I swung by here this evening to get my battery replaced. I know all these places offer complimentary battery replacement and I didn’t have the tools to fix it so I thought, “why not?”My battery was fairly corroded, so in the process of trying to replace the battery, he accidentally broke the battery terminal. Honestly wasn’t super surprised, but hey, they’ll fix it right?Nope. The kid just says he’s not allowed to replace battery terminals. And if I wanted to do it myself, I would have to drive home and do it since I wouldn’t be allowed to do it in the parking lot.I say, “My car can’t drive. The battery terminal is broken.” This kid just shrugs his shoulders and says maybe get it towed?Absolutely clueless. Asked him if he could call a store manager, said nope.So here I am, sitting in the autozone parking lot leaving this review. Going to have to wait a couple hours at least before I can get someone out here.Strongly regret coming here.
After being told by Advance Auto Parts that they wouldnt change my battery in the rain(but offered me a jump to go somewhere else), I crossed the street to AutoZone where the workers immediately checked and replaced by battery. Good thing too because I was stuck. While they were working on my car, I observed the workers helping replace wipers and other tasks in the pouring rain with complete professionalism. Thank you for your help!!
The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Store clean and neat. They will show you what area you need to look in. If they dont have it, they dont try to sell something else, but will ask if you need anything else. I have been here several times and will go again.

I live closer to the one in Anger and drive twice as far to come to this store. They have more in stock and if they dont they will get it right away. I work on 3 different cars and theyve helped me a lot to keep them running and service with the right stuff

Baffled by the disrespect I revived from this store. I come here to get anything I need for my car but not after today..... called to ask if a part was in stock. got told it was and I had said I would be there shortly. I arrived in 10 mins to walk into the store to see a young man behind the counter wearing no mask and having HUGE attitude problem. Told him I had just called about a brake caliper and would like to purchase it, he was quick to brush me off saying “no idea what your talking about” then he proceeded to ignore me and help every other person that walked into the store after I did. Not only was I treated unfairly, everyone there was. As he was checking out a customer he was saying swear words under his breath directly to insult the customer. After he continued to help more customers (that walked in after I did) in the store, I decided to confront him about the situation and he decided he wanted to give me the silent treatment while the other customers in the store were giving up their place in line telling him to help me. After being blatantly ignored and denied service I walked out (along with other customers) and happily went across the street to advanced auto where the real professionals are. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here, they do not care about you whatsoever and you can find much happier professionals across the street.
Great place to get a decent battery, and installed for free.
Generally a decent place to buy parts, but too often I just walk out because nobody mans a register for people who dont need help and just want to pay and leave. If you want a bottle of car soap you have to wait in line behind people who need help looking up parts, etc, and there arent usually enough people working. If you do need help looking something up, theyre very helpful. They need a u-scan line.
The staff is super friendly, and of course helpful in finding the right parts, as well as suggesting other parts that might be needed to correctly finish a job. Like my case, Dwayne suggested buying a few gallons of coolant since I was buying a serpentine belt and a water pump. I was so focused on buying the right pump, I didnt even think about the coolant I would need. Awesome people, highly recommend going there for car parts.
I will not go back to the Fuquay store. I went in for a battery check. I was told battery was bad. While buying new battery and other misc items the salesperson waited on 2 other people and I had to wait to complete my transaction. I have been to this store before and had good service but in my opinion this visit sucked. My auto parts purchases will go to another company in the future. I spent over 180 dollars. I was not happy with your service.
I brought my battery in to see if it was bad which it was. I had a warranty and they replaced it took 2 min..also had questions about my Mercedes cls550 they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great service!!!

Natalina at autozone in Fuquay Varina store #1062.This woman was amazing!!To her boss I hope you know what a dedicated, knowledgeable, professional and nice (I like nice) person you have working at your store. I also hope that you appreciate her!!I put that at the top because I know most people wont read past the 1st few lines.I went to another auto parts store (I happened to be around the corner from it) looking for a low beam bulb for my car. They have me a part number and told me it was $149.99 for 1 bulb!!! They also told me there was not an alternate bulb. So when I got home I Googled autozone and called. She listened to my concern about the price.Now Ive had great customer service experiences in the past with autozone but this person went above and beyond. She looked up the bulb and alternatives trying to help me. I told her I found that part number on Amazon but had zero clue whether it was the right one or at least comparable. So she gave me a number to send a screen shot to and it was the SAME as the one she looked up for, I believe, $179. The one I found not only was it for a pair but it was only $31.09 including tax arriving in 2 days.Now all of that was fantastic but thebeyond part was she could have told me it wasnt the same or even comparable. She could have told me I had to buy the bulb from them and make a sale but she didnt. She said it was great that I could get a pair at that price. I am forever loyal to autozone.

This store has awesome customer service. I know nothing about cars, but Patrick and Joe were a HUGE help. They were patient, helped me change the headlight bulb I bought, and even cleaned off the battery (I didnt even know I needed that). My teenager drives this car and I feel SO MUCH safer that they took care of this instead of me trying to YouTube how to change a headlight bulb. Will definitely return.

Was having issues with my car so came here and was politely greeted and asked what brought me in. They tested my car and were able to find out that I needed a new battery. NOT ONLY THAT but they even installed it. Phenomenal service and kind workers. Highly recommended.

The employees are always willing to help you out or help install or show you how to install something in your car (be fair people, they cant just come out and do free work for you. otherwise they would be held legally liable if something broke down in your car).Always get spot on help, and its always in and out as quick as possible. I just want to tell you thank you for letting me know that I have an evaporative system purge incorrect flow after diagnosing the cause of my check engine light still being on from my 1997 Toyota Camry. However, I have a few things I have to say to you. I have a right to tell you what I want in regards to you asking me which vehicle. I dont care what you know or what you dont know about what vehicles people have. Its all about letting me answer your question about what vehicle I have. I can still show you where my vehicle is as far as telling you. Thats fine if you have other important things to do, but you have no right to attempt to rush me to my vehicle so you can diagnose my problem for free. As far as the mileage on my vehicle, my mistake was letting you put 252452 without asking me how many mileage I have. I understand that nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes, but my mileage shouldve been put over 292252 instead of you putting 252452 yourself without me telling you otherwise. I say that to say this. I am way passed 252432, so my mileage is still over 292252. If you think Im making a big deal out of this, then youre the one whos being so ignorant without asking me how much mileage I currently have on my vehicle. Shame on you for misreading my mileage calculation. So what if there are too many of the 1997 Toyota Camrys?? Well DUH. I know my vehicle better than you and anyone else will ever know, and Im still working on getting what still needs to be done as far as replacing the vacuum hose. I had my Camry about 4 and a half years. If you think I need to chill with my attitude, then youre the one who needs to chill with your ignorant attitude. Im not here to be harsh, rude, or disrespectful to you. Im just telling you like it is based on what I witnessed as far as dealing with you as a customer representative. If you think you dont know what Im talking about, then shame on you. If you dont believe where Im coming from, then whatever yourself. Anyways, I love this place enough where I can have a free check engine light diagnostic check. So once again, I dont care what you know or dont know about the type of vehicles people have in regards to you asking people which vehicles they have. As a matter of fact, it really doesnt matter what you know or dont know about the type of vehicles customers have. All it matters is that you stop being so ignorant and listen to what the customers tell you so you can know something as a proper Auto Zone Customer Representative. Terrible customer service and incompetent manager. First I was told I couldnt pay cash for a part because they had to order it, so I used the last bit of a gift card to buy it. When I got the part it was incorrect so I went to return it but they could only put the money back on my card, which had been thrown away since it was done. They said I could exchange it for the right part so I opted for that, but when I went to exchange it they put the money back on my card anyways. Joseph B, the manager, was very rude, never apologized for the mistake, and said I had to call Bank of America to get a replacement card, making me leave with no money and no car part, all after waiting twenty minutes for him to call the corporate office to find this out. Never going back to this location
I love AutoZone... have posted and visited them many times... this was the first one in the USA where I left disappointed. Wont be back to this branch. But will back back to all the others I have been to.

I have Miatas that I work on all the time, theres always something small but necessary that Im missing mid job. I can always count on these guys above the other surrounding parts stores. Ive seen the same guys put in great customer service day in and day out.
I stopped to get a lightbulb. My battery suddenly died. It was under warranty from autozone, so they looked it up, swapped it out for free with no hassle. Andy came out to replace it and the battery hold down was screwed into metal by someone. Andy and the rest of the team worked together to get the old battery removed and a new hold down installed properly. They took time to care about my problem and get it fixed. This is one of many great experiences I have had with Autozone customer service. This is why I always shop for auto needs at autozone.

So I come in here and I need a oil pan drain bolt for my Chevrolet Cruze 2013 1.4 liter turbo and this place is freaking amazing, not only do they have the great inventory at amazing stock, I always get my Griots garage cleaner here becausethey have here at the AutoZone actually 15% more bonus size bottles which is amazing only at this AutoZone! Also, the main point Im trying to get to is Andy a wonderful wonderful employee here, save me money save me about $14 on my drain bolt by an option that I did not even think about that nobody had two other auto parts stores even had a clue do you think about the help me with so I wouldnt have to wait on shipping or the part to be delivered I got it today for only $3 and it was amazing Andy you are the best and thank you so much for being a great employee of AutoZone. I was standing in line listening to the lady behind me talk about how bad the service was. Took quite some time to get checked out, and then they didnt offer to help me put my wipers on. Finally they did, but I spent way too long waiting on them to help.

Not good, return a bottle of cleaner. They want name address phone number etc. Gave them fake info. I dont give out my personal info. Gave me a hard time, you dont want deal with that after a 15hr work shift. Its just a cleaner not a part. I will not return.
