Not bad, 2h to unload, people were polite. Overnight parking on the street is a sort of gamble, since signs say no truck parking 2 am - 5 am.

Not enought room to back in

I was sent here via job agency. Rpm is a pathetic distribution/consolidation company I have ever witness and come across. They basically treat you like a second hand class citizen. They make you feel worse than an illegal alien. I worked one day and said Im not coming back. I had to load beer into the trailers, manually. No forklift, no back support was offered nor advice. Some of the workers who were also there were actually undocumented aliens. Plus we were told to use a portable potty instead of there restrooms. Maybe ICE should cheerfully pay RPM a visit and federally fine them for hiring illegals. Teach you a lesson in manners and in the law.

I dont love it but its in and out usually. Which means under two hours from gate to gate. There is no nearby parking and its a full 90 degree swing to back in one of the four docks that are available. Ive not had the pleasure of a port a john. Maybe, next time. I cant wait.

Had to give 1 star because there wasnt an option for none experience was going great until I read the rules and noticed it said to give the dock slip to a dock worker went in to find someone no one would talk to me so I went and stood in front of my door and a guy came to me and said what do you need it said I was in door 48 he said your appt. Isnt till 4 didnt they explain that to you at the window and I said no they told me 3 which it was 4 but they told me to come on in and they would get me loaded now Im here and my clock is ticking and they are very rude if you ever have the opportunity to load here I would pass there are way better places to go and load this would be my last resort

Appointment at 3pm got here at 10:30 Am, said they will not get me loaded until 7:30pm, said they have to unload it off another truvk 1st, poor schedule on there part.

Worst place to pick up customer freight for us LTL drivers and owner operators. Too long of a wait for so little money that it pays to pick up. Easy 45 min wait to load when other places take no more than 10 minutes. Owner operators if your contract allows you no force distpatch refuse the pick up. Youll save yourself a headache.

In/out in a timely manner. Decent folks.

Need better personal that speaks English...

I deliver here more often than I care for!! Why, the parking lot is too small for a 73ft semi if other trucks are beside you. Getting out is the same, tight! Got a fire hydrant planted right smack dap where we need the space to back up. The drivers who drives for them are impatient and want you out of their way but do not assist you to help get you out of the way. Oh and the lovely joy of using the restroom. They provide portajohns. Really! Really! Why cannot outside drivers allow to use the restrooms inside where we dont feel dirty after using a portajohn. I rather use the restroom on your property than use a portajohn. I say you have staff to clean the restrooms so allowing us to use your inside restrooms should not be an issue. Drivers cannot go close to the product inside without someone seeing them and saying something. So I doubt you have to worry about stealing.
