This new staffing is growing in such a fast speed because Gio has been helping locals for 3 generations to find a job and he has a whole city of Gainesville following him to any staffing he goes to work for!I started working for him as a temp at “Piedmont Labs” now days called “KIK” this is back when he started with Tandem staffing in 1999 I think.You may think he is quite serious when you walk in but when you get to interview with him, he turns very friendly and comfortable to work with him and the rest of his staff.I was in search for a new job due to the pandemic and he was able to help me and a family member to find a new career the same day!
