The receptionist is not friendly and not professional . It does seem like they are truly there to help you. I would recommend trying a different staffing agency.

Went in, in June to reregister with PSI until my regular job recalled me. I left a wallet there and got home and realized it was missing. I called to determine if Id left it in their office and the individual who answered the phone told me it was not there and acted like I was wasting her time. She stated it was not there only one second into conversation, meaning she never took the time to look for it. After not being able to find it at home I went back and low and behold it was sitting in their foyer on a chair. I went in and grabbed it; leaving an angry glare with the attendant and left. Went to another temp agency in town a few weeks later and they had something lined up for me before I left their office. PSI never followed up in all 6 weeks of my being off. Im not so sure these are the people a company or individual would need to call on to help get a temp as a worker or a temporary position.

The lady working the front desk was lacking in personable skills, as I was the only person in the lobby with an appointment, and she couldnt be bothered to know my name and kept calling me maam. The lady that set up my profile / did my interview was like a robot programmed in high gear. I had to interrupt her to ask if I may ask a few questions. Ive now been on their list for a month, and the only time Ive heard from them is when I reached out to let them know I applied for a job they had posted on ZipRecruiter.

Very disappointed in this company. I called to get help with somebody that had stolen my identity. Someone is using my ss and working for this company and they did not even offer to look into the matter. A professional company would look into the matter and try to resolve the situation and not say I dont know over and over. I would not trust them or the staff they might steal information from somebody that they are staffing for.
