I lived in apt 225 an I loved it.. the office staff was so welcoming made you feel at home.. An the maintenance team was wonderful.. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone..

This is a great place to call home. The apartments are well kept and the maintenance guys do a wonderful job if and when there is a problem. The office staff is wonderful they know who you are and treats you like you are someone or treats you like family. They will go above and beyond to help in any way. The apartments are close to town and convenient. I would recommend this place anytime

I didnt even get to see my apartment until the day l moved in.Its a nice apartment and l love it.But if you call the office you are wasting your time.They will never return your calls.They always say if you need help with something let us know but how are you going to let them know when no one ever replys back.l pay my rent and keep to myself Im not here a lot so l guess its ok.But l wouldnt refer anyone else to move here.

Should have apartment numbers posted better or somewhere. I didnt see any.

I would recommend 1022 west to anyone looking for a place to live I made it my home for around 6 years and was sad about leaving.. always top notch and was willing to help when I had any trouble. Management alway made me feel at home.

Absolutely loved living here for 3 years. The community is quiet, clean and all around lovely. The ladies in the office (Susie and Deceka) are so friendly and quickly efficient with any and everything. Maintanence issues are few but always handled with care and quickness. Definitely would recommend here for apartment living!

Both office and maintenance staff are very friendly and all around knowledgable. Any issues that have come up have been dealt with promptly.

I’m pleased to share that I’ve been a very satisfied resident for 4 years now. It’s such a comforting feeling to actually know - and truly trust all of the staff. I’m a proud and over protective mommy of 2 pugs. I never have to worry about them when staff are there for routine maintenance- and to me that is Priceless. Patrick and Big Mike are super helpful! The ladies in the office (Deceka and Susie) are beyond fabulous. I love on line shopping and they always make sure I get my Treasures!! The new owners have done an awesome job with all of the updates- especially at the pool!! I would recommend 1022 West to any one seeking a luxurious apartment lifestyle!!

These people are constantly in and out of your apartment. You have absolutely no privacy. You go to work to pay your rent and come home to a notice that they have either been in your apartment or will be coming. I seriously think they make up stuff just to go in your apartment. If you are OK with people constantly being in your personal space when you arent home then this is the place for you!

I have lived here for a few years now and have found the staff as well as most of the residences feel more like a family than like strangers. I rarely go outside my door and not speak to someone either in my building or one of the many buildings in the parking lot. When I meet someone new moving in it does not take long for both me and my dog to make friends with them. The staff have always been above board in every way with me. They have always gone above and beyond for me and the ones Ive talked to . They know everyone by name on site and know where you live. That says a lot to me. You are not just a number to them you mean enough to them for them to get to know you on a personal level. Keep up the good work!!!!!

The manager is disrespectful and I had a horrible experience here. Please dont go here, wont be back ever.!!!!?!

Well I am a current resident and I am truly not happy with this apartment complex. Disrespectful, creepy, and a total lack of customer service skills when it comes to most of the staff.

The lady that answered the phone when i called to see if any rooms were available raised her voice at me so she showed me absolutley no respect!!!!!
