This is possibly the worst USPS location in that state of NC. The employees are rude and incompetent. Any interaction that Ive had with these employees has always been extremely aggravating. They could care less about your issues or concerns. They need to clean house and replace the management AND the employees. Today, I have been waiting for a really important package and the mail still is not here. I called the location and was informed that routes were split so there is no way to tell when I will receive my package.... It may not arrive until tomorrow. Its clear that this location will hire anyone. I dropped a package off in April and the receiver says theyve never received it. So I guess its lost forever. These people are pathetic.

The office itself is either understaffed or overwhelmed. Lines are usually long, no smiles, and when it comes to delivering items to either our home or to the community kiosk, we have major problems consistently.... as do the other people on our block. Senders pay extra for signature on items because of the value of the content yet they are left at a doorstep without any protection or knowledge it’s been delivered. Also if we are expecting an item in the mail box at the kiosk, we get the notice that the item couldn’t be delivered because of animal interference. What animal??! So I guess the postal worker couldn’t deliver mail to any of the other hundred residents because of an animal or they were lying and too lazy. I am so disappointed in the service. I am not alone in this impression either. Whenever possible I go to a different post office that’s nearby because service is always so much better. They need to figure out to improve the staff and do it fast.

This is the SIXTH time that packages were delivered, but NOT received. Its got to be the WORST USPS office in the country! These were LIVE animals and I dont know where they are! Ill be contacting my Congressman of my district to see if they can do SOMETHING about this location. HORRIBLE!!!!!! Im not giving any stars for their incompetence!

Customer service is everything to me. Melissa is one of the supervisors at this location. The way she just handled my call was beyond disrespectful and extremely rude. Hanging up on a customer is not how you handle things as a SUPERVISOR or whatever her title is. Ive dealt with her years ago and the situation was handled with grace. Im not sure if youre burned out from this place or youre just having a bad day. However, iexpect more from management when it comes to handling situations under stress. I am currently waiting on a call from another supervisor to see if my issue can get resolved.

They told my wife she had to lift our heavy bags filled with orders on top of the counter, nobody would help her, and she pulled her back really bad. This post office is extremely inconsiderate and has been almost every time we visit. Simply out, they do not care (at all) for their customers.

Package was never delivered to my house or mailbox on 2-11-21 as stated on the Tracking. After filling out a ticket on USPS, I was contacted and they were able to track down my package and delivered it to me. Thank-you

Lines are quick, easy to go through and I never had any problems. My only issue is that there is a woman at the front desk that is never wearing her mask properly. I go to the post office to mail things that I sell quite often, and every time she is wearing her mask over her mouth ONLY, it is never covering her nose, which defeats the purpose of wearing it in the first place. We are in a global pandemic. The lack of care for the customers that come through the post office is absolutely unacceptable. I do not know this workers name, she has blonde hair, but she has no respect for the health and safety of others during this time. I am going there today and if I see her working without wearing a mask properly I will do more than write an angry review. This is unacceptable, she is a public service worker that is mailing packages to people all around the world and touching them. This is what is keeping this virus in this country. A change has to be made with this worker.

This is a really good branch of the USPS. There was almost no wait in the line. Staff very nice. There were plenty of easy to access prepaid priority shipping supplies. Normally going to the post office is a nightmare. Not in Fuquay-Varina.

I mailed out my expensive wedding invites through this post office. It’s been months and still more then half did not receive. I’m beyond upset, this is a huge day, I spent money on customized invites. To end up having to just text or email every single person.. huge waste of money and disappointment for me. Go to a different one!

Worst service ever. Called the Fuquay Varina office checking on a pkg that I am looking for. This lady that answered the phone knew it was close to quitting time. Expecting this very important delivery yesterday that was supposedly overnighted to me. This lady on the phone asked me for my street address and put me on hold. I waited 33 minutes. After 5 PM I knew that she was not going to come back to the phone. She knew exactly what she was going to do to me. Which was leave me on hold forever. But besides this incident. My mail often gets delivered elsewhere. I often get other people’s mail. And why do we have to call Fuquay Varina’s office instead of Holly Springs office is beyond me? Just had to vent!!!

Mail not delivered and no one answers the phone even after repeated attempts to reach a live person. My delivery person is great, but his replacements often are less than adequate. Most importantly, this office needs some real help and a competent manager.

Set up a redelivery for my letter that is suppose to come. Well the lady drop off a note and told my son that she didn’t know what it was... like for reals, you work there and you don’t know what it is...now I don’t know how to get my letter, can’t really take off of work to go get it.. can’t do another redelivery since the postal worker doesn’t know what it is.. very disappointing

Surprised to see bad ratings, so I wanted to give these workers some love. Theyve made it super easy to drop off prepaid packages without any hassle. Its actually by far the best post office in the area for this. By my recollection, I dont believe theyve ever lost one of my packages. The staff are pleasant and dont seem to be locking everyone out as soon as 5 PM gets close, which Ive encountered at several other locations.

My personal delivery driver that comes to our neighborhood everyday has been the slackest mailman ive ever had. Ive lived here five years now and even still to this day me and all the neighbors get each others mail and our packages dont get delivered to the right houses half of the time. And honestly i just wish someone would fix the issue its beyond old at this point.

They were supposed to follow up with me regarding a mishandling of my mail and never got back to me. I also called and was placed on hold and no one picked up until they closed.Update 9/28/2020- spoke to kristie, had to call back after she said she’d get back to me. Once speaking to her she told me that either my mail and packages can stay in NY at my dads (who has same name as me, different middle name) or I can buy my own stamps & envelopes and send my dads mail back to him each time it comes to me. Then she hung up on me. USPS is incompetent.

Absolutely lazy mail carriers. I have video of the post lady skipping my house because my mailbox was blocked. They told me it is the responsibility of the homeowner to make sure there is a clear path to the box for the deliver driver. Asked them what if i didnt know whos car it was and was told i needed to find the person to ask them to move it.

Got a notification from USPS that said that customer wants to pick up at post office. This was not true. We wanted it delivered. The notification said the package was available for pick up at the Holly Springs location. It was not there. Holly Springs PO said it was at Fuquay Varina PO. They are only open from 10-12 on Saturday. I called FV PO at 10 to verify they had it. The woman that answered the phone said they were too busy to assist me - call back in an hour. I called back at 11:15, gave them the information to check, and was put on hold. After 15 minutes on hold, I hung up. Ive been calling back for 35 minutes now and get a busy signal. The post office is now closed and I cant get my package (that was supposed to be delivered to my door). I understand mistakes happen. But if somebody would have just served me at some point I could have understood. No wonder theyre doing so bad. Unfortunately, when you buy something online you dont have a choice of who the carrier is.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Put a package in the outdoor post box 30 mins prior to when they should have emptied it. A week later my friend messaged me that she had yet to receive the package. I checked my tracking and it was never scanned as received so it is lost forever. More than likely whatever employee has been stealing packages there also stole mine. I will never go there again. It is sad reading these reviews and seeing that this happens FREQUENTLY!

People who work inside are wonderful to work with.Personal mailman for my home on the other hand... constant passive aggressive notes are being left and packages way to large are being shoved into the mail box I can barely remove. Originally dissatisfied, miraculously my package has arrived. My apologies to Fuquay-Varina Postal servicemen and women.. I know its a busy time for the mail division, I jumped to conclusions out of spite and fear.Perhaps it was because I contacted Newegg and reported it was basically lost, although it had made it to the office.My kids will be able to enjoy their game together again and I dont need to wait for a lost package now.Sorry for the dramatic, thank you for delivering my package.

My apartment complex must literally be the last stop of the day for deliveries. I live in an apartment complex and my mail doesn’t get delivered until 6:00PM or later. It would be nice if my mail could be waiting for me in my mail box by the time I get home from work around 4:00PM. My mail is rarely delivered before 4PM, so instead of stopping by the mail office on my way in, I have to head back outside when it’s dark and walk to the mail room to pick up my mail.I used to live in Angier and I miss the post office there so badly. My mail used to be delivered around 10:45AM-11AM the latest. Now, I have to wait ALL evening before I receive my mail. It’s ridiculous.

Terrible always loosing all my packages with no explanation. They have lost my packages and other pieces of mail. They then have an attitude (Kelly) and leave me on hold for long amounts of time to never return to the call to assist. I am over loosing money and begging them to find my packages. Something must be done. My neighbors are having the same issues.

I’ve had packages marked delivered on their site and after an hour be marked as I requested to hold it at the office. The driver (substitute possibly) mark out my name in my apartment mailbox and write another surname. There’s no excuse for this.

Terrible customer service! We live in a neighborhood where all of our mailboxes are in one common area. The postal service has lost 2 of my packages and have basically told me a sorry excuse of they are sorry and it’s been hot outside!!! They haven’t offered to track it down or even reimburse me. We continuously have our packages delivered late even when it says they were delivered at a particular time. Our postman is horrible. Our packages, if they arrive, are delivered to the wrong house and when I try to call the post office in Fuquay, as soon as they answer, I’m put on hold for 10 minutes or more and when I call back, the line rings and rings and no one answers. This is a terrible service, very unreliable, and misleading.

They didnt even ask for my tracking number before telling me I was wrong. I had to submit an inquiry to investigate where my package was with customer service. If you want your stuff delivered through this location, good luck.

Ordered an item from QVC that was obviously scanned but I never received. Submitted a complaint by email and was pleasantly surprised when they called me less than 30 minutes later. However, they “never received” my package according to whomever I spoke with.As I have read over other reviews, I see this is a common problem. Thankfully QVC was super helpful and resent me the item after further investigation, in which I was told it was probably either lost or stolen.How is this allowed to continue??? I will be notifying whomever I need to next in this process to have this problem looked into and fixed. Absolutely unacceptable! Don’t bring them your packages!!! I would rather travel to another PO and give them my business.

Hard-working, good hearted employees who deliver in all seasons, often 7 days a week. I admire their work-ethic, and desire for accuracy. Although some reviewers had negative experiences with their carrier, this doesnt indicate the whole bunch is poor at their job. The population in the FV and surrounding areas has caused a great volume of mail, and the pressure coming from all sides is immense. It is NOT an easy job, and these carriers miss a lot of time with family, especially during the holidays.

I only have experience with shipping mail from here, not with receiving mail from this branch. Jose was very helpful on my last trip and pointed out that my package would probably fit inside of a flat rate box. Saved me about $5 on the shipping, so I’m satisfied with the in office service.

I would strongly recommend another shipping method other than USPS, especially if you ship any item valued over $50. Their insurance coverage does not matter.I shipped a server grade computer in January. It clearly had damage to the outside of the box when it was delivered despite being marked on all sides as Fragile and Insured. The box was delivered with a hole in it, the case to the computer was damaged, as well as several inside components ruined.I immediately filed my claim and was denied twice. It took them until May to even let me know they were denying the claim. Most of this time, the server remained in their possession at the local Post Office for them to analyze the damaged sustained to the computer.The icing on the cake was when I went to retrieve the computer from the local Post Office here in North Carolina, the postal worker was kicking and sliding the box out the door. When I asked her to stop, she stated they always slide boxes like this, it wouldnt damage the item.

For the past two years, no packages missing and everything has been delivered on time. Its unfortunate to read the other reviews especially with the influx of new renters and residents to Fuquay Varina. However my experience has been good. Living within a mile of the post office may matter here. In fact my mail has been delivered through 2 hurricanes on time and some questionable snow days. I appreciate getting the good side of service.

Our packages arrive later than theyre supposed to. I can get a package sent from 5 states away faster than I can get it from 15-20 min down the road from this post office. Its a constant battle trying to get them to simply to their job every week. Pretty much every post office Ive been to or dealt with has been at least 3-5 stars...This one is absolutely not worth 1.I just had a package from Amazon thats supposed to get delivered today from several states away. It got to this post office yesterday. Now, Im being told it will take 3 days to get to me and its Saturday! Really?Edit: Added a star so we my packages have been arriving on time mostly since this review.Edit: Well...back down to 1 star. 2 days and still havent gotten a package from 15 min down the road and you cant blame bad weather. We had temperatures in the 70s today with no rain.EDIT: March 27, 2021 The service has improved. Ive pulled the review from 1 to 3 stars. Ill keep pushing it up if this improvement continues. I dont want to be unfair to businesses. They need us as much as we need them. I know postal workers work hard, in general. I hope they take this to heart and keep at it.

Too bad there arent NEGATIVE star values available.........sum up this post office in one word..........TERRIBLE!! Routinely I receive my various neighbors mail, in fact, one day I had mail from SIX different addresses!!! Ive called, Ive complained..........nothing has changed. I STRONGLY suspect I had a piece of mail stolen either at the FV post office or by the carrier. I received an Informed Mail notice that two (2) pieces of mail were suppose to be received the Saturday before the eclipse. Amazing enough, I received only one piece of mail........the letter that contained the glasses has yet to be received!! Word of advise........dont send anything of value through this post office! I now have all my bills sent electronically as Im sure if I routinely receive my neighbors mail, they too receive mine. And yes, I have been delinquent on payments previously because I didnt receive the billing. Customer beware of this post office!!

I just called the Fuquay-Varina USPS office and was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful customer service. I rarely get a positive experience calling a government office, but today, the phone was answered in a friendly manner by Carl (or Karl?) who listened to my problem then asked me to hold while he gathered information. He came back at one point to update me with his effort, came back on the line again with an answer, then gave me his name and asked me to call him back personally if my problem wasn’t resolved today. I was not expecting such polite and friendly service. Thank you F-V post office!!

We have a new female carrier (dirty blonde hair ) in the sterling ridge neighborhood. She drives fast 40mph in a 25 and stays on her cell phone the entire time. When I asked her to slow down because there are a lot of kids in this neighborhood, she laughed and told the person on the phone with her did you hear that. We want Richard back! He was amazing and so kind to my children! This poor excuse for a carrier needs to GO!

I had a package that was addressed to my old address in Holly Springs. Because I had not lived there for over a year there was the likelihood that It would never be forwarded to my new address and in turn would be sent back to the shipper.I looked up the tracking code and found out that it had arrived at the Fuquay Varina post office this morning. I called over there and spoke to the postmaster who made several phone calls to the carrier who was delivering in that area. The carrier confirmed that he had the package on his truck and subsequently I was able to meet up with him and get my package.I applaud the wonderful customer service that I got from this post office.

Been waiting for a package, checked tracking and saw it was being delivered today, made sure I was home when mail came, saw the mail carrier pass my house, assumed the tracking was incorrect, went to mailbox and retrieved a Sorry We Missed You notice. Have been trying continually from 1:15 PM to now - 3:45 PM - to call and have gotten a busy signal every time. I understand that in the overall scheme of things, this is just a First World Problem and not a huge deal, but the government waste of funds going into this non-working albatross is absurd. Seriously bad... First they lost for 2 weeks (10 days) the certified divorce papers being sent to my ex. It was only like the most important thing I have sent by mail. Then among so many failures they have sent my vibrator after getting it in Fuquay to the Roxboro post office. which has now sent it back to the Raleigh sorting Post office, to send it back to Fuquay (maybe to start the loop again)... Abysmal. If I could rate it less than one star, I would. Packages that dont require a signature still get a sorry we missed you(when Im home) in the mailbox because the carrier is too lazy to drop off 500 feet down the street. One time he lost my package doing this and he said to me sometimes we take shortcuts to save time, just tell Amazon it got lost and theyll send you a new one.Amazon no longer had the item I ordered to even get a replacement. Other than packages, mail is all over the place. My neighbors get more of my mail than I do and vice-versa. Supervisor is no help. I called two days ago because Ive been waiting for a check mailed on September 26 (its now October 17) he said hed look into it and get back to me. He never did. Called back this morning and he put me on hold for over 40 minutes. I just hung up now. Im reporting them to the postmaster general. I have better things to do with my time than complain to the post office but I NEED MY MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Corrupt post office!! The carriers don’t even enter your neighborhood on certain days. They choose what days to show up and deliver mail. And they are famous for saying package was attempted but they never even tried just so you the customer has to come pick it up and do all the work. Useless!!!

Post man doesnt like walking up the steps to drop off packages. Ive told them this before, ill do it again if I have too. Ill go to higher authority if they dont do there job right. Unbelievable unreliable service.I live since almost 10 years in Holly Springs in the same single family home and when my regular mail carrier is on vacation I dont get my mail. Should have received a package on Friday and it was on Saturday returned to sender, stating the printed address label was illegible. But even the tracking stated a rescheduled delivery. the worse USPS distribution center I have ever seen.I revised from 1 to 3 stars because the staff at the Fuquay-Varina facility was very friendly and helpful to finally find my package. The substitute mail carrier should better do a different job.

This particular post office has a long and well-documented history of lost mail (tracking is pointless), mail returned to sender with no attempt to deliver (lies as to reason for non-delivery), packages/mail scanned as delivered but never delivered, mis-delivered mail to the wrong address, and a laissez-faire attitude about the loss of customers important mail (personal or legal documents) and even life-endangering (medications) failures to deliver important packages. There is no accountability, even when escalated to the postmaster general. No repercussions for failure to perform their jobs at a basic level. Excuse after excuse - we had a substitute driver, the drivers scan it delivered early because its on their route that day, we cant find your mail - give your name and number so we can call when we find it (they never call), etc. Ultimately, they dont care if you get your mail or not, your complaints, how you feel about it or how important it may have been to you or the effects on others for their failure to do their jobs. If you have an issue, please make sure complaints are made at the top (postmaster general) so its logged on the national level. Theyll refer it to the local unit to address, but at least theyll be a record elsewhere. The more issues documented on record, the likelier it is one day that particular post office, or someone there will be held accountable and responsible.

Very unreliable. Outgoing packages placed in personal mail box to be sent out for delivery never get scanned and inevitably get lost by delivery driver. For the past month Ive been now dropping off packages at my local post office (this one) and Im having the same problem of them not scanning in packages and getting lost. Now I have to always go to post office and have clerk scan packages in front of me so that I can get a receipt for future lost claims...This has been killing my small business.

Today 05/31/2019, when I went to get my money order to pay my health insurance whatever the monthly amount Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC billed me, I found out that Jose was not handling money orders. What??? What kind of customer service was that? And for him to have the nerve to tell me that either Jeff or Jennifer could handle money orders was very uncalled for. I did not appreciate it all, so I had to wait in line until Jeff took my request, even though he looked at me funny. If Jose made a decision not to handle money orders without giving me a good reason, then he was in the wrong. There are no ifs, ands, buts, or wells about this one. Also, he is still in the wrong if he allowed someone else in the customer service department put him up to a decision not handling money orders. For right now, I dont care to hear him repeating from his mouth like a robot when it comes to a money order situation per say. Let him look in the mirror and laugh at himself and whatever himself for being discriminatory after reading the entire post. The Bible speaks against favoritism according to James 2 no matter what religion others celebrate. I thought every customer service representative handle money orders. If they think I thought wrong, then I totally disagree with their opinions as well as their policies. I also disagree about the same thing happening in the future because it is discriminatory. Yes, what Jose did was very discriminatory, and I dont appreciate his lazy attitude, regardless if hes a foreigner. Shame on him for not handling money orders.I also have a problem when it comes to people delivering the wrong mail to the wrong address. I have experienced this issue with people not slowing down or taking their time to look over peoples mailing address before putting in the mailboxes. It doesnt matter who it is. The next door neighbor from Apartment 2C had to knock on my door (2D) because someone from the delivery department failed to take the time to look over the mailing address before putting into to the corresponding mailboxes instead of delivering my mail to his 2C address on 201 East Ransom St. I dont know what has caused them to be in a rush, but they have NO business putting the wrong peoples mail in anyone elses wrong mailbox or the wrong address. So what if things happen? I pray and hope that those employees really get their acts together before they lose their job or their business, causing them to find some other jobs elsewhere. I dont appreciate folks delivering my mail to another persons address, delivering someone elses mail to my mailbox, or vice versa. If they want to play the victim and act like they dont know where Im coming from in order to try to annoy me, then Im not the only wrong person to mess with. To Angie C and the Post Office customers who have had these similar experiences other than me, I totally agree with you all. I dont mind taking things up with whoever I want to take it up with based on the poor services that have happened today and a couple weeks ago. It is also ridiculous to upcharge for stamps.

Have been trying to get in touch with them all day only to get a busy tone for hours and hours on end. Guess theyre leaving the phone off the hook. Delivery driver said a delivery attempt was made on a package and notice was left. The apparent time was when I was home and no notice was even left!!! About 6 to 8 months ago our mail started getting mixed up. Neighbors on either side get our mail and vice versa. We get peoples mail on the next street up with the same house number, and Im sure they get ours. This wouldnt be a huge issue except for the fact that my wifes paychecks get mailed to the house and we have had to ask her employer to put stop payments on checks and reissue new ones. This puts a huge burden on her employer and us! Now today after waiting on a much anticipated package, it shows delivered but is not here. Im sure someone else has it in the neighborhood, and hopefully they are honest enough to drop it off. **UPDATE since this review, I never received my package and had to order a replacement. Now, once again, I have something showing delivered that has been highly anticipated and the USPS has failed to deliver (pun intended I guess). This type of behavior should not go unnoticed, but it seems it has and will continue to. Sure would be nice if a class action lawsuit could be brought against this branch, and I will look into this, because blatant neglect of a persons mail should be as much a federal offense as tampering with someones mail.

I live in a brand new neighborhood with a stupid mail kiosk since they don’t allow mailboxes for new neighborhoods. Been waiting days for the postmaster to have someone come and assign the houses to the boxes in the kiosk. We put a hold mail at the FV post office due to the issue. I’ve now had two packages say they were undeliverable and sent back. Of course they are undeliverable thanks to the USPS which are supposed to HOLD them for pickup. I bought them on Amazon lightening deals, so I can’t buy them for the same price. So frustrating!!

My subdivision is constantly getting mail delivered to the wrong address. Today I received a package that is clearly addressed to Philwood Ct. I am on Willhaven Dr. Do you see any similarity in these streets??? I am getting tired of delivering neighbors mail to them and wondering if something of mine was delivered to the wrong address.I put the package in my mail box with the flag up to have the delivery person pick it up and deliver it to the correct address.. he delivered my mail today and left the package!

We havent had a decent letter carrier since they took Darrin away from us a year ago. Yesterday 4 packages, 1 catalog over 2,000 pages, 1 magazine, and 4 letters were crammed into our mailbox. Needless to say they didnt all fit and pushed the mailbox door open and were hanging half-way out of our mailbox. Not the first time this happened. Letter carrier is too lazy to walk the packages up to the front door.

This place is a nightmare and the curriers are even worse. We have paid numerous times to have our packages next business day for medical reasons and we still have to fight to verify where they are. We have lost packages due to their negligence and end up opening a claim, on top of everything this open cases takes months for a resolution. They are careless and incompetent people. To everyone who reads this, PLEASE gather every possible proof of evidence regarding postal service, tracking information etc from now on and get this to the federal-bureau. My last experience was when we were supposed to received my mothers cancer medication (thalomid) as a next day service with a signature require and received them two weeks later and left at the door in very poor conditions. I had enough with this USPS facility, they will be under investigation pretty soon. I will deeply encourage everyone who reads this and all of this reviews to do something about it and help me end this service abuse that we all pay for. This week I will be contacting the media as well to make it a public concern. As of right now I have taken my shipping needs to a different company.Thanks for taking the time to read this and hope this problem gets resolved for the benefit of all.

Horrific! I lived in Holly Springs and dealt with this PO for 2½ years. I had nothing but problems. Mail delivered to neighbors constantly and packages lost. Including a package worth $500. Now Ive moved and have mailed a certified letter to the person now living in my house. I know who lives there and it was my home! How was is deliverable as addressed?? Heres how, the idiot who had it to deliver, tried to deliver it to a FV address with zip 27526. How do you confuse that with 27540?? If a letter is sent certified with return receipt then you know it is something important. Now, what should have been delivered Saturday will be put off until at least Monday! MORONS!!

The postal carrier in my subdivision shoves books into the back of the locking box. There is a lip on the front of the box that keeps me from getting the book out. I have gone to the post office repeatedly for this same problem. Ive explained this over and over and asked that the book just be put on my front porch. I have left the book and put a note explaining that I could not get it out. She shoves mail over it and under it, but doesnt get the book out. What can I do? Like everyone else who complained, I cant call the post office because of the continuously busy phone. How is it that they can get away with never answering the phone. When I needed a passport, I had to go to Willow Springs, because they didnt want to do it In Fuquay Varina. What a disaster that place is!

Unfortunately, this post office has not adapted to the influx of new residents in the area. I visit this PO at least twice a week to ship off items. Depending on what time of day, your wait may vary.On that note, the main problem with this post office is the delivery drivers. Ive noticed with our delivery driver that she wouldnt get out of her truck if it was on fire. Recently she stuffed a box in our mailbox that we had to pry out because she was too lazy to put it on our porch. Another time she didnt deliver our mail because the trash man put the trash can beside the mailbox. She was too lazy to walk 5 feet to put the mail in the box. Its really pathetic how lazy these drivers have gotten.

Yep, customer service sucks! Workers at the counter act like they are doing you a favor, are rude, S-L-O-W, and have an I dont care attitude. Typical government employee mindset and demonstrated behavior. Of course, that is why they are federal workers as they rarely get fired no matter what their infraction or level of incompetence. Also, the postmaster and management do not follow through and fail to do their jobs as well.

If you live in Holly Springs chances are.... They skip over your whole neighborhood. Ive noticed that they will skip over your house because we have confronted the driver and he said there was no mail....then he turns around and says we do have something. If you are running behind on your route, stop talking to ppl in stores for long periods of time. Or get to work eariler. Its starting to be a every week thing, and we are about to fill a formal report on our driver. If he doesnt wanna work. We can make it happen!

They should make a documentary about the typical government employee and set up cameras here at the Fuquay Varina Post office. Nobody here gives a crap about you, your package or anything except getting paid for as little work as possible.I was walking in the door at 4:59, rushing to get my tax papers post marked in time, yes my fault for waiting. As I walk in, my watch beeps, 5:00. They are closing up shop. I am walking up to the counter and he said, sorry we close at 5:00 and lowers the metal safety door that blocks the counters!! Was actually pretty comical, like something you would see in a movie. I was not amused. I said thanks for being so helpful.Ended up going to UPS Store and got my envelope stamped with todays date. Probably will get to the IRS before regular mail would have delivered anyhow.Again, these people dont give 2 fu€€$ about anything. Typical Govt Employees, sorry to stereotype but I see it everywhere.This post office has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Isnt really about the office, more about an employee. The mailman that services my neighborhood has a habit of, when he isnt bringing anything to my mailbox, skipping my house altogether. This is not really a good thing, since a few times when he has done it, there have been things in the box that needed to go out. Today, it was my nieces birthday card. Just not really a good way to handle things.

I moved here july 2008 the main door at the post office had a bad squeek . .it needed some oil . . 3 years went by . . then I got mad.,, I talked to the postmaster, the head guy, the boss ..I said I will fix your squeeky door for $ 10. dollars he said no . .so I said ok, I will fix it for 10 stamps he said no . . I walked out .. one year later, it got fixed by a pro team . . the cost ..? a Lot More...

Worst Post Office ever. I really think they do not read where they are sending the mail too. Most people in my neighborhood exchange mail on a daily basis because Mr A gets Mr Bs mail, Mr C gets Mr Ds mail, and so on and so on. Holly Springs does not bring us mail even though w live in Holly Springs. I have lived in many places around the USA but this is by FARRRR the worst carrier service EVER!!!!! AVOCET neighborhood carrier needs better reading glasses.;

I believe all the carriers work hard and do a great job . I think sometimes people rate the post office as a whole when they have an individual problem and dont go any further . Those people fail to realize all the rest of the workers who go above and beyond to take care of their customers . I think the fuquay post office is great .
