This is actually me second edit to my review. To accommodate my time frame for a move, my service had to be split into 2 days. The first day the team was fantastic. The second day was a different team and we had some communication problems which led me to be less satisfied. I edited my review to a lower star count. The owner himself called me first thing the next morning to discuss my displeasure. The first team arrived again today and went above and beyond to make my house sparkle. I am very impressed with the concern and dedication I saw with not only the owner, but the wonderful team of Ryan, Tes, and Mary to make sure the work was complete and to my satisfaction. Thank you!

First time cleaning in years from Molly Maid. Two wonderful woman, Sam and Venus showed up on time ready to clean. They went over the list of what to do and what not to touch. I left and let them get to work. When I returned my home was in excellent condition. The bathrooms sparkled, the kitchen sink and appliances were shining and the floors all over were in glowing condition. I am excited that I have found a group of people that know what they are doing and get the job done.

Loved our first visit from Molly Maids! We had Kailan and Bobbie working on our home and they worked so hard to get our house in tip top shape! We reached out to them for help as we enter a very busy season in our lives and cleaning has been my big stressor. They came out, gave me an estimate and had me on the books within a week! I was extremely impressed coming home after my first cleaning by Crystal and Diamond. They did an amazing job! My couch was vacuumed free of dog hair (which is a huge task) and everything looked great! It was nice coming home to a sparkling clean home! They even made the beds as I left in a hurry that morning. Looking forward to my alternate week cleanings!! Highly recommend their services.

Molly Maid East of Gahanna did a great job cleaning our condo; Cayla Kaleigh and Tiffany were very nice to work with and made me feel safe allowing them into my home. The service they provided was excellent, and they even received glowing remarks from my wife who can be hard to please when it comes to cleaning our home.

I hired Molly Maids to do a whole house cleaning after my fathers death. Cayla and Kaleigh were compassionate and efficient and helped me get the house cleaned very quickly. So happy with the job they did.

Kayla and Kaylie did a deep clean on my 1500 sq ft home. They were friendly and efficient. Patty the office manager came by to check I was happy with the job. They did excellent work!

Estimate not realistic. Workers arrived 2 hours past window. Office had no idea where their were. Surface cleaned only. Pictures, chairs, stairs, much furniture not dusted. Cat hair on some chairs. Second stairway not touched. Kitchen floor, stove done as best could be done. Actually, cleaned up myself little effort. $50 refund never arrived.

2 weeks ago was our first time ever using a cleaning company. When the girls (I won’t mention names) came, my first impression was very poor right off the bat. They stood in our parking lot (we live in an apartment complex) and smoked before coming in. The left their cigarettes out on the pavement (4 total). They smelled terrible when entering my home. They were supposed to do a deep clean. I was less than impressed. There were several things they left dirty (top of kitchen cabinets, bathroom light fixtures, a living room lamp that didn’t get dusted...I could go on). I decided not to leave a review because I don’t just hand out 5 star ratings if it isn’t deserved. I also didn’t want to call and complain because I didn’t want anyone getting in trouble. I decided I’d give them another chance when they came back today for our regular cleaning. however, today we had Tylesha and Natalie come to do our regular cleaning. I was very impressed! Not only did they do an amazing job with the regular cleaning, they also finished up what was missed during the deep clean. I was surprised that they even took out our trash!! I’m so happy they will be our regular cleaners from now on! I look forward to our next cleaning in 2 weeks!

I just have a 1BR apartment that the crew visits monthly, sometimes more often. They always do a great job.This last visit I left a checklist, which they did. Working my own business at home and a 40 hour job isnt easy. I dont get the time to keep up all the little things. My experience with Molly Maid East thus far has been phenomenal. There are two cleaners that are my absolute favorite. This woman and man team have always done an excellent job in cleaning my home. Their service is greatly appreciated and always welcomed. My home seems to have an air of crispness and freshness for at least a week (it seems) after have being serviced by Molly Maid East (specifically my two favorite cleaners). Not only do these cleaners provide excellent service, they both are very amiable and have inviting personalities. They always come with a smile on their face and joy in their voices.
