. He found and fixed the issue same day!!! The issue was CAUSED BY Rapid Response and has been leaking since my new roof was installed. 😡Beware of warranties. I cant say enough good things about this company! Chris Earls is one of the most helpful, professional, and courteous people Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. As a single mom with one income, I was terrified when I noticed that my roof was leaking. The roof was pretty old, so I was sure I would have to come up with the funds to replace it. I highly recommend Hewatt Roofing for all roofing issues. Jerry Hewatt did an excellent job replacing a very leaky sunroom roof on my house in 2017. Very reasonably priced and great quality work. None of the other roofers I called were even polite about refusing any job less than whole-house roof replacement. So, when the shingles along my house roof perimeter were pried up to remove unsatisfactory gutter guards and then left that way, I called Hewatt again this June for help. Chris came out and quickly set things to rights--without charging me, which was totally unexpected. As a bonus in addition to their professional skills, interacting with Jerrys wife in the office is delightful. Kudos to this business!

We called Hewatt Roofing and within a few hours they came to our house and gave us a very thorough inspection. Chris went over all the details and explained everything very clearly. Ive tried for 7 years to get All Insurance to replace or defective and damaged Atlas Chalet roof to no avail. Im a Realtor and have sold many homes whose insurance companies have easily worked with homeowners for replacement. Every week roofers reps have stopped at out door and promised to get our claim through with All State, I would venture a guess at approx 100 guys stopped and rang our bell.
