The owner Mike is very knowledgeable and friendly. He only stocks quality products that are built to last. Extremely satisfied with the vacuum I purchased a couple years ago. Just purchased window cleaning tools that worked like a charm. I wish there were more small businesses like this around town that are owned and operated by honest, trustworthy individuals who stand behind their products.

My Singer 301A was a wedding present over 64 years ago. Looking for something new, I sidelined it for a new Brothers machine. After a couple year of frustration trying to work with the Brothers I decided to see if my Singer was worth restoring. Mike rejuvenated it and it works like new! Ive spent the afternoon sewing and mending and thanking my lucky stars that there are folks like Mike who really know what they are doing!

I always buy the best tools I can, including vacuums, and I own a few (my family makes fun of me about all the vacuums I own). I purchased a SImplicity/Riccard vacuum at ABC a couple years ago. It was not cheap, but it is THE BEST vacuum I have in my collection and head and shoulders above the others I own including a Kirby, Dyson, Oreck, Sanitaire, and Sebo. It just cleans better and the design is brilliant. It is a joy to use, and once again the old adage, “You get what you pay for,” is true.I have been to many vacuum stores while shopping/researching and ABC Fullerton is the best I have found. Their prices are very competitive. Ironically, many of the other shops I have been to have been disheveled and filthy. ABC is just the opposite. Every time I have been there it has been immaculate with everything neatly arranged. The owner and staff are completely knowledgeable about all of the products they sell (This is not always the case at other shops). I recently brought my vacuum in for routine service and they completed the service in one day. They obviously take pride in their shop and are truly professional.I highly recommend ABC. Bought a $1,000 vacuum from this guy and came back after a year with a few questions. He was rude, unprofessional and did not care less that I was a customer. He is sweet as pie if you are buying an expensive machine but won’t answer any questions afterwards without a snarky attitude and poor demeanor.I live in Tustin and work in Fullerton. More nonsense from this guy. Granted I bought the vacuum few years ago, but this guy left such a bad taste in my mouth when I went to lunch across the street today I felt I needed to give a heads up to others.

I recently took my 1970’s Sears Kenmore sewing machine in as it no longer worked. Once it was diagnosed I had the machine back the following afternoon. It works as if it is a brand new machine. ABC is a miracle worker! I may even sew more than I did in the past. Thank you for restoring the machine my Mom gave me so long ago

The owner is a fabulous guy. He’s been in the same location for years and that’s because he is the best repair shop on California. I have a Dyson vacuum and it hasn’t had much TLC in the last few years. There isn’t a Dyson repair place nearby and I was reluctant to take it anywhere else. I finally decided to give ABC a chance and I am very happy. Everyone was very nice, informative and I think the pricing for repair was fair. They didn’t try to sell me a new vacuum or charge me an arm and leg to repair mine. Even gave me a good recommendation to not get a part changed because it works fine without it and it is pricey. I will definitely be back. Vacuum was also relayed on time as promised.

Mike, the owner took care of us. He was really great!!! Very knowledgeable. Full of useful information. Was very easy going and willing to answer the many questions I had about an IQAir filter (the reason we stopped by). He showed us how it worked and had a cut away model to see the inside of it. Of course we bought one, and he will register it for us to extend the warranty.He also answered many questions about vacuum cleaners. He had a couple of dozen floor models and is very happy to make a recommendation based on your needs and preferences. We will be back later to buy one of those. He also has a several sewing machines, I plan on bringing my aunt by, she does quilting.

Wonderful customer service! We needed a vacuum belt and he had supply of SO many sizes of belts and had one we could use. He even helped us put it on! We were in and out in 5 minutes! He had a wonderful selection of really nice vacuums to choose from too! Would totally recommend!

I have been taking my Dyson for repairs and yearly maintenance for a few years now. I find them to be professional, great at repairs and also very affordable. I had a recent incident where something had clogged by vacuum (twice) and they fixed it free of charge. How often does that happen anymore!!! Great customer service!

All I can say is excellent customer service and professional technical repair work on my SEBO K3 vacuum cleaner by Mike. The vacuum cleaner power nozzle switch no longer worked so I had to bring the unit in for repair. I requested Mike do complete maintenance work on the vacuum also. Mike called me after diagnosing the problem and gave me a cost estimate. After my approval all repairs and maintenance work were completed by the next morning. Took only 4 days...back in business again cleaning house. My wife also brings her Pfaff quilters sewing machine for maintenance work to Mikes repair shop every so many years. She says he does excellent work. Enough said.

After 6 weeks of no luck getting my two favorite Simplicity vacuums repaired at a local Torrance shop, I drove them 30 miles to ABC in Fullerton and within 10 days both were repaired & working like new. These guys are great... reliable, courteous and reasonably priced. Definitely worth the 60 mile round trip!

You dont find many businesses like this place! Great service and they arent out to scam you by fixing something thats not worth fixing. They made my sewing machine work like a dream. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. Thanks again!!

He listened to my needs and helped me pick the perfect vacuum. I never felt pressured and he didnt try to upsale me into something I didnt need. I have been consistently impressed with the owners professionalism and clarity. We had our old vacuum repaired by him twice and got an extra 4 years of life out of it (it was already 10 years old when we first brought it to him).When ours finally died he noted that most vacuums purchased today (rather than the quality ones he sells) will last 2 years. We chose to take our chances on a well-reviewed cheaper vacuum and it actually lasted less than 2 years.I will always appreciate his clarity, knowledge, and helpfulness.

I brought my Mothers Dyson Vacuum in for maintenance and to be cleaned as there were a few problems as far as it losing suction hepa filters and something else needed to be dealt with. ABC Vacuum handled it quickly and was able to get back to me sooner than expected in fact had to wait a couple of days before I could get back to them to pick it up. The Vacuum looks new again.

Mike, the owner, has over twenty years selling and repairing all makes of vacuums. He has one of mine in for repair and I also just bought a really nice Sebo from him. He is a wealth of knowledge, is a straight shooter and best of all his prices are as good or better than online at Amazon etc. He actually beat the price on the German made vacuum I bought. I came here today because I wanted to buy a vacuum and wanted to get some vacuums serviced. I asked him his service charges just so I dont pay way too much as neighbors and Google say. So when I entered the shop it looked like I woke him up or totally did something taking him out of his comfort zone by just entering the shop. He looked at me like he wanted to ask me what the hell you want. Anyway I asked him about his service charges to what he said oh all vacuums go on my tae we do a bla bla test and we charge $40 and we test our self coz he is a professional. Wow he praised him self and bragged about his knowledge and his shop and his way of working and his work ethic and told me that he is not selling Chinese stuff and if I need Chinese I need to go to other ship. WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME MUCH. haha worst person and very rude he should be thrown out of the market and business. He is the wrong person in the business where you interact with customers. He maybe good for a workshop where his bad customer dealing will not annoy people but FOR FRONT OFFICE. He is the worst person ever. Also to my surprise he was selling me a SO CALLED Mom and Pop brand ( with paper bags) for 300 plus $ and was criticizing Dyson and other big brands. This guy is the most unprofessional and if he is a shop owner. I feel bad about all who have dealt with him or will have to deal with him in future but if he is an EMPLOYEE I will request owners to just fire him and I promise his business will go to next level as he is a termite which will eat the business eventually by his BAD mouth. hmmmmm am going to say WORST MOUTH. Please beware if you go to this shop ever. Now after writing this review I saw other reviews also WITH THE SAME GUY .... SAME PROBLEM. OVER Charging and Rude to the customers and telling people stories so that he can overcharge them. He is even cursing people on his responses also. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FOR YOUR VACUUM START HERE!!!I had an old vacuum that i ran over the hose and broke off the tip. I needed a new hose but b/c my vacuum was old I couldnt order anything online. I came here and they knew exactly what to do. They actually cut off my old broken tip and put a new tip attachment on my old hose. They didnt even charge me labor to swap it out. Fixed my vacuum and was super easy.Vacuum issues give them a try!

Nice store and Mr Polite (on surface) but very impatient tone - temperament matters in customer service - never got past intro discussing about repair vacuum vs new vacuum purchase - had one type response each question it not matter either way....then lastly no cant even plug in vacuum to test if turns on......

Terrible experience - I brought in an old vacuum for repair - he wanted an exorbitant amount of money for the repair - I said I wanted some time to think about it - when I decided to just get the vacuum back, he said he had disposed of it . . . I believe he runs a bait & switch operation trying to force you into buying machines he has refurbished. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN
