Communication needs to be a bit better. Only had one assignment with a bad employer and that has ended.

This is one of if not the best temp service I have had the pleasure to work with. Not only did they set me up with a job I really wanted but they answered all my questions promptly and their service goes above and beyond. Tiffany is amazing at what she does and is always willing to help. Don’t hesitate to give them a try, you won’t regret it.

First time I have ever used a staffing agency. Michele found a job for me quickly. After we got the kinks worked out everything is going well. Hopefully when this assignment ends they will find me something else quickly also.

My husband has worked through this temp service past the 90 day mark. Was promised an interveiw and a permanent position with the company he was assigned to well over 2 months ago... Now, he along with 4 others who work with him, who have worked hard to get those promotions.. Are not getting them, the company is choosing to not use them, an is choosing to let them all go because they cant afford to hire them on. ( i get times are hard and the company has to do what they have to do)... But, This temp agency has done nothing, to treat these workers like actual workers...They dont send these workers to new assignments when displaced. They also dont even provide the unemployment office with documentation on the hours lost when work is slow, and or if you recieve below 30 hours per week... Youre just out of luck! Definitely unprofessional business here, and lots of unreliability.

This is a really great temp service. I drove an hour past several other temp angencies and I was very happy that I did. The staff there is super understanding and resourceful. No matter who you are or what your past is, they will find a job that meets your criteria. My agents name was Loren Roland...shes located in the Gainesville Ga office. All the agents there are great and very friendly. I walked in signed some papers, took a drug test, and then forklift test and boom I was hired. 14.50hr and goes up once hired on full time. They have really great paying clients. I definitely would recommend this agency!

I have used this service many times. If you want work and work hard then they will find you work. I’ve done short assignments and longer assignments. They’ve been good to me.

Terrible agency. I stopped by 1 week before I quit my previous job to ask for help in finding another job once I left. I spoke to whom seems to be the manager of the office, Christiana and never heard back from her since our first communication in person. I just dont understand how you can for starters call yourself a office manager and a temp agency and not even do your job. Forget this place, go SOMEWHERE ELSE! RUN!!

Although they had fired me.. but the great thing is a permanent job contacted me that upcoming Monday. So thank youu soo much! You ladies are truly the best and randstad as a temp service is the best one I ever been in! If I could give randstad a rating of 10 stars I would.

A word of advice: ALWAYS request an email containing the rate of compensation along with a description of the position that you are considering interviewing for. I have worked with a few different temp agencies previously, including Randstad, and have never had an issue until dealing with this particular branch. Their level of professionalism and diplomacy toward their temps is incredibly poor. Finding positions with them is difficult. You are often overlooked or forgotten about when new positions become available for which you qualify, even if they have notified you prior to the positions becoming available during your weekly call to them. Manually applying for positions on their website results in never getting a response back. Trying to input/submit your initial time sheet in a new assignment turns into an ordeal due to the fact that the new assignment is never set up on their end once you get the assignment. Appointments have been scheduled with no notice of cancellation due to the agent not being able to keep the appointment. There are good branches, and there are bad. This one needs quite a bit of work.

Lucinda Bennett was my husbands staffing agent at the Gainesville branch and is certainly the reason were giving a 5 star review. We used the Athens office prior to this one and we were not impressed.

I was in need for a job. attended college, never in trouble, and quick learner and computer savvy. they told me they had no job for me. while another guy Caucasian said i have a record for battery, DUI and has no computer skills and they Randstad representative says to him i dont believe in system we can get you a job. I asked about the same job and i apparently did not meet the qualifications. even though i did. He kept saying to me that we dont have any jobs for you. I took the Hint and left they guy laughing as i left. They are NOT EQUAL OPPORTUNITY.

I have had an extremely unpleasant experiences with this agency. They are extremely unprofessional and treat their employees unfairly. I would not recommend them to any business looking for help with staffing. Go to another location. Randstad is a great company. This location is certainly not a good representation of the brand.

Since I no longer work for Ranstad they decided its not important to pay me on Wednesdays like normal. I have apparently have no value as human being because im not generating them revenue as before. Had me working for a terrible company that worked you 12 hours a night four nights a week and have you scheduled so you get no overtime. You get paid 33 hours a week to work in a plant with a heat index of 210 degrees andthat promise you get a 20 percent bonus for working for them. When you finally get your paycheck, you realize you were shorted the 20 percent bonus for working night shift, you ask wheres its at? (Its bad enough you get paid several dollars less an hour to start the first day by using a frivilous temp service), but youre also not eligible for the 20 percent for doing the same work, because you came through a temp service. My advice, never, ever, ever use a temp service like Ranstad because you will be screwed in the beginning and the end!!

Man it been tough for me since I lost my job with Randstad, it was an ok job but check this out the girls at Randstad work so hard to find me another job and they did just that then its a better job and more money and great people and 7 minutes from my house Im never going anywhere thanks to Randstad they the best.

Michelle Guinn is rude and disrespectful. She is unwilling to help anyone that does not serve her own interests. Do not go to this staffing agent, yet another corporate giant that has lost track of what makes their company run. People.
