Had a bad experienceTried to get a job and they set me up an interview 7 days away. Not friday after thanksgoving. Not monday the next week but wednesday next week. Not how you keep people your interested in hiring

They have you come in office for an hour to fill out information just tell you to come back for a interview which is always scheduled far out they’re suppose to take walk in so that doesn’t make sense to me. if you looking to start work right away I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location exactly.

I worked for two assignments for this temp company and both were fine jobs if you have zero intelligence. One decided my smoke break was a problem and that I needed to eat food that they prepared for you because they were some kind of cult. My trainer confirmed my suspicions. The other was actually a good job I enjoyed. Until they expected me to get product from the top racks in the warehouse without using power equipment. This went on for 3 weeks and management continued to try and find ways to fire me for their stupidity. I was allotted 3.5 points and had 3 remaining when they fired me. Stay clear of places like this. They only look to boost their companies reputation and could care less about what they assign you or working conditions.

Do you want a staffing company who gives you an appointment and as soon as you get there, Jessica leaves without assigning another staff member? Also do want a staffing company who questions your every move? That is what the office manager did to me! Do you want a staffing company who after screwing your day, then calls the Gahanna Police on you? That is exactly what happened to me on 5/8/19 at 1:10 pm, for a 1:30 pm appointment with Jessica. I am a senior citizen, and earned a Honorable Discharge from the US Navy! Plus a MBA Degree and was a former DOD/DLA Division Chief GM-13 equivalent Military rank - Lt. Colonel! I feel that I should report this police call made by the Office Manager in Gahanna to CNN news and show how Acloche treats respectable Senior citizens and former 9 year Gahanna citizens! Therefore I am going to file a $20 million dollar lawsuit against Acloche, who do not know people at all after my Nightmare! This was all coluded with Acloche Management and Homeland Security when I went to apply for a temp job at the Gahanna Acloche office! I have been unfairly labeled a Terror Suspect by Security staff at Easton Towne Center Mall after taking a back pack with my laptop in it, on 7/20/16. Ever since that time I have been and still are being tracked by Homeland and FBI undercover agents, 7/24/365. I am filing suit and shortly will subpoena the Acloche Security tape, to prove Jessica left prior to my confirmed appointment with her and subsequently had the Gahanna Police called on me by the Acting Federal agent under cover at the Gahanna Acloche. You have invaded my privacy of any American Citizen law abiding, and violated my Freedom for the pursuit of Happiness granted by the Constitution of the United States of America. Additionally, I am contacting journalists world wide to confirm my unjust treatment you have already confirmed in your follow-up apology admitting guilt! David E. Miller, MBA

Still waiting on a job assignment. Been almost 2 months since interview. Had to go to agencey twice. Once to fill out application, second to go over information. (interview) Then of course waiting on check of information. Then i have to waste time & gas bc while in the interview, the staffing agent entered my information wrong. Sending me to the social security office, just to find out that it was due to error of the agent. Not to mention getting sent to an assignment, for a test and orientation. Without pay to get told the company does not need anyone. Of course 2 hours after.

I went in for a short term job assignment. The job was everything I expected it to be, but the assignment was a week shorter than they had told me it would be. The second assignment was a total nightmare. I received a call late Friday evening and was offered a position, I was told I had three shifts to choose from so I chose the 11:15 am to 3:30pm shift, I was told not to wear any jewelry other than a wedding band and that it gets pretty hot so I should bring a water bottle, and to be about fifteen minutes early so I could speak to the Acloche rep at he site. Well I was all set to start and I got a call SUNDAY night from a member of the staffing team informing me that the wanted everyone to come in at 9:45am to work on Monday, I told the woman from Acloche that I needed to start as I would have to make other arrangements for childcare. Tuesday I arrived to the job site fifteen minutes early as instructed. I went in and was told that I couldnt wear jeans, (never heard that) that my water bottle had to be clear(never heard that). The on site Acloche staff lead said Ill check and see if you can work they really need people. She emailed someone and I was told I could work. She then gave me a list of things to sigh stating I understood the policies of the temps responsibilities at the site, I told her I couldnt sign the paper because I hadnt been made aware of my responsibilities. She spouted them off quickly and I was told to have a seat in the break area, purchase a bottle of water and wait further instruction because she had no idea what I would be doing. I sat with some nice ladies who were telling me about there rough starts and that I would catch on...... I was told after sitting for about 30 minutes that we need to wait at least another ten off the clock to allow the first wave of associates to get enough work going that wed have something to do. We were told to clock in and Made to do a series of stretches, I was then informed I would have to be at work at 6:55am the next day and the next Monday and Tuesday, and every Monday for the rest of the assignment. (never saw that coming) I then was told to pare up with a woman who had been there for a month, I couldnt understand a word she said her English was so broken and she spoke in the softest tone it was awful.....I was there from 9:30am to 3:50 because the last 20 minutes of my shift a man came and took the lady I was working with to another truck, I was all set to leave when one of the permanent employees saw that I had boxes let and told me I couldnt leave until I had everything off the belt and packed on the truck.... I never got a break and when I asked why we had not taken a break I was told people who work a for hour shift dont get a break....maybe my math is off but I was there well over for hours. I never even drank my water I bought because the work doesnt allow for a sip, I stayed in that hot truck the entire time. Needless to say I didnt return and Acloche said because I didnt give a weeks notice they can no longer assist me in my employment search..... How about the lack of notices I received and the sweat shop style work, Its cool Ill pass. Make sure you get a clear description of a job before you take it because you have to be willing to make changes and except spam and call it steak when dealing with Acloche.
