Ive been a patient of Dr Julie Hodge for years.Last two visits Ive seen Dr Ladon and both doctors are amazing. Very knowledgeable. The staff is kind and make it a welcoming experience. Especially Terry the front office girl. So sweet and patient always willing to help and its so appreciated. I absolutely love my dermatogy office and recommend it!

I would not recommend Hodge Dermatology. Hodge Dermatology diagnosed me with a serious condition. I had a follow up appointment scheduled to check my status; they canceled the follow up appointment do the the doctor needing to go on vacation. They said they would call me back to reschedule but never did. A month later I followed up with them; they said they could not schedule me for a follow up appointment for two months - even though they canceled my original follow up appointment and never got back to me. I asked the receptionist if she can ask the doctor if that time period was alright, due to the severity of my condition. The receptionist responded with “that is the only time I have available”. I guess they could care less about me or my condition, thus, this would be a doctor that I would never recommend.

Dr Hodge is wonderful - listens so well to my concerns and offers advice that I have found over the years to be excellent!!! Her staff is friendly, efficient and professional. I also appreciate the cosmetic services she provides.My favorite doctor ever!!!

Very nice building, office, and staff. Level of customer service surpasses most health care office’s I’ve been to. There’s something very pleasant about the office. I’m guessing they treat their staff well…happy staff = happy patients. Of course Dr LeDon took care of my medical needs and I was out the door in no time.

I have been going to Dr. Hodge for a while and always great customer service from the moment you walked in to the office. Everyone is always helpful.

My biggest complaint is that when the rest of the waiting room was called in, I was still in the hallway (due to COVID-19 rules) despite the waiting room being empty. I didnt get at-home care instructions for my skin tag removal. Otherwise the experience was great. I would go again.

Smooth process overall, and kind, polite staff. Dr. Ledon is very easy to talk to, and isnt rushing you out the door while you still have questions.

This dermatology office is the best!! Dr Ledon made my daughter and I feel at ease instantly. My daughter has several moles we wanted checked. She explained the procedure and was very efficient. She explained we could watch one instead of just automatically just cutting it out. I appreciated her honesty and bed side manor. Dont put off a dermatology visit this office will make it easy. The office staff is also very friendly from front to back. They are very proficient in covid protocol as well

Dr Ledon and her staff listened to alllll my skin issues and put together a solid plan for addressing them without breaking the bank. Respectful of me and my time, thorough, and friendly. The only problem was getting an initial appointment before my rash went away. I suppose that’s what pictures are for. Right?

This was my first time ever seeing a Dermatologist, and I had to go for two visits. I saw Dr. Hodge the first visit, and while she is very knowledgeable, she was very rushed through our appointment. She would very quickly explain something, but I didn’t really have an opportunity to ask questions or understand what she was doing. She was on her way out of the room before I could ask about how my next appointment would go. One of the ladies helping at the desk also seemed very rushed to get me checked in/out, even though I had no issue waiting for assistance. I saw Dr. Ledon for my second visit, and she was great! She is very patient, answered all my questions, and was very understanding that I was feeling nervous. I’ll definitely go back to see Dr. Ledon.

Hodge Dermatology is the best facet of my Healthcare. So worry free.Not only is the staff amazing, Doctor Ledon is an active listener, solution minded and I have never seen more meticulous stitches that were performed obscenely fast.I healed faster than Wolverine under their care and who knows, they could have saved my life.

Well coordinated for in person visits (regarding COVID screening etc) which is almost mandatory with dermatology. Great helpful staff. Listen to concerns, recognize issues and Dr. Hodge always has a solution and/or plan of treatment. Best dermatologist I have had in over 50 years of needing one.

Dr. Jennifer Ledon is a new generation in Dermatology. She takes her time with me as a person and patient. She did several procedures and low and behold she personally called me on her cell phone to check on me later in the day. This was a huge surprise. I highly recommend her, best ever.

Had a great first time experience! My PC Dr was concerned about a couple of miles and then a good friend recommended Dr Hodge. The staff was friendly and experienced. The office administration made us feel safe and welcomed. They took all precautions in keeping themselves and their patients safe from this virus m. They even had air purifier in the lobby and the room. Dr. Ledona was very caring in explaining mom’s condition and the best treat for her ... I left feeling “we are in good hands!”

Dr. Hodge and all her staff are very accommodating and patient-centric in everything they do. Clean environment, called quickly, everything covered with options, nice experience.

The staff greeted me warmly and efficiently. They are administering the appropriate virus protocols and hustled me into a treatment room right away. I did not wait long for Dr. Hodge and the appt went well. I have always had great experiences in this office. Plus no one does a Moh’s better than Dr. Hodge.

Dr. Hodge has always been a great Dermotologist that I know I can rely on when I have a skin issue to address. She is always very forthcoming and I always leave feeling like she has addressed my concerns.

I had to come in for a treatment on a random baldspot after my consultation visit. Arrived at my treatment appointment time about the same time as another patient. The other patient said she was a bit early for her appointment, but was taken in first while I arrived right on time for mine. I had to wait about an additional 40 minutes to be seen. I was supposed to receive treatment for a random bald spot. I was seen for about a minute or less. Dr. Hodge took a look at the area and said it looks like its getting better and growing back and that I most likely wont be needing a treatment anymore and wrote it off. She asked if I noticed any other bald spots but did not check herself. Honestly, she could have done a more thorough check. I was then told that I could meet them outside. I had to pay a $40 copay for the visit... Im sure my insurance paid a good amount for my visit, the least they couldve done was waive the copay. If anything they couldve screened me through a followup call to make sure that I even needed to go back in for the treatment which shouldve been done if they actually cares about their patients instead of just trying to get our money. I saw hair coming back but I thought Id at least get the treatment injection to help it grow back more fully or faster and thats why I decided to still go in. Had I known if any hair started to grow back and Id basically just be told that it looks like its getting better, I wouldve canceled the appointment to save time and money. I had to take time off of work to go go in. When I asked if I had to pay the copay for what I had just experienced... I was told yes, sorry. You received treatment. I would hardly call that treatment. Times are hard and money is tight for a lot of people. If you really cared about your patients you couldve waived my copay as it was pretty much a waste of my time, gas, mileage, and money going in.

First time at Hodge Dermatology. I was able to get an appt within a week. Everyone there is Covid sensitive and precautions are met at the door with hand sanitizer and a covid questionnaire, along with temperature checks.The staff there were very kind and I was immediately seen by Dr Liden. She too was very kind as was her assistant. I was in and out within 20 minutes, very happy and appreciative of my experience with them. Definitely recommend!

Very thoroughexamination

Dr. Hodge was able to cure my face that became extremely sensitive and allergic to sun and wind after receiving some laser treatments for dark spots four years . She was able to find the real problem and come up with the right solution for it. Now, I am extremely happy with the result, and the tortures that I had to go through are now gone. I wanted to say Thank you, Dr. Hodge for giving me peace, happiness and confidence back!

Dr. Hodge is an incredibly smart & thorough doctor who cares for the overall health & well-being of her patients in addition to their skin. I owe Dr. Hodge a huge personal debt of gratitude for my own overall health. When I first visited Dr. Hodge, we discussed acne treatment options & I mentioned chronic liver sensitivities (~15 years dealing with undiagnosed elevated liver enzyme levels, despite more than one abdominal ultrasound & even a liver biopsy ordered by other previous doctors of mine). Taking precautions with my liver, Dr. Hodge ordered labs and on noting my still-elevated liver enzyme levels she referred me to a liver specialist at UCI Medical Center. I have remained under the care of the hepatologist to whom Dr. Hodge referred me and my liver enzyme levels have now normalized for the first time in 8 years. I have returned to Dr. Hodge, as needed, for dermatology treatment and could not be more impressed with her. Do not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Hodge - you’ll be glad you did!

The office is efficient with appointments. Dr. Hodge is a very smart and professional doctor. She does everything dermatology. I see her for everything from cosmetic issues to medical ones.

Been to see her many times. She is always positive and gives spot on counseling and diagnosis for any lump or bump you may have on any part of your body. She was able to greatly reduce in size a huge Keloid scar on my ear with just a few injections. Wow you cant imagine as I was always have to hide that side of my ear against a wall when eating at a restaurant. Thanks Dr Julie.
