I really appreciate the working relationship I have with SoCal Shred. They have great customer service, always friendly and helpful, but most of all very accommodating! Also their pricing is quite fair. Ive tried other shredding services in the past and they were either too expensive for the service I needed, or their customer service sucked, or they were not accommodating at all, or sometimes all of the above. Im really glad I found SoCal Shred!

We periodically bring several boxes of confidential business documents from storage in order to shred them. This year the company we used in the past said they no longer service our area because we are in the Hollywood Hills and their trucks will not fit on our roads. I explained their trucks made it just fine 7 times in the past 11 years. No response. Then I found SoCal Shred. I explained the location issue up front, and the man to whom I spoke checked and assured me they would provide service. He followed up with an email, and I confirmed our appointment via email. I appreciated that he chose a day when a truck would be in our area to minimize environmental impact. The day of the appointment I received a phone call about 20 minutes before arrival. Jose F arrived timely, made quick work of the 9 boxes-worth of documents I had waiting for him, I watched the shredding through his viewer, and paid, all in about 15 minutes. Jose was efficient, professional and friendly. This company was at least as good as, if not better than any of the larger firms we used in the past (and they charged less). We are planning to stick with SoCal Shred.

I was clearing out over 30 years of documents and didnt want to make multiple trips to remote shredding sites. Ryan was helpful and extremely pleasant. We scheduled the appointment that was convenient for me. The driver, Jose, phoned before he arrived ( on time) and completed the job quickly. I would definitely use SoCal Shred for any future shredding needs.

Incredibly fast, professional service. Neal really helped me by scheduling the shredding for the same day to shred 150 boxes of paperwork that I could not store on site. Juan, the driver, was at my place of business within one hour. Highly recommend this business. The rates were very competitive, also.

They honored the quote given over the phone, showed up at my door within minutes (no joke, they happened to have been in my neighborhood when I sent a spur of the moment email to Neil), the process was done right in front of me (which was comforting) and now Im no longer opening a closet looking at hefty bags filled with papers which I was contemplating and not getting around to shredding myself. Truly, Ive been weighing in on buying a new shredder, enduring that fine paper dusty mess, and finding the time (and it is a time consuming process) to do the shredding myself when I thought to contact my friend and neighbor (who is an organizer by trade), to ask for a shredding company referral. Within seconds she texted me SoCal Shred and Ive been sitting, apprehensively, for a couple of months wondering if I could trust a company with my personal papers.
