Jesse, Jordan, and Marty have all been great! This is my second time using this specific location. I had an iPhone 8 repaired due to a charging port and battery replacement problem. I also have the screen replaced on my iPhone 11. These guys are great! T hey do excellent work and the turnaround is fast! The prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them to others!

The actual repair work was good. I havent had any problems with my new screen and you cant even tell it was previously cracked. However, some small things about the process could have been better. I made an appointment online, but it meant nothing to the store. They still just have a walk in line, and appointments really arent observed in practice. (First visit Saturday) My particular screen wasnt in stock so they ordered it, and I had to come back another time. I was told the screen would be in on Monday so I brought my phone on back Monday morning before work. At the end of Monday, the screen had been delivered but they hadnt done the work. I guess my phone wasnt at the top of the list as soon as the screen was delivered so then I had to come back the next day. The next day I was only available to pick up the phone until 6pm, which is only 1 hour before they closed. It still was not ready and I had to go yet another day without having my phone. Finally Wednesday when I went to pick it up about 10-15 minutes before they closed it was done. Then when I got home realized my S pen was missing. Of course by now this was after closing so I had to wait until the next morning. I called and asked about it since I was 100% sure it was in my phone when I gave it to them for the repair. After some hesitation, they found the pen and set it aside. So, I did get it back, but it was on my fifth trip back to the store for this one repair. Like I said, the actual work done is fine, but the process needs to be improved. Theyre probably understaffed like everything else, but its not reasonable to advertise same day phone screen repairs and then take nearly 3 times as long.

Came for screen repair, easy scheduling online, reminders via email, showed early and were able to help immediately. Turns out screen protector and not glass. Suggested replace and since he didnt have, told me where I could. Then didnt charge. Very nice, polite and helpful. My new go to place. Thanks!

Best place ever to get laptops repaired. The staff was friendly and they do free diagnostics. There was a loose connection in the screen that made my screen look blank and they fixed it with no charge. I highly recommend this place.

My phone screen got fixed fine…but there are 15 new beautiful scratches all over my phone from them prying the screen out of it. Seems like they could care a bit more when handling..My phone had never been out of a case until I dropped it off to them.

I took my sons iPad I’m at the recommendation of Verizon as he has broken off part of the lightning cord tip. They fixed it in less than five minutes on the spot. Awesome!

The wait in line can take a while, but only because they dont rush through customer contact while determining the problem. My Samsung S21 Ultra repair took longer than usual but only because the part needed (USB port) was out of stock. They were friendly, professional and kept me informed. Most importantly, they quoted a repair cost and stuck to it. How can you do better than that?

I went in for a cracked screen and they told me it would be two hours. They also told me everything on my phone was working well. I come back to the shop 3 hours later and they told me it wont be done until the next day. The next day I go in and it hasn’t even been worked on, so they tell me to come the next day. This happened for another 2 days. it was also not a convenient drive. The day my phone is ready for pick up, it is no longer functioning and the screen is completely dead. They told me the proximity sensor was not working during the repair when they checked it the day I gave it to them. The sim card cant even go back into the compartment because something to do with the glue. So now I’ve been without a phone for a week and it is critical for me to have it for authentication purposes. I am really disappointed with the service and they never expressed any apologies either. The least they could do was pay for a replacement on their behalf. NEVER AGAIN

It was an old phone that was still functional but long past due of needing to be replaced.The screen was completely shattered.I took it to uBreakiFix. The first thing they said is that it was very old and the technology was left way behind. They also said they could fix it only if they could find a source for the replacement screen. They found the source for the screen they told me the price and I told them to go ahead and fix it. Im very satisfied with the result and to me the price was worth it.

Great experience! Simple little shop but the know what theyre doing. My phone was about 4 years old and all of a sudden the screen turned pink. I just knew I was going to have to buy a new phone. But new phones are around $800+! So I decided to look into replacing the screen. After a little research it seemed these guys would be a good choice. I was right! I got an online estimate, dropped my phone off during lunch and picked it up after work. All done and at the same price as the estimate. 😎

Ive taken several of my devices to these gentlemen to have them repaired. Ive always given me great advice on what to do and how to fix it. Recently I had a laptop repair where they had to replace the LED screen with a screen that I had brought in that had purchased. They said it would probably be the next day because they were busy which was okay. To my great surprise a few hours later, I got a text message telling me my laptop was ready. They did an awesome job in highly recommend their location.

I never knew ppl could be so nice. I never got his name but my fiance and I went in because his phone was no longer charging....the employee took the phone to the back and cleaned it with NO CHARGE..The employee was super polite. Please do business here and support your community. We will be taking any problems we have with our phones straight here from now on.

I sent my mother in law to get her phone screen replaced as it is close to her house. They asked for her password which she was uncomfortable giving. She asked the tech if they could do the function check with her present so that she could open the phone for them and maintain her privacy. They said they could but it would reduce the warranty to 30 days. When she picked her phone up they did the function check everything appeared to work. By the time she got home the home button on her iPhone functioned intermittently at best. When she returned to the store on the same day they did not value the 30-day warranty and fought returning her money due to faulty workmanship. Finally they agreed to refund her money and give her the phone back more broken than when she got it with the cracked screen in it. Overall a poor experience and now she has to purchase a new phone due to them breaking hers. If you choose to go there I hope your experiences better but I do not plan to ever recommend it again.

So not professional I came to fix my ps4 hdmi port and they couldn’t fix it, but what shocked me was that they took my storage/data base unbelievable people. THIEFS😡

I went to the Gahanna Location in the morning to have the broken glass of my iPhone 8 fixed. They had two items that needed worked on before mine and got it done within 3 hrs. To have it fixed at the apple store would have been 60$ more so it was a great deal. Later the same day I had planned to have my computer fixed at bestbuy but they claimed they couldn’t fix it without an apple warranty. I embarrassingly went back to ubreakifix and Jeremiah, one of the workers, was able to fix the loose wire in my computer and clean it up in a matter of minutes and did so for free! My family and I will be recommending this location to others.

Nathan was courteous and very informative around the steps it took to fix my phone. It took about 3 hours and I felt comfortable knowing that they were authorize to repair a number of phones and tablets not just Google.Its not five stars yet, because my camera wasnt cleaned, as requested, before they replaced the back of my phone (so its a little hazy) but, they have a 90 day warranty, so Ill be taking it back to have them do so within that time. Needed my phone back for a meeting today.

I had a problem with my iPhone. Apple was not able to help me in a timely manner. I walked into another location of U Break I Fix and they were not able to help me either, but directed me to visit the Gahanna location. I did, and they were able to replace the screen of my phone in about an hour. About a month later I was having some of the same issues, so I brought the phone back. It turns out that while the reason it was having those issues was partly because of something I had done, they replaced the screen again at cost. I appreciated this gesture very much. Both times I have visited, they have completed the jobs in a shorter amount of time than I expected, and also shorter than they estimated. Thanks very much!

I had a XboxOne with a Sony Mini Disc inside, needed removed so I could play my games off disc. Took it in am BOOM, fixed! Thanks guys! DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO RUIN YOUR PHONE. I came in to get a simple cosmetic screen repair. Nothing was wrong with the touch on the screen it was perfectly functional just a cosmetic issue. They called me and said something was wrong with the screens that Asurion or whatever had sent them and took up almost two hours of our time. I went to pick up my phone that they not only couldn’t fix (they had to put my original screen back on) but now my touchscreen isn’t working, my home button no longer works, and there’s discoloration as well. They ruined my phone and made it even worse wasting my time and money and had nothing to say other than oops. Unprofessional and a scam.

They are incredibly disorganized. The appointment system is useless because they still put devices in front of yours even if you schedule an appointment. They dont use a computer system to find the right parts for your device and make mistakes on which parts are required.We needed a screen replacement on an S20 5G. We called ahead to make sure they had the part. We scheduled an appointment because we were driving 1.5 hours to get to the shop and wanted to make sure it would get done in the same day. They told us when we showed up that our device was going to have to wait until the next day. An hour later when we were almost home, they called us and told us they didnt have the screen in stock and had to order it. Apparently they confused the screen with the screen for another version of the S20.

Ive used their services on two different occasions for cracked phone screens (note 9 cell phones). In short, I am very happy with the work they performed. Great service and very friendly people working at this location.

Customer service is lacking in quality, severely.

I called ahead and was told it would take 2 hours to fix my screen and that it would definitely be finished the day I called. So I come in and drop off my phone after waiting for an hour in line (a line of 2 people) they tell me it would take 4 hours to fix and it would not be finished today. Maybe a misunderstanding over the phone about a broken screen but they seemed to get the price right so I dont know who is quoting the time buts thats not professional. I then come back the next day at 1pm, more than halfway through the day in which they tell me they havent finished it yet they need to run tests and to come back in a half-hour. I was told to come back in a half-hour 4 times and the 5th time I come in, they magically found time to do the 30 minute test on my phone in 5 minutes. They then charge me $119 for the fix and wasting 6 hours of my time for a screen that isnt fully set and still has black goop pouring out of the corners of the screen. One of the worst experiences Ive had with a store, would not recommend to anyone unless you dont need your phone for a few days so you can let them take their time.

UPDATE: I revisited the store the next day and they were able to perform a more complete repair of the glass back panel of my phone under warranty. This time the entire panel was replaced and was completed within a reasonable 45 minute period. This should have been the action taken the first time. Updated my review to 2 stars from 1.Came in to get back glass panel fixed (peeling off my Pixel 4 XL). Waited over 2 hours for the repair. Got home and within 30 minutes of being home the back glass panel is falling off again. What a waste of my time and terribly disappointed in the quality of their repair workmanship. They didnt even replace the glass back panel... Used the same defective part and just reapplied adhesive.

They answered my questions and helped get my phone fixed.

Dropped off a nintendo switch to have a screen replaced and after about 2 and a half weeks I called to check up on it and they said that the part has been ordered but all they could see on their computer was that it was in transit and couldnt tell a delivery time then I call them this morning because they sent me a message saying they cant fix it after having the switch there for an entire month because they finally got the part in but its the wrong part and their distribution center doesnt have the right one or keeps sending them the wrong one

Yesterday I brought my laptop in to figure out why I couldnt get any wifi on my computer. I dropped it off and they said it could possibly take 2 to 3 days. I got a call later Saturday saying it was rebooted and they were very professional in suggesting to pick it up today to make sure I still had the Wifi option. I picked it up today. I very happy that it is fixed. They did a very awesome job. They didnt charge and a arm and leg to fix my laptop for me. I cant thank them enough for the help they did for me

Had an iPhone fixed before small little store but really nice

I went to this location to have the battery replaced on my Google Pixel. My phone was fixed properly, in a timely manner, and at a fair price. So no complaints on the important stuff. I do have a bit of an issue with the reservation process. When I visited a different ubreakifix location a few months ago, I made a reservation well in advance. When I arrived, I was told they didnt have any batteries in stock. That was bothersome-- shouldnt a reservation reserve a battery for me? So this time, at this location, I made sure to call ahead (I was coming from out of town, as places that repair Google Pixels are hard to come by). When I first called, about a week before my appointment, I was told the reservation essentially just made the check-in process easier, and I should call right before my appointment to make sure they had batteries in stock. I called the day before my appointment, and sure enough, they were out of batteries. However, they did have some scheduled to be delivered the next day. Thankfully the batteries were delivered, and they were able to get me all taken care of.So all of that being said-- especially if youre not local, its best to call ahead to make sure they have everything in stock. I would like to see the reservation process actually reserve the supplies needed without having to come in a different day or go to a different location.

Price rates do not match the prices advertised on their website. The technicians, however, did an excellent job in fixing my issue. Just greatly displeased as the the pricing clarity. Why show pricing if you do not honor it?

Came in on a Friday. March 29th to be exact at 2pm. I live an hour away so I called ahead to make sure they had the parts in to fix my phone. They did. The guy working however said he had to plug my phone in to verify something which is fine. The man said there was something wrong with my phone and it couldnt be verified. He was unsure why because my charging port was fine. I went to Best Buy for a second check. Best Buy had no problem and was able to fix my phone. So either the man didnt want to be bother or Best Buy is better at their job. Either way I wouldnt bother with this store it was a huge waste of my time. Just go to Best Buys Geek Squad department. I would give Zero stars if I could.

Fixed a jammed SIM card tray on a new phone for free, whereas the AT&T store nearby on Hamilton Rd did nothing for me!

My phone died and they were honest enough to look at it and tell me it couldnt be fixed.

I honestly just want to give these guys a good review because when I called in to see if the worked on hover boards, I told Jason what was going on with mine and he was totally up front and honest with me about it and told me the price to fix it would probably be as much as just buying a new one. Instead of trying to scam me and get my money, he let me know what I should do instead. I really appreciate the honesty and will definitely use them if I need something repaired in the future!

Called ahead to make a reservation to fix my displaced Apple Watch screen. Was seen immediately without a reservation. Tech completed the fix within 3 mins, and was on my way and an extremely fair price. Would recommend.

Part was in stock and the repair was completed in about 3 hrs. Same day service is always a good thing.I like this place and highly recommend it.

I brought my sound bar in,got a free diagnostic it didnt cost me a dime and they were more than happy to help me out. Customer service was over the top and Ive used them before. I promise you no matter what if you have any tech devices its the place to go.

No written quotes...If you need a written quote for repairs dont come here. They will not provide the cost of any repair in writing.

I would give no stars if it was an option. To make a very long story short, our iPad had a cracked screen with no other issues. We took it here to get it fixed, after 5 separate trips to this location we know have an iPad with no screen at all, a broke home button and a touchID that doesn’t work. The manager of this location needs to find a new profession because customer service is not for him. Do not go to this location.

Brought my phone in one night an hour before close, and dropped it off with the tech for a broken screen on a Pixel 3XL. Came back the next day and picked it up. Works fine, looks good.

Refused to fix my cracked phone screen because of a scratch, which is the most absurd excuse to get out of work if I ever heard one. I filed a claim thru my insurance asurion and I was directed to this place but I would not recommend this place at all.
