I need to give a shout out to Collision Correction and Customs! Specifically Tony. I had a minor dent on my car and couldn’t get my door open. I spent a couple hours trying to figure out myself and ended up calling Tony because I couldnt pop the dent out. He told me to come in and he’d take a look. I stopped by and within 2 minutes my door was able to open. Talk about a place with integrity and great service. He didn’t charge a dime. I’d trust them for future collision, correction or custom work.

Our garage door was a bit famished and decided to take a bite out of our Rav. We chose Collision Correction and Customs as a result of the recommendation of our insurance company and the overwhelming reviews online. Id never been through this process and Collision Correction was amazing about helping me the entire way.I dropped the car off on Monday and it was ready on Wednesday as good as new. I received a call mid way through the tear down just to make sure a couple of other scratches and dings werent part of the main damage.Once finished it was detailed and ready for me. A+ for communication, professionalism, and overall friendliness. They are definitely on the top of my list for recommendations.

I have a 1995 tahoe that was my first car and I wanted to get it painted. Like most chevrolets of that era it had no clearcoat left and surface rust on the entire roof. I had taken it to 4 other paint shops and all had them either laugh and say youd be better off just buying another truck or quote me something so out of this world I would have to leave. None of them even took the time of day to discuss options with me, so I went over to CCC. Completely different story. I spoke with Tony and he listened to what I wanted done, went over everything point with me, worked with me on price to find a good common ground and had me in within the week. From there he sent me updates pretty much every day and would double check to make sure everything was right. The color was perfect and the end result makes the truck look never than it ever was. I could not be happier or speak enough good things about the team over at CCC.Juat 2 weeks later I was backed into in the freshly painted passenger door....my luck. Called CCC back up and they had me in 2 days later and had it fixed perfectly within the same week.Very long story short, great people, great service, great work, superb business.

I needed a good Custom Shop to repair my heavily modified Nissan Z when I was rear ended, instead I found these guys. I had full coverage insurance and $30,000 aftermarket parts coverage through Geico, I was rear ended found not at fault, and Geico was being 100% reimbursed for the cost of the claim by the insurance of the woman that hit me. Insurance and payment were no issue. First they said yes they can do aftermarket body kits/insurance work, no problem, so I gave them all the info. A month later I had to call them back and they tried telling me they couldnt find the parts, and suggested I buy it and install it myself. So now Im bothered, I call up and talk to the owner, he tried giving me a bull explanation, I called him on it. So I took my time out of my life and forwarded them web links to buy from online vendors, provided all documentation, pictures of my car, everything they would possibly need, I spoonfed them. Finally they said ok, they can do it, and scheduled the repair. A few days later, they called and said my car was ready. Look at the pictures, this is how my car was presented. Pictures worth 1000 words. At this point I was stupefied, they tried saying my insurance denied supplemental approval, called my insurance agent at Geico, Collision Correction never even submitted for supplemental approval. At this point I just signed and took my car home, I didnt even want these guys to touch it again. These guys are liars, crooks, and jokes. There are too many other body shops, go elsewhere!

I had a minor accident recently and I called to schedule an appointment to have a quote done. They told me to come in whenever I felt like it and they would do it on the spot. Sure enough, I showed up same day and had my quote done within 15-20 minutes. I then scheduled the appointment to have my damages fixed a week later, but had to reschedule. They were completely okay with that and I was able to easily schedule a new one at my convenience. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a brand new mirror. I cant suggest Collision Correction & Customs enough.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The staff here is amazing! The quote was done quickly and sent to the insurance company. The repair was excellent and work superior. Even though being hit was a pain, this business made the repair as painless as possible. It was like pushing the easy button! I cannot say enough wonderful things. I highly recommend.

I recently had my car fixed here, I was a little worried because my car had a pretty good dent in it and I’ve never had damage to a car before but they assured me it would look brand new and answered any questions I had. The estimate they gave me was a lot cheaper than I was expecting and told me it would take about a week and only took 4 days which was a pleasant surprise and the work looks amazing. Jennifer is who I talked to majority of the time and she was extremely nice!

My wife hit a deer at 1:30 in the afternoon. I called CCC and Jennifer told me I could bring it in for a free estimate around 4pm, SAME DAY. She wrote up the estimate in about 10 minutes and explained how they work with your insurance company and what the next steps were. We received a call for approval of our estimate within a few days from our claims adjuster. Jennifer was able to get us in the following week (my wife’s car was still drivable). She gave me a turnaround time when we dropped it off and it was right on time. Picked it up, looks brand new and to my wife’s excitement they cleaned and vacuumed the inside, it looks amazing.Very personable, I felt like I had known everyone in the shop for years. Anyone who is looking for a stress free experience resulting from an aggravating accident, go here. They will take care if you. I dont do many reviews but I do need to let you know how outstanding this business is, for the work they do and how helpful they are when you need them. I have taken 2 hail damaged SUVs and 1 wrecked SUV to them to be fixed. You cannot tell they were damaged, the work is so good and ontime. Just perfect. I was very picky of who i wanted to work on it, due to this was my moms truck and dad gave it to me when my mom passed away, because mom wanted me to have it. Nothing but praise for this shop and the staff. Earlier last year they took a dent out of my wifes car caused by a softball incident. That work was impeccable especially considering the location next to the window.This past July I took my beloved new Charger in after the awful hail storm. I thought my baby was ruined but the work Lee and crew did was unbelievable and I mean unbelievable. My car looked like Tiger Woods had used my it for target practice....dents all over the place. I was parked in a public lot and someone crunched my lil vans bumper, almost ripped it off in fact, including gashing the rear light panel. Couldnt have happened at a worse time as I was headed out of town within a day. My mechanic recommended Collision Correction so I took it there. GREAT service, and jumped on it immediately after giving me ALL the info I needed about options of to do, or NOT, what might be found, or NOT, and then gave a fair price quote range after I made my selections. Went out of town and they called in a couple of days to fill me in on status, which was sincerely appreciated and apologized for not having it done already. I explained I didnt need it and they could take all they needed to do the best they could. Overall, it was almost done when said and Im VERY happy with my results. Couldnt have been happier and I believe they even detailed my car. It looked great and has functioned perfectly. All at the lowest price of the quote we developed. I didnt even mind writing the check! Excellent!

Got a aftermarket spoiler painted for $200 here. The paint job was well done. After I had the spoiler painted and paid for, I was looking to get it installed. They decided they did not want to do this anymore and now I’m stuck with a spoiler apparently most places don’t want to deal with🤦🏻‍♂️

This place is very professional, they stand behind their work, and they take great care of you! I had body work done here after an accident and didnt notice until a couple years later the fenders rubbed the 2 front doors when opening and closing. They adjusted this at no charge, repaired the damaged paint, and also fixed a running light they saw was out. Great people! 👍

These guys are awesome. I had a co-worker hit my car and the estimate was $1,600. He could not come up with that much and offered me $1,000. I took the cash and was gonna fix myself but I decided to call back and talk to the shop manager. He agreed to fix my car for $1,000 and literally had it finished the next day. It looks amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone

These guys are super friendly, easy to communicate with and do fantastic work! To expand on my experience a bit, I brought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have a couple of painted decals removed (applied by its previous owner).A few things that stand out from this experience:- My Jeep had a somewhat rare paint color from the factory (which they matched flawlessly).- They gave accurate and clear pricing up front.- They finished earlier than I expected.

These guys took great care of my wifes beater when she knocked off the front fender and one of the headlights. They fixed it in a timely manner - were courteous and treated her old 95 civic like it was a brand new Lexus.Respectable people and pricing over there. Highly recommend!

I have to be honest here and was reluctant to use Collision Correction & Customs to have the work done on my SUV because I never heard of the company. But I was not happy with one of the bigger chain body repair business the last time I needed repair but my daughter had the car towed because of an accident-- so I had these folks do it.Not only was the repair superior and done in a timely manor, the customer service was great and the owner and all the staff made you feel like part of the family and will help in any way, if possible. I would highly recommend Collision Correction & Customs and will use them again if the need arises!

THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB! I had some hail damage. The insurance company estimated it would take 8 days. They did just that while communicating with the insurance company about additional damage that was found. Not to mention, when I picked up my truck, it was clean! They detailed it! It looked like it was still on the showroom floor. They answered any questions I had and were ready to give me an update whenever my husband or myself called. We will use them in the future!

I’m very satisfied with the work done on my van. I wasn’t happy when someone rear ended my husband as he was driving to work, I mean who would be. CCC made this stressful process a whole lot easier for us. They even went the extra mile and fixed a dent on my front passenger side where someone hit my van and didn’t even bother to leave a note or anything. These guys are the best!

I stopped in on a whim and was looking for a part to be able to re-attach an emblem to my vehicle and the owner came out and was extremely helpful and though he didnt have the part he was able to provide just as good of a fix and took a few minutes to re-attach the emblem. Didnt charge me anything for a little adhesive and a few minutes of his time, just good business. Would definitely use them should I have other needs in the future and would definitely refer anyone else to them just based on the professional and curteous approach.

After receiving severe hail damage in the last storm. Both my son and I vehicle were very badly damaged. After being on a waiting list for over two months at a competitors we called Collision. My car ended up needing hundreds of dollars of work AFTER it left this place! My steering wheel was on crooked, my door handle fell off, it wasnt aligned and it wore 2 of my tires so bad that i needed new ones!!! I wouldnt send my worst enemy here!

Husband called to talk with Jessie, we dropped off our ford with a working radio and picked it up with the radio not working. Jessie saidwhen you work on ford sometimes the radio can go out. Take it to the ford dealership and have them look at it and if it was something they didwrong they would fix it as long as we get it in writing fair enough. Went to ford had an oil change done they said that Collision Correction & Customs may have pulled something out and it would be 125.00 to get it checked. Now husband called Jessie back asking questions on the radio and letting them know Ford wants to charge us 125.00 just to check it out. So Jessie and him had it all worked out ... Would of given 5 starts but this happened !Here is the kicker the owner LEE called my husband back CURSING at him for no reason, accusing him for accusing them when that was so far from the truth! I was standing next to my husband when he called and when he was talking to Jessie .. WOW Lee called him back just to curse and threatened him !!! Now that is harassment !!

When I got my car fixed there they gave me an exact estimate they told me how long it would take they kept me up-to-date with the whole process. They stayed on top of their schedule that they gave me their price didnt change from what they told me it would be in the beginning and the staff there was very helpful with answering my questions

My new car needed body repairs after striking a deer and I shopped around the Fuquay Varina area looking for a reputable and professional shop. I obtained a few estimates and ultimately gave my business to CCC as they were the most punctual, courteous, professional, and even beat the price of other estimates. I couldnt be happier with the finished product. My car looks brand new again, they completed the repairs right on schedule, and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. Though there were a couple of communication errors, I was able to receive my car looking better than before. The freak hailstorm that rolled through severely damaged my Volvo, aka my baby. I have nothing but positive comments for CCC ! I wrecked my lexus es350 and was at a point of total lossing it, as I only had liability and was at fault. Lee went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my situation, from giving me the best out of pocket price to working with me on getting the payment. My car looks PRESTINE from the paint to the windshield, not to mention the hood had been completely pushed in- I rear ended a pickup. NOT only did they do all of that, they had the car repaired and ready to go extremely fast! He kept in constant contact with me through the process and that made me very confident with them! So I just visited this place, the reviews was pretty solid. I have been shopping for about two months for a great body/paint shop to have my car done. It needs some TLC. I arrived no one in the office see a button on the wall that says press if you need service. Press it no one comes to help. So I wait. Someone comes in with a parts rep thst needs a clarification on a part. The employee asks me if I have been helped I reply no I still need help some guy comes out from the office area. I express top him that I was needing to have my car painted. He asked to see the car as we arrive tyo the car, I express what color I would like. HE says 6,000.00. Didnt ask me anything else, I felt like I was in his way, he didnt want the job. Just blurted out a price to make me go a way..I was ok with the price. Didnt even take the time to get my name. Just didnt care attitude I guess Tilley Brothers will get my business. He asked me my name what I wanted and set expectations for the job price and friendly had a I can and will help you attutude.I wish you have had taken the time with me. Cant win them all.
