This laundromat was in need of cleaning......The washers & dryers were iffy.....I had to stand on my toes, to try & read which place, I was supposed to put my laundry detergent.....I figured it out.....Then when I was going to put my clothes in the dryer, most of them looked dirty inside....Two had gum or chocolate, melted inside them....One, the door was broken & wouldnt shut.A couple others had metal pieces, sticking up inside the dryer....Down to the last couple dryers, found 2 so-so dryers to use.....There were only 2 places to sit, one bench had an elderly couple sitting there.I headed to the other bench, good thing I looked down at bench, before I sat down.There was a drink spilled on bench & candy on it as well....SO, I didnt do much sitting, waiting for clothes to dry.The benches were hard and looked uncomfortable anyway.The vending machines needed filling, not much of a selection to chose from......Laundry couldnt dry fast enough for me, I wanted to leave ASAP......I wont be going back there.......I didnt take any photos, I was disappointed, with this laundromat.

Quality washers and dryers, fair prices. Could be kept a little cleaner though.

Dots laundromat is cleaner than most.As a woman, I have not felt threatened while washing and drying my things.Not all customers wear masks, so bring yours.Coin machines can change, $1, 5, 10, maybe higher.I bring my own supplies and but they are available in vending machines.Drinks are in vending machines.There is not access to a restroom or a sink to wash your hands. I got Shout on my hands and used my water bottle to wash my hands. Bring some bottled water, to drink and to wash hands.

At first I thought this laundry would be great but then I returned for a second time and was taught a different lesson. The first machine I loaded as directed. The clothes, detergent,bleach,softener, and then money. The machine (extra large capacity $8.50 cost) accepted $5.00 and then would not accept any more quarters ? I had to move my laundry had lost not only my money,but everything to wash the laundry also. There are many signs posted that everything in the laundry is filmed on video. But there is not 1 post of a number to call to be reimbursed for money lost there are no restrooms or even a place to wash your hands. But the final disappointment was to look down and see 6 or more roaches crawling on my white laundry basket.

Always a good place to do laundry. Never had any trouble... Crowded or alone at night. Best place to go in Gadsden considering other alternatives on the west and south end of town.

Clean, well lit inside, parking lot is rather dark. Soda & snack machine available, soda machine not working properly at the time.

Washer and dryers work amazing but it’s slowly becoming more and more dirty. This last time there was roaches crawling everywhere and trash all of the place, trash overflowing, clothes just thrown in the floor. Clean it up and it’d be a great place.

They are open all night. A little expensive.

Largest copasity machine 9.50 to use no choice on type of wash you want. Put coins in sometime take quarter without registering that I put any money in . Sometimes spit quarters right out after putting in ten dollar still showed I owed 3.50 called number to get assistance . Still waiting. The laundry mat by Sherman Williams is far better choice to use.

Dogs Coin Laundry is open 24hrs. but use caution when arriving in the late night/early AM hours because of panhandlers. This laundromat is normally clean for the most part. Most machines work; dryers are good; and there plenty of folding tables and places to sit along with many trashcans. There is also a change machine and restroom. Prices are $3.25 and up to wash and $0.25/5mins. to dry.

My money was stuck in one of the big machines that cost $8.25. I waited over a hour while my clothes were washing for someone to come and refund me the money. Maintenance said they were right down the road at the other laundromat and no one ever came. I waisted time and money. This was a waste of my time.

My husband and I stopped in yesterday morning after a week and a half on the road rving. The laundromat was very clean and very fast. The dryers kick butt. We did 2 loads of laundry and we were in and out in an hour.

Clean, convient place. Close to my house and open 24 hours. Rarely have issues with machines but if something is wrong there will be a sign posted
