Nancy, my sales associate was rude and completely unhelpful. Service took an hour longer than quoted even though the only answer Nancy would give me when I asked for a time gram was “up to 2 hours”. But do you know how many cars are in the queue to get serviced? “A lot”. So I find it unacceptable to have been waiting 3 hours.Update: there is now damage to my steering wheel that wasn’t there before

Josh Jablonski ( Sales & Leasing Consultant) was awesome! I was greeted with a smile and felt very comfortable talking to him. He made sure the car I had my eyes on was the right fit for me and that I knew how to operate the vehicle in detail. He answered all my questions concerning the Toyota Corolla. I was so full of excitement anticipating the purchase of my car. He made the experience a great one! Not one time did I feel like I was just a aale. Nicholas Saravia the sales rep was fantastic, we bought a Dodge Ram from him and truly because of his over the top service and excellent way of making my family feel comfortable we purchased the truck. The staff there was all amazing but he made it where we felt good about our purchase without him we wouldnt have made that purchase.
At this dealership, I was belittled, treated with absolutely no respect and was made to feel like as I knew absolutely nothing. Dismissive and seem to look for a quick and easy answer to any problem.I’ve driven Toyota my whole life and have recently relocated to Gainesville and this is my only option for service centers.I drive a Prius. I had a specific issue with my car, clearly mechanical and effective the drive of the car. After a “comprehensive diagnostic test” the “mechanic” determined the problem was my AC Compressor and a $2,600 repair. Thought that was odd since I’d never had any problems with my AC in the 5 years of me owning the car. Looked up videos online of what a failed AC Compressor sounded like and it was clearly not what I had described to the mechanic or representative.When I went to pick up the car I refused to pay for the diagnosis until they actually found out what was wrong. From then on I was belittled, treated with absolutely no respect and was made to feel like as I knew absolutely nothing about anything I was saying.I refused to leave until they heard what I was hearing and could tell me what to do to fix it. After 15 minutes and making the mechanic do a ride-along with me, he recommended that change my spark plugs, which i told him I’d done 3 years earlier. He said it was either that or that my hybrid battery could be getting weak, but they tested the battery life in the initial diagnostic, so no reason why that wouldn’t have been mentioned when I was quoted a $2.6k repair bill.Regardless, I listened to his recommendation and spent $330 to change my spank plugs, which didn’t solve anything.I do not trust this dealership, at all. I have no faith in the staff here and am absolutely appalled by the way my situation was handled. This dealership and repair center represent a stain on the Toyota brand.If you can go anywhere else for your repair/service needs, I HIGHLY recommend doing so.
My husband and I were serious about buying a RAV4 from this dealer but they acted as though our business wasnot needed orwanted! We drove to another Toyota dealer and bought the vehicle we wanted with much more professionalism and attention to our needs and wishes. Sorry to say you all missed out on a sale plus 2 good customers!!!
My experience at Gator land Toyota was great my sales guy cody showed my girlfriend and i a variety of cars that we were interested in. Very professional and answered all my questions and made her very happy with her first car

I went for 5000 mile service was told I needed air filters in cabin and under the hood. I already changed them myself not even 3 days prior so that means they didnt even look at them. What else did they not do or look at? Friendly staff though.
I went to the service department with an A/C problem and they charged me 420 to fix it and 4 weeks later i have the exactly same problem and now they want me to pay over $1000 to fix the same A/C problem that i had before and was never fix. i do not recommend this please to take your car in to fix.
