On the website it states texting is the best way to communicate with this man. I text him Wednesday without a reply until Thursday . All he replied was yes the slide I wanted was available. Then I text him Thursday and Friday trying to verify with no reply. Saturday I was out of area at a family function and had no service. When I got service he was rude. Saying if I don’t reply for drop off he was renting to someone else. So I replied yes I want it. He then says they’ll be there in 30 minutes to deliver so I had to hurry and rush home to get there. The boys who showed up to set it up blew a breaker plugging two cords in one outlet. You would think they’d know after setting up in the past we needed two outlets. Finally got it set up. I was told by them to fill the pool up first the next day before attaching the hose to spray on the slide. Well the next day when we went to fill the pool at the bottom it wouldn’t hold water. It leaked out and there was barely any water at the bottom. It soaked our whole backyard. I text him to tell him and of course never got a reply. They picked the slide up after 5 today and the problem was never even attempted to be solved. We paid $220 for a slide with no water to slide in at the bottom. This was our 3rd time using him and I will not ever again after that.

We rented the 35 foot slip-n-slide for my daughters birthday this year. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and professional. The slide was delivered with plenty of time to spare before the party, and picked back up the next morning. You also cant beat the prices! We will definitely do business with them, again.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with, I will never use them again.I ordered tents, tables, and chairs for our event. Three days before our event we were notified that the tent a 20x40 we had rented was torn and no longer available. We not only were going to have to go with a smaller tent a 20x30, but pay extra for the replacement and still pay the price for the larger tent. They arrived late to set everything up, they were under staffed and untrained. Our guest had to help them put the tent up. They did not bring our whole order and was going to have to return with the rest on the day of our event. Making our rehearsal and dinner late due to not having enough tables. The tables and chairs were filthy and we had to clean their equipment before we could use them. When they came to pick up the equipment the driver put himself and others in harms way by crossing a hot race track.

I have rented MANY of times and they were always Great!! Delivered on Time or Early and set up etc. and always called me with any questions!! I will be renting multiple times again in March alone!

Had my nephews party this weekend and his mom had ordered a bounce house to be delivered for his party!! We called several times to be told it was on the way than it never arrived. They called almost 2.5 hours after it was supposed to be delivered saying they didn’t even know we had a time reserved. Mind you this was after we were told it would be there shortly. Super disappointed and the kids were disappointed but thankfully still had a blast without the bounce house!!! If you want reliable service I’d steer clear of this place. They’ll send your calls to voicemail and ignore your messages.

Was on time did a great, and let me keep it all weekend.

If i could give this company negative stars i would. We booked a bounce house for my sons birthday party for Saturday oct 10th. Had to reschedule due to rain which they had no issue with. We rescheduled for Sunday Oct 18th. Larry ( the owner I assume ) called the night before the party and said they would arrive for delivery at the latest 1:00. 1:30 rolls around and they hadnt arrived so I called and Larry apologizes then insures me his driver was on the way. The party started at 2:00 (Which of course Larry was well informed of) and theres still no one there with our rental so I called and no answer. A few family members called and texted as well and still no answer. Around 3:30 the delivery driver finally calls and informs me he was never told there was a event today for him to deliver to (I have no idea if thats true or not but its what he told me). At this point I wasnt going to pay full price for being well over 2 and a half hours late with absolutely no notice so I informed him not to bother coming at that point. I booked with them to begin with because of the prices and the option to have the rental delivered but after the major disappointment this company caused today I would never recommend them.

5 stars! Clean good quality equipment! They were very informative! Set up a day early and left it the whole weekend! It made the birthday party! Best prices around! We will be using them every year!

Horrible service. We ordered Tents, tables, and chairs for a two day event. The tent we initially ordered had ripped the weekend before our event and they didnt inform us until two days before our event .They showed up late on the day of our event. Only had two men for a minimum of four person job. They had no clue how to set up the tents.All of my guests had to start helping them set up the tents. The tents were set up poorly and throughout the event the poles for the tent kept falling down and almost hitting guests. All of the tables and chairs where disgusting. We had to clean them ourselves. All of the tables were not delivered the same day. Had to deliver the rest the next day, which prevented us from setting up and had to find others for the first evening. When it came time for pick up the driver trespassed on property that was barricaded off (for safety purposes) and put himself and others in a extremely dangerous situation. He put his life, my life and the lives of my guests on the line. If I could put a -5 instead of a 1 I would.

Best place to rent from! Rented the 22 ft slide, it was awesome! They called me two nights ahead of the date, they delivered A DAY EARLY and didnt pick it up until two days after the date we ordered it for, also no extra charge. Will do this every single summer! Thanks!

Terrible!!! Rented twice thinking first time was a mess up. Ordered a certain slide on Monday to have Friday and didnt get it, plus he was over an hr late ( still charged full price)!! Second time, didnt get the slide I wanted AGAIN, told me hed be there by 10a.m., got there after 1p.m. No apology or anything and still wanted full price!! Said theyll leave it till the next day for a bit (I guess to make it up) and showed up at 6:30a.m. to pick it up. Heres cheaper than others but never on time!! If you need one, pay the extra money and get it on time!!!!
