I had a really great experience obtaining Homeowners insurance for my first time home purchase. We are purchasing a home in Gahanna and I worked with Nick Cafaro and was able to get an unbelievably great rate for good coverage for my Homeowners insurance. I recently moved to Columbus from CA and Nick took the time to go over my car insurance as well to make sure that I had the best coverage for my price point. It was really easy to get in touch with Nick and once we decided to move forward with the quote it took 5 mins to lock it in.

I would give this 0 stars but it would not allow me to. The Auto adjuster Megan was so rude to the rental car company and said that their customer service was terrible that i could not believe it. Not sure where her training came from but she was not professional at all.

This is the absolute WORST Insurance company ever. I have a perfect driving record and someone did a hit and run on my vehicle. The insurance adjuster estimated a measly 277.00 on my vehicle. I was then told a week and a half before my premium was due that it would be raised from $165.00-$245 and the customer service rep could not tell me how much my monthly premium would be after the $245! I ABSOLUTELY HATE this company and do not recommend anyone pay for their insurance. Better service is provided by NO NAME and mom and pop auto insurance companies. I will be taking my business else where IMMEDIATELY AND I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!

Geico is an absolute rip. Take your money every month, and pay for nothing. So, i get in an accident under 500$ damage total claim cost damage and medical. Insurance didnt just cover it because i had been throwing money down there well for a year they wanted to jack the rate up 2x what it was for next year Wait til you get in an accident or read the complaints about this insurance to find out. I changed to another insurer the next day with the accident on there the coverage was CHEAPER than Geico BEFORE the accident.

I was paying 218.00 a month for 2 cars and 2 peoole, I switched and now Im paying 104.23 a month. . They are true to their motto. Thank you Geico!!!

Unfortunately this was my insurance, when I needed it, it seemed like it was paying to put me down, they left me without a car at Christmas, they are trying to charge me $ 678.33 without my fault making me threatened ... I dont know how to stay in the market.
