The property manager was great and helpful. Very Professional, the apartment over all was nice and clean on the inside nothing major the neighbor hood isnt bad.

Bad Apartment Complex. Mold In Apartments. Loud Neighbors They Party To Break Of Dawn In The 1400 Builidng. Neighbor Really Turning Bad.

I agree with Miss Harris mold in the apartments but want to call it mildew not any better. I only gave it 1 * because the area is nice it is just apartment management and director. Slum lalandlords. They can see that the apartments will need work and do nothing. They have been through several managers and maintenance personnel. They only made renovations to some apartments but not all. No real amenities for the price they charge and still go up on rent. This place will be a wonderful place to live if the company was bought out by a better company.
