I found out yesterday that I have severe hearing loss, and its been that way for awhile.. The people there are wonderful and explains everything to you so you can understand completely. When Mr. Brian Murray put the hearing aides in my ears I seen how much my hearing improved. I even called my mom and I didnt even recognize her voice because it wasnt the same.. HearingLife was God sent.. If it wasnt for them I wouldnt have never knew what my moms voice really sounded like or heard the birds chirping outside while I was inside in the room talking to Mr. Murray to see what I needed to do to keep my bionic ears.. Thank Yall so much.

I give this office five stars. We checked out Sams wholesale and the hard hard sales pitch was evident. Sams call back in a week with a super duper special. On the other hand, this office stated a loss in hearing but not to the degree aids were necessary although the decision was ours. I appreciate the candor and advocacy given by this office of Hearing Life.

This is some place that directs you through a call center in NJ to schedule. They scheduled me only to call me later in the day and say that day wasnt available because they were closed. Just a bit of advice, you may want to share the times you are closed with the people who are scheduling your appointments. They may do a great job, but its not worth the hassle in my opinion. Find a good local place that has time to speak with you directly.

Name of this place changed to Hearinglife.Had an appointment for 4 PM. Got there on time. Sat for 20 minutes and was told that the person we were meeting with had a conference call he just found out about 15 min prior. Said we were going to wait a few more minutes. Waited a total of 30 min. I guess they dont need or want my business. I am very angry for wasting my time. I left work an hour early to get there on time and missed another hour for the appointment that didnt happen! If I had come 30 min late for the appointment they would have told me I needed to reschedule! This place was not very professional! I will not go back.

(Hate negative reviews with no comments or something silly.). Anyhow, I came to this location and purchased my new Oticon OPN 1 hearing aids. These are excellent hearing aids and highly rated. Jessica is fantastic and so are both the hearing instrument specialists. I got a great discount through True Hearing. I highly recommend this location and my devices.
