If I could leave a ZERO for Sandra, I would. Also Dennis. H and R block messed up our school tax code and will not fix it. I’ve met with 3 “accountants” and nothing has been done. Makes me sick! Now the taxes are in collections. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. We will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

My tax preparer Jenny has done a tremendous job on my taxes. She was definitely a life saver last year when she helped me amend my taxes. She did a fabulous job this year.

Went in to file my taxes. I purposely scheduled an In person appointment. The preparer I was meeting with was not ready at our scheduled time. As I am waiting there a many people in side the location. Everyone sitting down with their preparer and going over their taxes. 25 minutes after my scheduled time, my preparer comes up to me and says we’re only doing drop offs and fill out some forms and he may get to them today but he will call me when their done. Even the woman at the front desk verified I had an in person appointment. While I am filling out the forms I hear him in the back still with someone doing their taxes in person. Very unprofessional, if you are running behind that’s okay. Just let me know and I would have waited or rescheduled, but to lie about it is rude. I will never use HR block again.

Just left a scheduled appointment with JENNY FUENTES. I explained to the scheduler and was told they can assist. The original tax preparer we used earlier this year was not available at this location and I must say the experience was Day and Night! 1st me and my 2yr old was not greeted we were asked: Do you have an appointment? What’s your name come, come sit and the fee is $200. Then my husband came to join us. I think the “world” understands when you go to a business there is a fee for services. But she said the fee had to be paid 1st, no explanation of the process or what we are dealing with.... really nothing. So we tried to ask is this something your able to help with and can we be sure this will be resolved? We were interrupted with... I can’t do anything w/o the fee. So we left, the same way we came in.... no understanding of our situation or the process to know what we are paying for. But we do know Jenny charges $200 just to speak to us. I’ve worked in customer service front line for over 15 years and could never imagine me keeping my job at a larger corporation behaving like Jenny Fuentes. I feel my family and I were treated discriminatory based on appearance or perceived bias, that’s truly sad for my 2yr old to experience.

The past two years working with DonnaJean have been wonderful. She was always easy to be in contact with and her communication was great. It helped knowing we have been taken care of and have been in good hands.

I had been seeing a previous tax preparer through H&R Block who I found out retired this year. I really appreciated working with Ms. Fuentes because she gave me much better insight into want I needed to know to be better prepared when it comes to preparing my tax information for my new business that I started a few years ago.

JOHN CASPER IS EXCELLENT

Just finished up filing the tax returns with HR Block and it was very quicky and smooth. I was missing a form and they were able to access the form from the irs very quickly. There was no issue of the fees either, just like they advertised to me. The binder was very helpful as well so that I can keep my tax forms for safekeeping in the future. My refund will be deposited into my bank account very soon and they did not charge me any extra fees at all. Very nice helper as well and I will return next year most definitely. Nice parking spots as well.

The service was exceptional. Jenny is very knowledgeable and very thorough. My hesitation in returning is the cost. I needed Jennys expertise to help me file and close a home business. Next years taxes will be simpler and I can file online for free or purchase a tax filing program for $80 a savings for me of over $260. I just can not afford the personal service.

Ive always hated doing my taxes, no matter how simple they may seem. The IRS can be intimidating & its one thing Ive always left to the professionals. Year after year, no matter which H&R Block office I go to, everyone is always very helpful & knowledgeable.

I had a great experience despite my tax documents being messed up by my previous employers - a situation that would have been much more difficult to maneuver on my own. My Tax Professional was encouraging and asked for advice from those around her and her supervisor in order to ensure that everything was input in the system correctly and gave me the best tax return I could get.
