Today I went into this store in which Dolex is located to pay my rental payment. The store is ran by individuals that are of Hispanic origin. I have been into this store before and recieved quality service. I was going in to Dolex to utilize the WIPS (Walk In Payment Station) service offered by the company. The gentleman at the register pointed out the Dolex station and began to speak Spanish to the lady behind the window, who remained on the phone and did not speak to me directly. I was told by the gentlemen to write down the company name I did just that showed it to the lady and she says to him and he tells me that dont do that here. When I Google WIPS pay stations in my area this location along with others came up. I choose this location because it is almost walking distance of my home. I felt umwelcomed as if my service was not wanted at this location. Dont get me wrong EVERYONE deserves a fair chance. But to go into a public service station and unable to receive service because the individual does not speak or did not want to speak English to me. I felt very offened. I was able to go to another pay station to pay my bill but I should have been able to have my services rendered at this place.

Excellent customer service. The money that is sent arrives quickly and resolves any difficulty quickly.
