Dr. Hana T Bui is a very professional and knowledgeable Doctor, in the area of Othorinolaryngology. She is also a very qualified Surgeon.

After seeing my primary doctor and allergist, finally decided to give an ENT a try after hearing testimonials that other people suffering from similar symptoms found a better solution this route.The staff was respectful enough and seemed like it was a busy time, which was made further evident by the fact that the doctor seemed to be in a bit of a hurry to get the diagnosis done.I did receive some tips on what to try, some of which I was already employing.One thing that did concern me was the recommendation for montelukast, which the FDA has been a warning on due to suicidal thoughts as one of the side effects.I was also prescribed an ear drop for itchy ear . I felt like the doctor went straight to my mention of ezcema / psoriasis as the cause of the itchy ear which I then had to explain that the itch felt more inside the ear rather than on the outside skin.I was given a paper which I am trying the recommendations on and decided not to schedule a follow up for now.The paper recommended a nasal rinse or spray three times a day, as well as a saline gargle three times a day along with the use of my current medication for allergies.Was also told I grind my teeth and bite my tongue which was odd. I do have a tongue condition called fissured tongue that may give the appearance of tongue biting when it is not .All in all, this seems to be the average experience I get at doctors offices these days.

Dont go to this office, I visited the office for hearing consultation and test back in April 2018, paid my co-pay. I received what they call Second Notice for past due payment in Feb 2020 - two years later, claiming that the insurance company didnt cover all the charges. I called to figure out why waited for 2 years to bill me but didnt get a satisfying answer other than they were going though their books.

Was referred here by my physician. I found a super small, stuffy and crowded waiting room. Waited 15 minutes past my appointment time before being called. Doctor Bui seemed in a hurry and was with me only about 6-7 minutes. I left with no diagnosis, nothing to help my complaint and was told to go get a head xray done instead.Went back to my regular physician instead. Waste of time.

Knows her stuff. Really good surgeon on noses.

Dr. Bui used a metal hook to remove wax from my 88 year old mothers ear (she is on blood thinners )I got the bleeding stopped after 5 hrs but it took another Dr a month to loosen the blood clot so she could hear again.
