This towing company is so unprofessional, I called around 11 A.m. and they said they would be there within an hour and an hour and a half passed an no show so I called again and they said they would be there within 15 minutes and so I let 30 minutes go by and still no show, called again and they said they’d be there within minutes and still no show, called once again and they said they show up within 20 minutes, once again no show, I called to cancel and they finally showed up as I am about to cancel it, I waited over 3 hours and was suppose to get charged $180 and they ended up charging me $250 and now the “supervisor”is suppose to call me back to tell me why they charged me way more, and the supervisor has not called and I don’t think they will. So Unsatisfied with the service

Didn’t keep their promises front the get go, every 20 minutes that has lapsed of you call them, they would tell you another 20, etc wash, rinse, repeat. and also if you call they would pretend the connection is bad, or they would put you on hold for 15 minutes at a time… the only time they would answer right away was before they charged a company card over the phone

Professional bus towing sounds rather simple when you have the right tow truck… but there is sooooo much more to it… Towing Squad, you are indeed masters of your trade. Efficient, timely and fairly priced. Greatly appreciated!

Terrible service and deceptive about the price. I was told it would be 60-90 minutes. It took three calls and two and a half hours. I was told it would cost a $45 hook up fee plus $50-90 for the tow. The driver arrived and promptly asked for $134. He was able to start the car and we did not need to tow.

I called several towing companies in the Fullerton area for RV towing. Towing Squad were the only ones to give a reasonable price… refreshing….

So helpful, I had a panic attack taking the flyaway. I pulled to the side with my emergency lights on and just shaking trying to find my phone. A nice gentleman name Guy from towing squad came up to window after assisting their client if I needed help. I said yes and he drove my car close to my house as I’m trying to calm down. I’m very grateful, for Guy going out of his way to help me out. For that action a lone I’m going to recommend Towing Squad to everyone. Thank you

Good customer service, reasonable price and very reliable.

Lied about cost. Said they would charge 80$ ended up charging 170$. Drew up a bunch of charges that were not warranted. They said you could cancel the service if you called prior to their arrival. When we called to cancel they came up with a 50$ fee. Said they would be there in 10 minutes but came 75 minutes later. Save your money and avoid this service.

I would give them a -10. They quoted us a price of 121.00 to 164.00 and then tried to charge 295.00, ended up paying 205.00. Price was for 8 miles, Driver picked the longer route to get 12 miles. RIP OFF> NEVER USE THIS COMPANY> LIERS!!!!!!!!!

I walked out of class this morning and my tire was on flat. I had a spare tire but no tools . I found Towing squad and they sent a service truck out to assist me. The worker was very friendly. Customer service from the dispatcher was very professional.
