Their customer service is awful honestly. The lady was trying to give us only 4 hours with the vehicle because she was leaving early on a Friday but they had a drop box so we were confused. The guy who walked us to the truck was super nice and knowledgeable about the trucks which we really appreciated. Then when we dropped the vehicle off there was this guy with missing teeth in the front of his mouth was running the store & he didn’t greet us at all. He got done helping a customer & just ignored us in the store. Didn’t say hi or how may I help you, he said absolutely nothing. Super rude & disrespectful. We had to tell him we’re here to return the truck. He took the keys & said have a great day. I said we need you to check the miles, inspect the truck, & tell us how much we will be charged. This location is awful & I will never come back & tell others not to go there. You need to be friendly and willing to help everyone who steps in your store because the behavior is disgusting & distasteful!
