Only one employee and shes the sweetest. It can get backed up but always glad to have her do my bloodwork.

No one greets you at check-in. Patients tell you how to check-in. 7 patients waiting, 6 chairs, I and another had to leave due to delay and other appts.LabCorp, please do not short staff your office. Its frustrating for your employee as well as your patients.

The woman working at the Labcorp was completely unfriendly. I was in and out pretty quickly but its a job and you need to have a professional and friendly demeanor at all times!!

Went to get a Covid test and a week later I am feeling better but still no test! They told me 4 days max and it has been 7. I have lost hours at work bc I can’t get the test back so I basically don’t have a job for the rest of August thanks to LabCorp!

Went to 2 other locations they were closed. Sitting in this office there is no one here to greet. One person on staff for everyone. Lab Corp is terrible.

The lady who entered the Doctors orders for the lab work and then drew my blood, did a great job, no need to go into details. I registered online a couple of days earlier and checked in by tapping one button on my phone, very easy. She was about 10 minutes late getting to me, but that was no big deal. Some people that did not have an appointment waited 45 minutes to an hour.

I was originally planning on going to the Erwin, NC location. When I got there, the woman couldnt do my test because of an internet issue. She informed me to go to the Fuquay location but to call first in case they changed their hours due to covid. On my way to Fuquay, I tried calling for 20 minutes it took to get there to see if they were open and doing drug tests. No answer. I finally get there and I walked up to the front asking, Maam is there someone out here who can help me? Dawn Bishop (LabCorp employee) comes out and I informed her that, Ive been trying to call for the past 20 minutes and no ones been answering but Im here for a drug test and was just making sure that I can get one right know cause my paperwork says they dont start till 1pm”. Dawn instantly got really snippy and responded with, “Okay well Im the only one here and I dont have time to answer the phone. Go sign in.” I said, Ma’am you dont need to be rude with me, I was just asking cause I want to make sure I can get it done right now instead of at 1pm”. Dawn responds with, We changed our hours. Im not the rude one, you are” & she slammed the door in my face. The other patients in the waiting room were very shocked by her attitude. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am disappointed that our healthcare system allows people like Dawn Bishop to work as a healthcare employee. If I could give 0 stars I would

Don’t bother making an appointment. You sit way past your apt time even when people come in after you. Staff are very rude don’t waste your time coming here.

As with all the smaller locations, theyre understaffed. Its not the staffs fault things arent well-organized, though plan to wait, particularly in the morning. If you dont have to fast, go later in the day. Theres only one person on staff at any given time, as the management says theres not enough business to have two people on staff. They stay overwhelmed.
