This has been a safe, quiet place to live. I dont feel my neighbors who are elderly and disabled should have to live without water because the man they bought their home from is not liked and owed back dues.. that bothers me. But I am a christian and not a hatee

The manager of this company is terrible!!! Never responds to emails regarding home improvement requests or areas in the community that need attention. $50 each month is charged to each household in the community as a maintenance fee, yet when a homeowner wants to ask questions about the services these funds are used to pay for, they are ignored.
