Had a rather traumatic experience coming from Winstar. Anyhow, My family worked with Ray to bond me out and Cammy showed up very early on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. It took 2 hours to process my bond at the Sheriffs office. (No other inmates was processing but it was early on Saturday which I assume is why it took that long). Cammy stayed with my Son and Daughter In Law the whole time. When I met her she was pleasant and very easy to work with. She gave us specific and easy to follow instructions on what was expected of me. Extremely positive experience using Blackjack. Also, the check in app is super convenient. I dont normally post reviews but for this guy was a MUST!! I dont even live in Gainesville, Im in ft.worth but a recent trip there and getting pulled over made me suspect to a warrant later..long story short..I called them and he took the time to call me back and even followed up days later without me asking, telling me I was still good that there was still no warrant!! Hands down, best bondsman ever!

Wonderful service more than fair in my eyes. I would use them again. our bond was small but they did charge a fair price after i called around.

Not a very good business strategy to estimate a price, of “around 10%” then just charge a debit card after refusing to accept collect calls to find out the exact amount being charged. Clint will argue you down, if this happens to you and you secure bond elsewhere and they’ve charged your card that he is “entitled” to $70 agent fee. Ray isn’t any better. Nothing went the way he described it would to me, as far as using them on my bond. Told Clint he never told me to call once I knew what my bond was. Guess they don’t realize calls from jail are not free.

I called Blackjack in the middle of the night and the phone was promptly answered by Ray. No answering machine!! He was so helpful to me and guided me through what I needed to do to post a bond in Gainesville while I am sitting in Houston. He was very reassuring that it would get done, and it got done just as he said it would.I told Ray that I hoped we would never have to speak to each other again but if I needed another bondsman in Gainesville it would definitely be Blackjack.

OMGoodness I have never experienced a Bailsbondmen like this one in my life. If they had 10 stars they definitely would have gotten the 10 from me.
