Don’t live here. My washer and dryer was stolen and I am still paying for it. So now it’s a legal matter and I had to hire a lawyer. The emails with Collin alone shows it being there fault and they didn’t even contact me. Save yourself the headache and just don’t.

I love living here at Vista Ridge, friendly neighborhood and an incredible maintenance staff. Malik and Ameal work hard taking care of all issues in a timely and professional manner.

BEWARE THIS COMPLEX HAS WIPED THEIR REVIEWS CLEAN!!! TRUTHFULLY THEY HALF RENOVATED THE APTS. EACH APARTMENT IS DIFFERENT AS FAR AS COUNTERS, FLOORS, ETC. SPEAKING OF FLOORS WHOEVER LAYED THE CHEAP FAKE GREY WOOD LIKE VINYL DID A HORRIBLE JOB! THEYRE ARE NICKS AND GASHES EVERYWHERE. BEWARE OF THE SCHEMES THEY PLAY WHEN THEY WONT LET YOU SEE YOUR APARTMENT UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE MOVE-IN. THESE APARTMENTS ARE QUIET OUTSIDE!! INSIDE THE FLOORS SQUEAK CONSTANTLY AND THE WALLS ARE SUPER THIN. SO IF YOU HAVE NEIGHBORS WITH SMALL CHILDREN WITH LATE BEDTIMES BE PREPARED TO BE UP LIKE ITS YOUR CHILDREN. GOD FORBID YOU HAVE A NEIGHBOR WITH A STEREO SYSTEM!! BE IN CONCERT MODE ALL NIGHT. I WAS IN THE BUILDING THAT CONTAINS THE LEASING OFFICE SO IF I EXPERIENCED ALL THIS IN THE FRONT OF THE COMPLEX YOU CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT GOES ON WHEN YOU ARE SEVERAL BUILDINGS AWAY FROM THE LEASING OFFICE!!!! OVERALL IF YOU CAN DEAL WITH THE NOISE, SHOTTY MAINTENANCE, AND HALF REMODELS THEN YOUR GOOD THIS IS DEFINATELY THE PLACE FOR YOU....LOL SEE PICS THIS IS WHAT THEY GAVE ME ON MOVE IN DAY.... WHY DID I STAY TO SPITE THE PROBLEMS... BECAUSE I PAID CLOSE TO $3000 TO MOVE IN AND ALL OF IT WAS MONEY COULD NEVER GET BACK SO I DEALT WITH IT FOR THAT REASON ALONE.

This place has the worst “property managers” I have ever seen. They will not bother with your maintenance requests at all. There is deteriorating drywall and severe leaks. Large cracks under doors. Lucy and Colleen in the front office are both clueless when it comes to actual work but they will give out false promises like candy. Too expensive for what it is and property management needs A LOT of training.

Quiet neighborhood (depending on your neighbors) and everyone is really friendly. Its a beautiful view and fairly clean. Balconies could use some work, and so could the plumbing. No roaches. No bugs. Had a small ant problem and they came out and cleared it up immediately. Maintenance is awesome. I recommend staying here. :)

The Maintenance Guy Malik is so freakin Fine😍, the property and apartment are okay they could use some major work.

First let me say this please dont move in there.Vista Ridge sit on top of a hill,the scenery is breathtaking but that only seasonal you would think they have a common place to enjoy that but they dont.They have NO Camila cheese but the pool and that season.As far as the inside of the apartments everything is institutional beige.I had gap in my front door that was never fixed my heating bill was over $200 every month I stayed there.No one in the office every threatening to call the cops,because I was always calling about something. One more thing if you are afraid of spiders you are in for trouble there are all kinds of them everywhere inside and out.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management is smiles to get you to sign the lease. After that you are history. We were scheduled to move in on May 31 and they delayed and delayed and delayed to the point where we moved in July 13 almost three months later! Plus the neighbors smoke inside and cigarette smoke comes through the the walls and air vents. We have contacted management multiple times to address this issue and NOTHING is done. Wendy, Peyton, and Tiffany ignore you. They say whatever it takes to get you out of the office and then never act on their words. We have contacted management multiple times over the course of 3 months to fix our problems and nothing seems to get done. I would not move here. Terrible management and a frustrating place to live.

Do yourself a favor and if youre considering this place, stop. Management was wonderful when we first moved in March 2016. They changed towards the end of the year and our problems started then. They will not cooperate with you when it comes to legitimate issues that need to be dealt with, they overcharge for rent, and sometimes even ignore your phone calls. I called them this afternoon because we got a bad leak in our townhouse and they IGNORED my call. The price you would pay for rent would NOT be worth it dealing with the horrible management.

AWFUL! During move in I payed a full months rent (1,150) for a security deposit when it came time to move out I get billed an extra $500 dollars! They say there is no such thing as a “security deposit” & that (1,150) was a “non refundable” “credit fee”. All damages were now my responsibility to pay out of pocket. Not to mention they made up damages and fees to add on. The ladies in the office never apologize or even try to accommodate the tenant. They are very rude and clearly just want money!!!

I have been living here a few months. Seems like theres new management here now than when the others below lived here. I love living here. Theyre very quick to handle problems, and maintenance is very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable!

I dont need to tell you how bad this place is, Ill just provide photos. Short and sweet, the townhomes have rotting wood all on the exterior as well as the patios. Probably asbestos as well. Plumbing is terrible, maintenance crew is not maintenance educated. A lot of bugs. Lastly, the creepy lady who lives at 2316 who is constantly wondering around the neighborhood, pacing outside of your home and cars, tossing cigarettes all over the ground of the complex, and talking to herself. She even mentioned she was upset about what Satan did to her once. Stay away from this place.

We were very excited to move in. The photos were nice and the people seemed very friendly.However, since living here they have never come to fix any of our issue with the town home. Our microwave has been useless for several months, 2 of the stove burners do not work, we have a serious wasp problem and the AC has been out for several weeks now (thank goodness it hasnt been hot!) We have told them in person multiple times and even wrote a formal letter listing our complaints. No one has come to help or even acknowledged it.I would suggest living elsewhere. It was an extreme disappointment.

Terrible place. I have had nothing but problems with the front office. I have been ignored and hung up on and I dont like that so I went to the office to have my problem handled and was told to get out I wasnt being dealt with and the police were called on me.Another issue rent checks were stolen and cashed and was told I have to pay again. This is not my problem or responsibility I have my recipes and will not be paying.It takes weeks to get things fixed.and the roaches are bad!!!The trash cans are always over flowing with house hold furniture and complex says we cant do anything the trash company doesnt pick it up so get someone else to remove it then. Just DONT MOVE HERE!!!!

I have lived here since July 2016, so almost a year. I would say that there has been issues here and there with needing changes to our lovely townhouse, but never had bad service. Its an apartment complex people so you cant expect to be served the day of your issues just not how the world works ha. Since they have changed management they reach out to your problems in a timely fashion, and they do tell you when they will be visiting and also leave a invoice of what was fixed in your home if you happen to not be there at the time of services. Again I love living here, my neighbors are very friendly and nice, so says a lot about the community and people they accept to live there. Pools are never filled with unexpected teandants since we do have wrist bands you should have with you at all times, as well as the pools do get cleaned and checked daily and is freshly cold! Its a great vibe and community to live in right by the lake, and is reasonably priced for the location and so close to city limits of down town Gainesville. We will gladly be renuwing our lease come here in July of 2017!

My apartment is great, but, if you need anything from management they will blow you off and push you aside once you sign the lease, just ask the other residents. So, if you like being treated unfairly and ignored than this is a great place to live. A residents family member pulled a knife and threaten to kill me and my dog, I called 911 and wrote a report for terroristic threats and assault with a deadly weapon. I told management (Wendy) and was told it would be taken care of. I had to get a lawyer and it took 4months to get them evicted and was harassed almost daily by them. My shower walls and tubs were painted before I moved and they are chipping, peeling and the caulking is pulling off, I have been asking for 8 months, really, to have them fixed, but, management refuses to do anything. The same problem is happening to others and they are getting the same silent treatment. This and more and I have not been here a year yet, but I do like my apartment, view and other residents.

Possibly the worst neighborhood to live in. So many ants and pests its unbelievable. The maintenance crew comes into your apartment at any given time. They never schedule a day to say they will come out and fix something, theyll just come in when they feel like it(as if they pay rent) EVEN IF YOURE NOT HOME, and the worst part about it is they dont even leave a note stating that they were there. Left home once to go to work and when i returned home the curtains were on the floor and my couch wasnt where i left it. Ive only been here 2 1/2 months and im already to call quits. Please do not move here. Definitely not worth 795/month.

The Vista Ridge staff is very friendly and nice and, in my opinion they are doing a great job.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I hate this place so much. So very dispointing specially for what it costs to live here. Its beautiful and a good location but you will NEVER be taken care of if things go wrong here. The managament and staff ignore any maintenance problems you have. I have lived here for close to a year and not once have I ever seen or spoken too a maintenance guy. They have ignored our requests for fixing anything around our place. Two of our stove burners quit working and our stove acts wierd as it is. Our AC has been out for several months with multiple requests put in for fixing it, to all have obviously been ignored. We have wasps that come in through a crack in the living room window and no pest control has ever been seen or taken care of and there are so many wasps around this area that I cant even open my front door without running from one. Our front door is not aligned properly to where you can see daylight shining through it in the afternoon so temperature control is out of the question and they said they would fix this the day we moved in. All of these things above have never been taken care of. Thank God Im leaving this place.Communication sucks and no one cares about you here. DO NOT live here!

Good price but needed alot of work inside closet doors werent in good shape, the AC broke after a month overall good place bug free and smoke free 👌
