Quick and friendly service, reasonable price !

My daughter dropped her iPhone 11 Pro Max and totally shattered the screen. Took it to Best Buy first because she wanted an official Apple repair. They couldnt do it, so we brought it here. Now, she had the screen replaced here four months ago and they did a great job, but with an aftermarket screen. After the disappointment at BB we called this company again. This time she got a premium screen (still not an Apple part) for $20 less than the first repair and it looks perfect. Took them an hour. This is now our go to for iPhone service and repair.

My IPhone XR stopped charging effortlessly. I run a mobile mechanic business (SoCal Gearheadz) so I need my phone to work at all times. I was prepared to spend $250 to fix my phone thinking this repair HAD to be expensive. The gentleman at the counter (wish I had caught his name) said it would be either $30 or $80 depending on if it’s a simple fix or full replacement. The pricing shocked me so I was totally on board! After a few hours, he called to say it was only $30. The phone needed a cleaning & new wire. I wasn’t surprised about the dirtiness. I’m a mechanic, lol. I appreciate their honesty! That’s hard to find in this world. Will always be coming back and referring people. My only regret is I didn’t tip. I never used a service before. I offered, but he declined. Next time, I will still hand it over, lol. Thank you!!

Came in and got my phone paired in less that an hour. Great customer service super friendly. Highly recommend this place. I live 25 min away and have access other shops but I literally drive just to come get this service

Everyone working here is so irresponsible. I dropped the phone on Sunday and they told me to call me back by Tuesday. No one called. I went to the store to check the status. They did not even know they had my phone and where it is. So, I explained everything again. They said they will check and call me back by Friday. Guess what? They did not call. So, I called them back on Saturday. Same thing again. They dont know what Im talking about and where my phone is. I wish I could give them negative star. Poor service. No courtesy. Do not recommend this place.

This Place Is One Of The Best iPhone repair stores I have been to. Quick service 30mins-45mins! Great Customer Service! They really know what they are doing! they explain the things that are wrong with your phone and how they plan to fix it and they tell you how to try and reduce chances of having that problem again. I had a problem with my iphone 7+ screen, to the point where it was glitching and unable to tap anything on my phone. I went to Repair apple after all of the good reviews, and was not disappointed. Fixed my screen for 100$ only and did it in under 30-40 mins. Definetly coming back here again for any future problems with my phone !!!

I am extremely frustrated with my last experience at Repair Apple.I feel as if I was lied to.Here is my experience:After my phone screen went black and did not come back on or restart, I was frantic.I came to Repair Apple on July 24th, 2016, I called before hand and Cesar told me he would take a look. They opened at 12 pm, and I got there a little before 1 pm because I drove from Long Beach.I told Cesar I thought it was just a screen issue, because I have had screen problems prior to this. He took my phone and quickly looked at it, he told me that my phone wasnt charging, and it did not look good. He then told me that if he was me, he wouldnt even get it looked at because if there was water damage, chances are it was already fried.I was confused and devastated because to my knowledge I did not have any water damage. I told him this and he said he got me confused with another caller.I told him that it only happened the night before and it was in my pocket, he said that he would look at it because there was a 60/40 chance it could be repaired.Cesar let me know he had some phones to repair before he would get to mine, and that there would be a $30 diagnostic fee. He took my boyfriends phone number and instructed us to come back around 4 pm.We came back around 4 pm. Cesar told me he had bad news, he said he opened up my phone and there was rust everywhere and it was not salvageable, there wasnt anything he could do to save my phone. He charged me $30. I paid and left and immediately cried outside because I was extremely frustrated about having to get a new phone.The next day, I kind of had a weird feeling about what happened. Cesar never opened up my phone and showed me the rust or anything. He didnt call me to tell me that my phone was not repairable and to come back and pick it up.I decided to Yelp another business, where the owner told me he would open it up for me and diagnose it for free. I went there the next day and he checks it and immediately tells me he sees no sign of rust or water damage at all. He opens it up and shows me that with a new screen my phone turned on right away. He checked my battery as well, but that was fine. I needed a new LCD screen only. He fixed it in 15 minutes and I walked out happy.Ive gotten my phone repaired by another person at Apple Repair and had no issues, which is why I went back a second time.Unfortunately I think that this time, he wanted a quick $30 and did not even look at my phone. He lied to me. I felt like I was taken advantage of. My blood boils as I wrote this review. I will not be back.

I have an iPad mini 1 and the guy replaced my screen with an iPad mini 3 display so it costed me an extra hundred bucks. very disappointed.
