I have been coming to this car wash for years. I have always had a great experience. I have several cars that I get washed weekly and the membership that they offer are great and very helpful if you have more then one car. I highly recommend this car wash employees always taking there time to make sure your car is clean to your expectations. Come take advantage of there free carwash with your purchase of oil change well worth it. And remember ask about there membership they will help your wallet if you the type of person that washes there vehicles weekly or every sunny day 😁 like me.

I will not use a business that does not practice Covid mitigation. I called and asked if they social distance and wear masks. I was assured by the person that answered the phone that they did. However when i got there an attendant attempted to walk up to the window of my car without a mask. I left. It is not worth my life to be exposed to Covid.

This place is great!! Not only are they fast with their services but the atmosphere is friendly and the have the best setup when it comes to washing your car! They even have these air guns at all the vacuum areas to use in order to blow dirt out of those hard to reach areas inside your vehicle . Not to forget the free car wash with every oil change 💪💪

I like this place, a quick stop to wash my car at affordable price. They have monthly membership packages starting at $15 dollars, they also offer oil change and full detail service.

I use this place as the employees always are courteous, and will always ask if you want your trunk vacuumed. Sometimes officers will use this wash with gear in their trunk, so they check if its ok to open yours. Wise.Clean waiting room, and the attendants do a fabulous job inside and out. Would recommend.

I went to this car wash yesterday to get my car ready for sell and the staff was really friendly and caring. The wash itself only cost about 8 bucks and there were rags available for use at no extra cost (and they were good rags because they didnt fall apart after use like other car washes)! I talked to the guy running the actual machine about wanting to rinse off my foot mats and while cleaning my car he offered to rinse them off for me. Now if that is not good customer service, I dont know what is. Loved it! Loved the guy! Love my clean car! Ill be coming back.

I like to be able to take my fur babies wherever I go. They let me bring them in with me and did not say anything about them being there. Great place to go and sit to have your car cleaned.

Excellent car wash experience. They have full service detailing or you can just get an exterior wash and do the inside yourself using their free vacuums. They provide rags and various cleaning supplies . Friendly staff and nice waiting area.

DO NOT go to this place. Ive been going to this car wash/oil change for years. It has changed hands a couple of times. I get an oil change and wash every three months for both of my cars. Today, hold the laughter, they didnt put the oil back in my car after they drained it. Some young kid (not the guy that usually changes it), didnt put the oil in and then DROVE IT to get the hand wash. After I mentioned to my regular guy that I didnt see him put air in the tires or check anything, he brought it back to the bay and the oil light was on. He confronted the young guy who said he put the oil in, but shocker...it was bone dry. If I had driven off, it would have blown my motor. It could still be damaged from the little time that it was running without oil. But heres the kicker...the young guys father is buying the place. Youve been warned. DO NOT leave your car, keep your eyes on it and check everything before you pull out. Best advice is dont go to this place!!

I have a monthly unlimited plan. They say their hours are to close at 6...they actually close whenever they feel like it. I never know if they will be open or not. I waste lots of time and money. Today, Oct 14, 2015 went by at 7:12pm. Car in front of me got to go through wash, owner waved to me they were closed. That makes me mad. I will be cancelling my monthly unlimited service. It is not a well run business

Do NOT take your vehicle here! Today their sensor was not working properly and my car nearly crashed into the empty vehicle in front of me. Thankfully I was paying attention, realized it was allowing the cars to get too close, and hit the brakes just inches from the other vehicles bumper and hitch. The owner was belligerent and condescending implying I could not detect 3 feet from 3 inches over my hood and being so bold as to directly say that I was wrong. He wasnt there to see it happen, by the way. I have been driving for 40+ years, anything with gears and wheels, without ever hitting anything.....ever! I assure you that I have good depth perception otherwise my record would not be as good. I will not be going back here and I highly recommend that you steer clear as well.Footnote: I have been coming to this location for 10 years under previous ownership without any problems. This was my first time there under the new ownership. This guy barely had enough personnel. They did a poor job in addition to almost wrecking my car. They didnt even empty my trash! Add all of that to the owners attitude and I wouldnt go back if they paid me! Oh! Which he never even offered any sort of refund. I am a business owner and that was the least I would have offered. I paid full price for all of this rotten service!!

The young man that changed your oil is not going to be the owners son, I am going to be the new owner and this kind of service is not acceptable. I am very sorry you went through this and I take pride in what I do. Ive been in the business for 22 years and there will be many changes to make this the best place to be. I plan on having an experienced staff and changing equipment so the wash is perfect! NEVER AGAIN! They upsold me on a detail package and i should have trusted my instinct. If i had i wouldnt have paid $130 for detailing that took 3x longer than promised and still had dust on the dash, dirt in the cup holders, hair on the carpet, and an untouched trunk. They only waxed half the car. Unbelievable! What did i pay you for?

Ive been coming here since their first incarnation despite the fact there are closer places to me. They always provide thorough service and return my car to me in spotless condition. When the dealer couldnt remove swirl marks from the paint in my band new car (that they buffed into the paint), Cactus worked their magic and returned it to showroom condition.

BEWARE! Dr. Rhett and his wife are absentee owners of this car wash. He has totally abandoned his responsibility to be invested in his customers.The name has changed from Cactus to Gainesville Car Wash but ownership remains with them. Recently we have had an unfortunate experience which I am sad to report but I want no one else to be treated in this manner. As you can tell from the two most recent posts, the quality/service at this car wash has been unsatisfactory and now I must sadly share that Dr. Rhett has totally abandoned his responsibility to even answer whether he feels responsible for the damage on a 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche that went through his wash in August. Here a month later a continued reach-outs to his general manager, a face-to-face meeting with his wife and the general manager, and a phone call to him have all resulted in no response to determine if they take responsibility in repair of the large chunk of paint that came off during the wash of this vehicle. The prep person acknowledged after the wash that the paint was totally intact prior to the wash. Dr. Rhett will not even return calls to give his decision on assuming responsibility after sending certified letter to the car wash, the meetings with general manager and his wife and phone calls that continue to get no replys. I know nothing else to do after feel he is abandoning this issue except to warn others through this venue that he will not answer and not reply to share whether he assumes any responsibility for this damage. I dont want ANYONE else to be subject to this treatment. Is this customer service? ABSOLUTELY NOT! I would warn ANYONE to beware of this car wash now. Not sure why name change in recent weeks but obviously the ownership is Dr. Rhett and his wife and they are being negligent in not even giving a response to say whether they feel accountable and responsible for this damage. I want the Avalanche to look as it did when I entered the car wash. Thats all Im asking and they are abandoning any answer as to assume any responsibility. How is this fair to me and to any other customer that has any damage to their vehicle. This is why Im warning anyone to beware of this car wash and be aware of this orthopedic surgeon in Winder. If Dr.Rhett treats his car wash customers this way, how will he treat his patients? Will he not even return calls to his patients? Will he not even acknowledge any possible wrongdoing in the services provided? Will he not even talk once the service is performed for any follow-up? Hello????

They charged my wife $90 to change the oil in a new Kia Forte. This place is a joke and they didn’t even wash the car. NEVER GO HERE.

These people do an amazing job with my cars to include the one that we use when we take our dogs places. As most dogs they shed and and the people that vacuum your car will go above and beyond to get every bit of the hair out.

Had a basic wash and vacuum done. When I left, I noticed my passenger window wouldnt roll down all the way. When I stopped, I noticed my passenger door handle was FALLING OFF. I have never had any problems with my vehicle or its windows, doors, or handles prior to this. I tried to call the number listed, but it has been disconnected. I will be visiting tomorrow to rectify this problem.EDIT:Brought my car back and told them about the problem- they fixed my door handle immediately. Would definitely recommend this place- just be sure theyre gentle with your door handles.

I would recommend this car wash and detailing under the new management! Jimmy upsold me on a detail special for my car and I was skeptic at best. They did a fantastic job, so much so I immediately had taken my motorhome to have them wash and detail my rig and they over delivered! My motorhome looked as if it had just come off the show room floor! I will support this establishment and the new management team and would encourage others to do the same! Very customer oriented and focused.

Fast service and good prices

This place use to do a good job but not anymore. Not only did the tunnel not get my black truck clean, but there was no one to dry it so it was covered with dried water spots. The finishing people were tired but working hard and understaffed. There were two guys in yellow shirts standing around but not helping the finishing people. There was also a manager type in a white shirt that walked around aimlessly and did not jump in. After waiting 15 mintues I left without having the truck finished. I will not use Cactus again.

I wish I could leave less than one star. These guys are horrible. They stole $400 sunglasses with prescription from my brothers truck console. And when he went back to ask them. They denied everything. And we know that is the only place he went to that day.

This is in response to Debra, I was standing there the entire time. The owner explained that everything was on camera and the tunnel is meant to have no drivers in the cars. Your car came nowhere near the other and you wanted to hear nothing from him and were very loud and rude,not letting him get a word in. I heard him tell you he was so confident in his tunnel that he would run a truck through and an Aston Martin with no drivers with no worries and you told him to do it! He did it and you didnt want to see so he video taped it and you still didnt want to listen. This car wash is perfectly safe and your attempt to get a free wash backfired in your face upsetting you apparently. You were extremely rude and Im not sure how he kept calm because even I wanted to say something to you about your actions. We were all talking about this after the fact and the owner is a very thorough person and showed us the many cameras on the property. In short, your car never got close to another, and please check in to some anger management classes because you are a very rude lady!
