My wife came here this morning and left extremely happy. She called a few minutes before opening hour and the owner answered and said he would be right there.She went there because it is the only jewelry repair place within 30 miles from where we live that opens at 9am and received 5-stars for reviews. The prongs on her diamond ring were loose and the original seller was too far away for a repair so she went to this store. The owner happily showed her why the prongs were loose and explained how he was going to fix it, which he did. The owner was extremely friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable and understood she was in a rush. She was in and out in less than 10 minutes. No wonder why this place received so many great reviews.We will definitely come back here for all our jewelry needs from now on. Great place, great people.

I had lost a diamond out of my wedding ring set. We took it in Ish was like an instant friend. My ring is pre-1938 and the diamond a special cut. Ish found the proper cut diamond and set it, repaired multiple prongs on the ring and cleaned up a bad prior repair. I believe it probably looks better then the day it was created. It brought tears to my eyes. I wouldnt take my jewelry anywhere else. Thank you

I went in to get my watch battery replaced. The entrance can be a little intimidating, because they have two security doors with electronic locks, but dont let it deter you. After all, it is a jewelery store and they need to have strong security.The man who I spoke to was great, he was very friendly and had an upbeat very casual personality. The only reason why I didnt give them an excellent rating, was because he tried unscrewing my watch backing screws with a phillips head screw driver, when theyre torx screws. If you dont know what torx screws look like, there should be no excuse to mixing these two up. At first he told me they were stripped because he couldnt unscrew it, but luckily Ive had some experience with torx screws, so I informed him of which screwdriver he needed. After that explanation, everything went smoothly.
