Ronald just left my house after our unit kept blowing fuses and figured out the problem in less than 10 minutes. He then stayed for another 2 and a half hours on the phone with ecobee tech support since the system wasnt running up to his standard to fix the issue. The price then came in at a fraction of what I was expecting so I cannot recommend him enough. I highly recommend.

Great service at a reasonable price. Very happy with everything provided by Ronald Norman. He came late last night (8:30) after our air was broken with a pregnant wife in the house. I use him for a tune-up each year before the summer heat arrives and I havent had any issues with his response or work.
