First time. New dentist. Dr. Conley and Erika took such good, respectful care of me and helped me so much in overcoming my fear of the dentist. Most comfortable cleaning I have had in years. All other staff I encountered were super nice and helpful as well. I am so relieved to know I wont have to be afraid of my next visit.

I had a dental emergency while visiting my daughter in Gahanna, Ohio. I tried several dentists to see me but most couldn’t for several days. My husband was able to get a next day appointment for me at Stone Ridge dental. Dr. Moberger was wonderful. She was able to fix my tooth (which some dentists would have just pulled it). She was gentle, caring and really took her time to get the best results. She also was able to fix another tooth while I was there and gave me wonderful suggestions on where to go when I return home. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 8 years…I originally came to Stone Ridge Dental for a cracked tooth and then made an appointment for a cleaning. They took care of my cracked tooth quickly and perfectly. I just had the cleaning today - Erika did a great job - very personable and professional. Dr. Conkey was also great! From my first appointment Susan, Kim and Dr. Conkey have made me feel comfortable and removed all anxiety I had about the work I needed to have done. They are thorough in explaining care plans and procedures, encourage questions and my involvement in the process. StoneRidge Dental Care is the best dental experience Ive ever had! They have taken time to go over every single aspect of my care. From the processes regarding scheduling, the steps that were being completed during my cleaning, and how to better understand WHY they were completing certain items. Dr. Patel did and AMAZING job with my crown. Susan is my favorite hygienist Ive ever worked with by FAR. Dr. Conkey is such a presence and made my annual cleaning fun. Imagine that! I am deathly afraid of being in a dentist chair, and having those instruments go in and out of my mouth terrifies me. Just the thought of going to a dentist puts me in a stressful state. I decided recently to change Dentists so that I did not have to travel as far as I did up to this point. I chose Stoneridge because they got very good reviews online and when I spoke with Mary, she assured me that they will do everything possible to make each visit a pleasant and positive experience. I am happy to say that they did just as they said. My hygienist was Susan, who immediately put me at ease by explaining everything to me before anything was done. She then proceeded to explain what they would do to decrease my stress level for any of the procedures. Then when my session was over, which was not stressful at all, she explained to me what all my next visits would entail based on the initial assessment. I have been back three times now and I have not dreaded going for the procedures at all. I am so confident that Susan will take any precautions necessary to avoid my stress level being elevated. Her explanations that are in such great detail are so helpful. Dr. Patel has been very nice and I look forward to my more detailed procedures with him that are coming up soon. The entire office is full of people that are happy and make it very clear that they are there for you, including Alexis who handles all of my billing insurance matters. I highly recommend this dental office. I look forward to leaving my teeth in their care!

He is highly qualified and professional, however, I appreciate his genuine concern for the whole patient, not just the dental needs he/she may have. He is kind and considerate and puts me at ease. Today was my first visit at Stoneridge Dental. My checkup today was seamless. Mary, Check In, was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Erika, Hygienist, made me feel right at home during my x rays and cleaning. She was very gentle and thorough in her work and explained everything as she went. Dr. Conkey explained the best course of treatment after my exam and was great to talk to. Amy, Treatment Coordinator, was polite and very attentive to my scheduling needs. Overall, a very nice visit. The billing and constant upsell from this office is annoying and feels sleezy and shady. My husband is a physician with great teeth and Dr. Patel told him he needed a gum transplant. His teeth and gums are fine and other dentists have said so. Although our insurance covers 100% of cleaning and x-rays, somehow my personal out of pocket is several hundred dollars for a routine annual exam!?! They charge more than reasonable and customary? Also, although I have updated my personal information upon arrival they continue to send bills to my former address. Unprofessional is the nicest thing I can say. RUN from this place!!!

I had a wonderful experience at StoneRidge Dental Care. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me by name as I walked in. Both the dentist (Dr. Patel) and the hygienist (Remi) were so kind and took the time to listen to my input. Dr. Patel only recommended what was truly necessary for my dental health. Remi was wonderful about explaining everything shown in the images/xrays, what she was doing and why, and recommendations for caring for my teeth at home. I have been coming to StoneRidge Dental Care for 5 years and have always loved the level of service provided. I have not been a patient at this practice for several years after moving out of state. When I was a patient they did an amazing job in helping me overcome some serious dental fear issues and put me on a path to a far healthier mouth.Recently though I broke a crown that was on an implant and there was a problem identifying the implant which meant that I couldnt get a new crown. Decided to call my old VA dentist and see if they had the records of what the implant was. Not only did they have the records still which they sent to me Dr Hong even gave me a call to see how I was doing!This dental practice understands and cares for its patients, and its former ones !

I really appreciate the personal attention I get at StoneRidge Dental Care. Ive been coming here for six years now and have had a variety of dental work - from routine cleaning and x-rays to root canals and crowns, extractions and implants. They are able to go the extra mile for people who are fearful of dental procedures, ranging from extra numbing for tooth or jaw sensitivity issues to heated rice pillows and calming medications if needed. The practice takes exemplary safety measures, such as double masking, emailing health questionnaires well ahead of the visit to limit time in the waiting room, requesting a call right before the visit to verbally verify Covid status, and making patients wait in an exterior room until temperatures are checked. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is in need of a sensitive and kind family dental practice.

My family and I are new to Ohio and needed to find a new family dentist. Our chiropractor, Chris Hess, referred us to Stoneridge Dental. From the first phone call to schedule appointments for our family of 3, I was so happy to meet them. Our 6 year old son had his appointment first yesterday morning. They greeted us with smiles when we entered the lobby. Rana, came to get my little guy and was amazing from the start! She explained everything she was doing with him as she went along. She got down on his level. She even had a prize already ready for him with a balloon and bag before we even started the cleaning. He was ecstatic! When he was done, she gave him a stuffed puppy because he mentioned loving dogs. He was over the moon!My husband arrived later that morning. Having had a bad experience with the last dentist we tried, I didn’t tell him anything so he could form his own opinion. He was floored by the level of care and patience they took with him. They created a game plan for him to get his teeth back on track and didn’t involve him getting dentures. We can’t say enough about our initial experience here. Today was my first dentist visit with Dr. Patel, and it was amazing!!! He is very thorough and really cares about his patients. I was having severe pain in my gums in the upper left side of my mouth for a week. The pain was becoming almost unbearable so I called my dentist at the time and went in for an emergency appointment. I showed her exactly where the pain was but she couldnt pinpoint the source of it so she basically told me that grinding my teeth on that side was causing my gums, which are more receding on that side, to become sore. She even took x-rays to see everything on that side of my mouth. She put some bonding on one tooth & recommended I get a dental guard to where at night and to put sensodyne on these sensitive teeth/gums. 2 days later the pain was worse so I went to see my husbands dentist, Dr Conkley and his hygienist, Susan. Of course she took x-rays but as soon as she pulled my upper lip all the way up, she knew exactly the source of my pain....she found the biggest canker sore right on my gum way up at the very tip of my most receding tooth. It was this white circle thing that was sticking out. Then Dr. Conkley found a row of 5 more along my gum line on that same side. Now how can these 2 professionals find out the source of my excruciating pain in less than 10min but my own dentist couldnt in over an hour? I honestly think they were a little shocked that my old dentist and hygienist couldnt see these sores at all. They basically gave me a prescription for cream to get rid of the canker sores and an over-the-counter cream. I swear the pain was gone in an instant as soon as I applied them!!! Obviously Im firing my dentist and will be a regular patient of Dr. Conkleys!! I would have given Susan the biggest hug if not for Covid. Shes probably the very best hygienist Ive ever been too. You can tell she knows what shes doing and she also treats you like shes your best friend!! Im actually looking forward to my cleaning with her in the fall! Thanks to her and Dr C, Im completely pain free and canker sore free!!!

I came to Stoneridge Dental after a couple of years of not going to the dentist. I was honestly a bit nervous for many reasons. My hygienist, Remi, was so sweet and made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. I can honestly say it was the best dental experience of my life! I highly recommend her and Dr Conkey!

The staff and members at StoneRidge Dental Care always do a fantastic job when I go in for a cleaning or for other matters. I am a newer patient and so far I’m very happy with the way I’m treated there. Everyone seems to get along well and they always have good attitudes toward the patients. I’ve been going to Stoneridge for several years now, despite it being a bit of a drive for me, because they’ve always treated me well and been responsive to my needs and requests. I met Erika for the first time today during my annual visit and she was very friendly and welcoming, plus her cleaning was even more gentle and comfortable than I’m used to. I’ve never had a bad visit here, even when I’ve had to get a cavity filled. I hate needles, but Dr Patel even manages to make them pretty comfortable by being very patient and careful. StoneRidge has always been my favorite dental experience. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff, from the reception to the billing, the hygienist to the doctors, have always been friendly, professional, non-judgemental. Every concern or question I’ve had has been fully and accurately answered in a manner that also values my input and desires. I never dread going to the dentist again!

Dr. PATEL and Trisha are the best. I was very nervous about a procedure concerning my four front teeth. I can tell you my teeth look better than ever. After Dr. Patel completed the procedure, then Trisha took completed the fillings. This team did not until job on my teeth they made sure everything was great. I can say Excellent and you will not be disappointed.

They are always kind, conscientious, and make sure you feel comfortable. They explain everything they are doing before and during the process. During the coronavirus, they made sure they had appropriate protocols so everyone was safe.
