This is probably the worst place ever. It has been 2 months and they returned my drivers license back to the revenue twice, even after I spoke to the Postmaster Twice! My address has been correct and I have received mail and packages for over 7 months. Why they returned state mail is crazy and ridiculous.

Any time I have had to go in and deal with the people, they are not very helpful. If you try to call the number provided they pick up and hang up. How am I supposed to figure out where my package went if no one will answer the phone? Going and dealing with them in person wont get you much further either.

I should of paid attention to the 1.8 stars this had before going here. The workers at this post office are rude and want to do everything they can to do the least amount of work or nothin at all. This place needs all new staff for answering phones and walk-in customer service. This place shouldnt be in Bussiness.

Claim they attempt to deliver packages and never even show up. Have literally witnessed them drive past while waiting for delivery. Absolute joke of a phone system. Administration doesnt care.

So, I’m going to call Monday and give a complaint but thought I would put this out there too. This lazy mail man needs to learn how to do his job!! I have received 4 “sorry we missed you” cards in my mail box. He doesn’t even come up to my door. He has also left our neighbors “sorry we missed you” cards in our mailbox!! There supposed to be left on your door after attempting to see if your home!! Now I have to go out of my way and try to get to the post office before they close to get this letter. Frustrating!!!!!

They are very rude. They will not make a attempt to drop off the package and when they do they will cram it into your mailbox

This post office sucks. Several times Ive ordered time-sensitive packages online and have gotten them extremely late, as in several days or not even at all. Calling is a joke. Youll just get jerked around through their menu, and IF they decide to pick up, youll just get a face full. Its really not worth it here. Youre better off just paying an extra buck or two and going UPS/FedEx.

If I can give no stars I would. postmaster is a joke. Rude arrogant man. He is the worst! Doesnt answer your questions, asks the same question over & over like he isnt smart enough to grasp the answer. Then still never tells you the answer. How did a man like that get this job or any job at all for that matter? He cares about his paycheck & only that. He should be fired for the way he treats people! I had to deal with him a few months back & I still wont return to that business. If you even want to call it a business.

Sent a package 2 day delivery guarantee, its been 6 days still no delivery. Tracking has shown it enroute for 4 days after it showed it at the destination city. Phone number given for the Post Office gives a recording that it isnt being answered. The Post Office is a tremendous waste of tax payers money!

I like our mailman for our home route, but people in the actual office are not very helpful. They will stand there watching you try to pack something to ship and not offer any help or recommendations. I dont ship stuff very often so I dont know what the best packing/package type to use to send certain things. If you ask them for help they look at you like youre an idiot. Amanda the works there is the nicest one if I have to talk to any of them though.

I wish I could put 0 stars. It has been over 5 times they have not left our package so that we have to drive to the USPS to pick it up. The whole reason we order online is so WE DONT HAVE TO GO ANYWHERE. 10/10 would not recommend.

These people are completely inept. On more than one occasion I have had packages that I have paid for, thankfully nothing too expensive, that were allegedly delivered to my box. They were not. And when you call the post office the post master is as lazy or inept as the rest, they struggle to take your information, asking the same questions repeatedly as if there was some disconnect between their ears and brain and then they dont contact you back to deal with the situation. Honestly, Im done being polite with these people. They dont care about a thing but getting a paycheck. DISGUSTING!

Always getting the wrong mail and my mail being put in others mailboxes. Put my amazon package in someone else’s mailbox, and then after calling seven times and no return phone call I called again today and the post master told me someone must have stolen it. Sir the only people besides me who have a key is your office. And all he had to say was you can come back tomorrow and see if we have any further information, but we probably won’t. Very rude and not helpful!! If I could give negative stars I would!

Absolutely hopeless for shipping! I wasted my customers time because this USPS office kept saying my package size was half an inch too tall! Had to spend another 25 bucks to get another shipping label from eBay! If at all possible, when shipping, send via UPS, not USPS.

Fulton post office is horrible. My mail carrier delivers my mail up to 2 weeks late. When I call to complain I am given the run around or hatefully told all the mail is out. I have changed my mailing address to a friends on a different route for almost everything. If you choose snail mail, be careful of which snail is in charge.

Terrible phone system. I dread calling them. It is almost worse when you have to go into the office. Way under staffed. Usually only one person in there and a line to the door. It is much worse than the DMV.

I yave lost count of the number of times my mail has been delivered to a neighbor. A number of times my neighbor has found my packages left on the back of their car. Once i had to go to the office becuse the postman tried dilivering our mail to the neighbors but their dog was out.

On 6-30-17 at 8:22 Am as i sat in my livingroom with my door open i recieved a e-mail from USPS with a tracking number of a package that i was expecting. The notice read that they attempted to deliver my parcel at 8:17 AM but was unable to due to the receptacle being full / item oversized for shipment, and that a notice was left in the mailbox. So i immediately went to my mailbox to find it empty, no notice. I left for work at approximately 2 PM, after i got home from work at 9 PM i checked my mailbox and did find the notice.In the past when i have had much larger parcels than this they dropped it off on my porch.Based on the time of their e-mail notice, the fact that there was no USPS couriers in the neighborhood at that time, and my empty mail box at 8:22 am. The courier had decided before leaving the post office not to deliver the parcil to me.This used to be the postmans creed:Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.Based on my recent postal experience this is what I believe the postal couriers creed is now:A single snow flake, A drop of rain, warm Days, boxes of any size or gloomy nights will stay these couriers from completing their appointed rounds.Its 2021 and their service has not improved I was supposed to receive a package June 1st, it was received at the Fulton post office that morning however they sent it on to a town in Illinois. I was told that they accepted digital notice that it was on the incoming truck and further stated it was not, later in the week the postmaster stated that it had been sent to Illinois because the shipper had mislabeled it. Yet when it arrived the original shipping label had the correct address on it. Due to ongoing issues with parcel deliveries I must conclude misdeliveres are intentional. It is no wonder that the postal service is in finical difficulty.

Carrier logged a package in as being delivered, However the carrier never was at the address. This was confirmed by the receptionist at the place of business.

Horrible and rude! Lady working with the black hair can go jump off a cliff!!

Came home to my Amazon package sitting by the mail box on a county rd. postman to lazy to drive down the driveway to put the package by the door.

Stayed on hold for 53 minutes and never got to talk to everyone.
