The two men were vary nice guys but it was a lot of money to change a bathtub drain on a mobile home 350$ not sure if thats good or bad😁

It started off well. They responded quickly, they were polite and they got there fast. It has gone down hill since then after spending $3000, my front yard being dug up, my irrigation system being completely destroyed, we had a leak on their repair and we have the same problem we had to begin. The entire back of our house flooded and that cost is on top of everything we paid B & H Plumbing to ensure that never happened. We will see what they do about it now....

These folks are good when you get them to actually show up, but there are way too many problems getting a time scheduled and having their staff get to your house. My landlord contacted them several times to determine when they would be able to work on our rental house, but they never called her back. This was on two separate occasions. The first time, I was able to get someone to come to the house. The second time, when I finally called them to see what the problem was, they recorded the wrong time frame to come to the house, and seemed to say it was my fault. It sounds like communication is an issue with this company. Because of this bad experience, I will use other plumbing companies and I do not recommend B&H Plumbing.

BEWARE OF B&H PLUMBING!!!They sent out a drunk employee who didnt even know how to snake a drain from the roof vent! He broke an exterior pipe trying to dig up the main drain line. After he didnt fix the initial problem he also didnt fix his mistake. I would BEWARE of this company. I have left 12 messages for some kind of explanation to this problem with no response. WOW I cant believe they are in business.

I am so incredibly disappointed in every aspect of my dealings with B & H PlumbingI was forced to use this company as they are the local company my home warranty service contracts with. To start, it took WEEKS to get someone from B&H to finally call me to even schedule an appointment. During this time I made several calls to the company and they could not even find a record that I needed service.Finally someone contacted me and setup an appointment. The day of the appointment the plumber shows up over 30 minutes late. They inspected my Water Heater and determined it needed to be replaced (It was the expected result).After determining the water heater needed to be replaced, I took a week to do some research and consider my options and decided to go with the warranty replacement through my hoem warranty program. After confirming with them, they reported it would also be B&H Plumbing who would be handling the service.Two weeks go by, no word. I contact my home warranty and B&H and they report they are waiting on parts. All the while my water heater is still leaking.Another week goes by, I call and check again, and I am informed the appointments has been delayed because they need to pull a special permit to replace a gas water heater. This was incredible surprising, since I have an ELECTRIC WATER HEATER.Another two weeks go by, and no contact from B&H at all. I called and left messages after waiting on hold (seems like no one there answers the phone) and finalyl one day I have a note on the door at my house from B&H Plumbing. I call them, leave yet another message, and finally two days later someone calls and helps me setup an appointment.The plumber finally comes to my house to do the replacement, and shows up more than 45 minutes late.Water heater seems to be working great now, but the process to get this completely was terrible. Avoid this company at all costs.

Unprofessional. Set up an appointment with them. They did not call when they missed their scheduled time. No call at all to explain. I will find another plumber.

Dee, the technician was very courteous & helpful. Will definitely use this company again for future plumbing issues.

They came out the same day as the estimate. The repairs done came in under the estimated amount. I would recommend them.

Worst company they have bunch of employee who drink work, owner doesnt care called BOB 20times cant even pay his debt all his check bounce. never use this company in process of calling department of business bureaa and state attorney regarding there problem and They claim been in business for 30years my ass.

Called for a clogged pipe and was told a person would call and come by, three days later called again.6 days later called again.. they came, snaked pipe..it reclogged three times and then said the whole house needs new pipes. the vent drain was then snaked and have not had clog again... i would not recommend them...poor response,, and no diagnostics...poor attitude

Called, made an appointment for next day at 9AM, took that day off from work, no plumber showed up. Called them at 9:30 to inquire, was told they were all tied up. Too bad for me. These are the loser plumbers! Very unprofessional.

New plumbing put in my house before I bought it in 2007. House was built in 1946 and allegedly all of the plumbing was redone. WRONG! Ive had to have 3 different areas re-plumbed because of their screw ups. Stay away!

Ive been using this company for about 25 years, but never again. They were due hours ago and dont even have the courtesy to call and let me know they are not coming. They dont answer their business phone either.Found out shortly after that they were going out of business.
