Broker said 10 am time for u loading. Come 9.30am guard tell me 15.30pm!!! Mouse trap!! Never come back! If you dont have firmly app. time, dont take load here, or loose your day..

In and out quickly very nice people

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING! Lookout is 2 miles away and had room to make a couple spots even st 4am. TRUCK ENTRANCE IS AT THE RAILROAD TRACKS. BUILDING WILL SAY STOUFFERS! Guard was friendly along with all other staff. You check in at guard shack then make wide right turn and stop by the recieving office. They give you a door and THEY BREAK YOUR SEAL unload time was about 1.5 hours

Check- in with guard then proceed to the building for another check in. Good service not sure if they let you stay overnight or not. They didnt check my trailer

Got me a door right away and started to unload within 5 minutes. Easy parking and easy to get to.

There a little slow but not the worse. Got here at 8 am my apt was 10. Got to gaurd shack at 11 am but theyre extremely friendly here. Defiently dont mind coming back.

There are no signs NESTLE FROZEN FOODS instead place is run by RYDER LOGISTICS follow signs straight past railroad tracks .Overall was good Service ....Even being late they took it right awaySecurity Guard has the very rare hability to Read from his seat the temp and the seal number as well, it looks like he was glued to his seat, the ladies on the graveyard shift besides being so cute they were very friendly and helpful.Good delivery ....no complains...

Pretty tight entrance, have to swing wide left. Plenty of room to maneuver. Might have to cross the street to Ryder to pick up your loaded trailer.

The representatives here were neither friendly or professional. The parking lot was both clean & debris free. The docks were easy to navigate into and there was plenty of space. The loading took approximately nine hours. Overall not so good experience. The yard dog very rude and yelling for no apparent reason when asked me to move my truck.

Dont take GPS fpr granted, routed me into neighborhood. Entrance is straight ahead after railroad tracks ( follow sign for ryder ). Overall good experience quick in n out for drop n hook, cant comment on live loads. Friendly folks when i was there.

Great place.Unloaded my truck a day early (the broker for load misled everyone about appointment time) even though they could have made me wait a day like some other places.

They have a homeless problem.

My appointment was for 5:30 PM I called in early around 11:30 am the shipping service I call to see if I can come early little bit she said yes you can and I got here by 130pm and I had to keep my Reefer running for four hours nobody touch my trailer doors open on the reefer still waiting 5:15 PM to slow

They need to put another Sign out side because you can fid it from the street.The sign Out side say Ryder No Nestle.

Yard dogs stack trailers so close together only they can pull one out, then give you an attitude and tell you their too busy when you ask them.I won’t ever pull a load from here again

My appointment time was at 10:30am. They didnt start loading me till 4:15pm. It took an hour to load me. Ugh there about as bad as McLane.
