I love how I’m on my lunch break rn and I can’t get food because Woodforest is trash I literally have 830$ and my card got declined multiple times

Ive not had any problems, however I wanted to point out the hours listed here are not correct. Perhaps its a temporary change because of the COVID-19 situation, but they now close at 5pm Monday through Friday. If the change is permanent or temporary, they should do more to let their customers know so one of them doesnt make a 30 minute drive for nothing.

We have used this bank for many years now. Kind and courteous staff. We really enjoy their online banking option. Dont see us going anywhere else for our banking needs any time soon.

Has anyone else had issues with Woodforest National Bank in Gainesville Tx Walmart???? I just left a review on their page sooooo. I guess well see what happens.#myreviewNote: Ive been banking with Woodforest National Bank in Gainesville Walmart for 3-5 yrs, within the last year my banking experince has been inconvenient and humiliating on numberous occasions, My experince with Woodforest in the past 12 months has signifcantly changed. This last year my debit card has been declined (with money in my account) at least 4-6 times because my account was shut off because of suspected fruadlent activity, low quality of my card or actual fraudlent activity using a pin at an ATM (which occured the previous occasion my card was declined before this evening at the grocery store) . Im beginning to feel harrassed and beginning to take my new founded banking experience personally. My question is, after having a wonderful banking experience other than this last 12 months with Woodforest National Bank should I find a different banking institute or should I be loyal and trust that there is something we can do to better my experience with Woodforest National Bank in Gainesville Texas Walmart?

The staff at Woodforest are awesome! They go out of their way to help me at least once or twice a week. I would recommend them for all your banking needs.

Im giving this branch, not Woodforest, 2 stars. And its because of their ATM. There seems to always be something wrong with it especially after hours. Wether the terminal is just down or its out of money. First of all, if you are the only branch around for several miles, you need to keep that ATM well stocked. It should be checked before you even close the branch for the day. Second, I think this particular ATM needs to be replaced because it seems to be more broken down than out of money!

The help they give is so useful and it was so easy there great I would recommend them to anyone!!!
