ZERO STARS!! DO NOT USE THIS “BUSINESS”!!! Dropped my daughters computer off in late November 2020. Paid Corey $250 to buy a new motherboard in early December. I have been trying to get the computer back since then. I’ve tried to pick it up but he claims he’s always working off site and will tell me when he’s in the office - never has. He’s offered to deliver it several times - never did. I I threatened to sue him and his last offer was to mail it to my daughter in Miami, Florida and he’d send me the tracking number - never did. I am currently filing a small claim to try and get it back. What a mess!! If anyone knows the exact company name and owner name please let me know - I don’t want this case thrown out for incorrect info!

Two words can be used to describe these two outstanding folks: Dedicated and determined. Corey and Candace will see to it that as a customer you are taken care of and will do whatever it takes to do a job with excellence. If you need a bit of custom work, dont worry; they have your back. Thankful to this amazing repair shop for fixing my broken laptop. I couldn’t live without this, my graduation depended on this because it has all my data for my thesis. Thanks to a friend of mine who recommend this place to me. So I gave it a try, and surely they never failed me. Highly recommended repair shop in town.

Stay away! My Mac display was acting up and I took it here because it was local and I choose to support locally-owned businesses when possible. The owner seemed knowledgable and honest. I was told it would take a week to get the part in. I had to pay $400.00 for the part before he ordered it. I took the computer home because it was still usable. At the end of the week I called to see if the part was in and if he could install it. I was told it was not in, but he expected it by Monday. I called on Monday to see if the part was in and was told it was not but he knew it would be there by Wednesday. No problem I said. I told him I would drop the computer off on Wednesday (expecting the part to be in and the computer to be repaired by Saturday)I dropped the computer off on Wednesday and was told now he expected the part to be in by the end of the week. I called on Saturday only to find out that the part had not arrived yet. He told be some story about a college student with the exact same computer with the exact same problem came in at about the same time needed hers fixed first because of a term paper...... Long story short. I came to get my computer back and told him to forget it. I will take it somewhere else. I will need him to refund my $400.00 for the part that never materialized. That was a month ago! I have not received the $400.00 and have heard So many excuses of why not. He will no longer answer my texts. We are currently preparing to take legal action for the $400.00.

I cannot say enough good things about Cory and the services they offer.Cory is extremely knowledgeable and professional not only in computer repair but web design and seemingly all things IT.Brought my daughters computer in for a fix and had it back good as new (if not better) in a matter of hours.This is a solid business and I will send everyone I can there.

Id search any where else, kid working here will tell you what you want to hear so you leave your computer, then keeps your computer for a long time. He is nice but slow and tells me different stories on why its taking a long time, then wanted to charge me more.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my laptop in September of 2020 to be fixed as I was getting a blue screen from time to time and the compuer would shutdown and restart. Took it to this establishment. The owner said he would take a look at it. When he diagnosed the issue, he said it would take an hour to fix. I said I would pick the laptop up the next day. He wasnt available for me to get my laptop back for almost 14 days. When he was finally in the shop and I came by, he still had to install the new hard drive. After doing so, he showed me how much faster the laptop booted up. The problem is, I have received that same blue error message about 20 times since. Didnt want to contact him, but did yesterday and he told me he would call me at 9a the next day and look at the laptop remotely. As of this writing it is 9:45a and I have not heard from him. Hes young, probably not even 25, trying to do more than run this business. And hes mostly concerned about getting good reviews. No good review here. Beware. Update: Interstingly enough at 9:48 he sends me a link to try and fix the issue. I told him forget about it, I will take it somewhere else. I want at least part of my $240.00 refunded.

With no hassle he was able to help me identify what was wrong with my custom built PC. Drove up just for my appointment. Great customer service, will be bringing my PC back here for any other issues I have

Cory deletes bad reviews! He deleted a lengthy review I posted. I don’t have time to retype it but do yourself a favor a go anywhere but here. The positive reviews he does have is from his friends.

Corey has fixed a few computers for me over the past year or so and always does an awesome job. This time it was my laptop, and he cleaned it fully, fixed the problem and had me back in business later that day. Always great and professional service. 5 stars for sure!

Cory is awesome!! Bought a ibuypower computer thru bestbuy black friday sale. The new computer needed a power supply swapped out due to the requirements of my video card. A 2nd SSD installed and the windows 10 cleaned out of all the Junk that comes with pre built. Called Cory at 0900 and it was all done at 1900. Same Day Service! MOST important for me is that I am a computer gamer, the only things that this computer does and power and speed are critical. Cory setup the computer to rock for games. Runs like a Scalded Dog!!! The service was great! My computer issue was a pain and someone else may have just given up and told me the computer could not be fixed due to age of computer but this guy was amazing...staying up late to continue trouble shoot to get me up and running. Definately a referral resource!
