Terrible service and a rip off. Waited 3 hrs with a toddler to get shunned aside so he can take care of his other customers while we had an appointment. He was pre-paid $50 with a $5 tip and only refunded us $35 when we needed to leave. Hes a thief!

Had a horrible experience with this business ownerJames- During the week I made an appointment for my vehicle for the upcoming Sat 12/7 . Owner promised me that I would be the only vehicle he would do that day as I requested a full detail. He explained to me that he needed all 6 hours of his 6 hour Saturday schedule and requested that I get my vehicle there a few minutes early so he could start promptly at 9am. It took me 1/2 hour to drive there from my residence and I showed up at 8:45 am (15min early) . When I got there, he had started another vehicle for a full detail and lied to me telling me its first come first serve.I reminded him of our conversation and specific appointment I made with him and he basically blew it off. After the owner James used some filthy language dropping the F word a couple times in front of another customer and my wife, who had to drive seperately to give me a ride back home, we gladly got out of there. We would never recommend this guy, with his dishonest tactics and filthy language . I contacted another detail center in town and received an excellent detail the next day who I will use moving forward.

Awesome work, especially considering these guys are probably the cheapest full detail job of there.
