Don’t buy anything here!!!I bought a carbon fiber diffuser for a Lexus IS 250 f sport from gr1 performance who bought it from extreme dimensions. Look at the picture to see the issue. When I called gr 1 he says extreme needs to authorize a refund before gr1 can refund my money.so I play the game, send pictures etc. I then call extreme direct and right away the employee knew exactly what I was talking about, where the issue was. Tried telling me that once I removed the reflectors the diffuser would fit under the reflectors. Then he says I have to shave that area off, if I do that then the carbon fiber look would not be seen which takes away from the look and what I paid for. So just like all the other reviews, don’t buy from extreme unless you want junk to hang on the wall

They shipped out an hood that was Cleary marked with bad quality control issues they will not give full refund after send them multiply phots of issue they said they would accept the return after got they got the item back they ended up sending me half my money after getting the item back is not acceptable !!!! will never buy anything form them every again . will kept every one away form them . Andrew Bettridge helped me sort out my order quickly and was able to pick up my carbon fiber trunk within a day and easily through contactless will call via phone number and drop off at the outside location.

I bought a bumper from extreme dimensions and the bumper would not fit after the salesman said it would fit, got the bumper it would not fit so extreme dimensions told me to ship the bumper back to them and they would pay the shipping costs guess what it has been 2 yrs they still have not paid UPS and UPS is still sending me bills for $642.53 just got off the phone with a representative of extreme dimensions he said that it could of been a distributor I bought it off of and I said no it was you all, so I urge you to proceed with caution on doing business with this company because if the item does not fit on your car and you ship it back to them after they tell you too they will not pay for shipping the item back to them they make excuses saying it was the distributors fault not theirs, so if you order off of this place beware cause you will end up paying return shipping for an item that would not fit your car

Horrible little game they play. Vanessa at customer service was very unprofessional and not friendly at all. She should definitely not be handling accounts for any company who would like to establish a professional name and brand behind themselves with her at first point of contact. Cant say much about there products other than very unsatisfactory customer service. Not only do they cat and mouse you with your order and pick up. They claim to not give your products to anyone thats not the person who purchased. Yet they dont even check if you are who you claim to be at the moment of delivery. They have in place some petty Corona system, you fill and sign your name on papers that no one checks, and they deliver your products without double checking who is picking up. I just feel if youre so A**L about whos picking up but dont worry to check upon arrival. Its pretty senseless and adds to the horrible system in place for everybody. Not only is it terrible but if youre so concerned with Covid..... Maybe you shouldnt be selling Ginese products from Gina. Good luck.0 rating

Called in hopes of getting a bumper from you guys, I called asking if someone would be able to help me order a Dura flex bumper, but when I called up I talk to the front desk Vanessa, she was really unprofessional and rude, didn’t want to help me or even transfer me to someone who could help. Instead I get hung up on. Never have I delt with someone so unprofessional. Not the kind of person you would want as the face of your company when a customer walks in. Not going to recommend to my friends with her in the front. Very disrespectful.

I purchased Mercedes SLK 55 front bumper and it was totally out of shape. Under the lights was wavy. I took the bumper to deferent bodyshops but no one could fix it. They didn’t accept return and saying bumper was primed. Bumper wasn’t prime just left it in body shop for couple weeks and was dusty.Finally I ended up buying original. Not recommending waisting time on this product.

Very very bad company with cheap products and horrendous customer service. Received a damaged and defective part and was pretty much told to get lost. Stay away!!!

Recently bought a carbon fiber front splitter for a BMW 440i and the item came in great condition. The installation was very easy and the fitting was great. Highly recommend their products.

The quality of the products sold by this company is reprehensible. Which makes sense knowing that theyre owned by duraflex. I wish I would have known this before I purchased... Now I have a giant $400 carbon fiber paperweight in my garage. And once you sign off on delivery... No returns. Not sure how this company is still in business if none of the items they sell actually fit. Ridiculous and reprehensible.

Ordered a duraflex body kit for my 97 accord from Andys Auto Sports and patiently waited for 3 months only to get delivered a body kit that looked like it was made by someone who has no clue on using fiberglass, and no idea about the car its supposed to fit. Even the cutouts arent cut properly let alone the lack of resin to actually coat the outside of the fiberglass. As a professional body and I had thought I had seen some sad aftermarket parts but this kit proves that those parts were better investments for the money. Im guessing that there is no quality control when it comes to these kits being made.. Its safe to say that I am not impressed and feel like I have been taken for my money. Definitely putting out the word to all the tuners and drifters in my area to avoid anything from these companies.

Ordered a carbon fiber trim piece for my car. The part fitment was horrible and I had to pay a shop to secure with extra hardware. The part still ended up snapping off and coming loose while driving. Extreme Dimensions told me to leave them alone and would not give me a refund or replacement. Waste of money and so much time. AVOID AVOID!!!

Do not buy from this company. STAY AWAY! Their prices are lower than their competitors for a reason, and you will end up spending more in the long run!!Their products are very poor quality, and they DO NOT stand by them or back them in any way. I waited almost 4 months to receive my diffuser and came to find out the fitment was horrible. It ended up flying off while I was driving on the highway, even after paying extra for a shop to add additional security due to the very poor fitment of the diffuser. They also lie about delivery dates. Please know their products are manufactured in China. Extreme Dimensions. I have posted my experience across several facebook BMW groups and have received many other comments from people stating very similar and dissatisfactory experiences!!!

Although I received something damaged through a third party seller of Extreme Dimensions I got tired of going through the 3rd party seller & called ED directly. I was then put on the phone with Destinee C. Who was sooooo wonderful & went completely out of her way to help me. The manager was also helpful in my situation where they made it right immediately.

I will update my review once my bumper comes in. I tell you one thing Im very nervous about receiving my front bumper for my 1994 Camry. Ive looked at some photos, seen bad ones, seen good ones, Ive read some reviews, read bad ones, and some more bad ones, and some good ones, I really hope that Im one of the positive cases, I ordered on 7/04 havent heard anything yet. Fingers crossed!!! Update!!!! Sorry so late bumper is just perfect!!!! No complaints

Horrible experience, bought a spoiler that was warped, and had chips in the fiberglass, no customer service, was told I would get a partial refund, never did, I spent $240 for a spoiler that should not have been sold to anyone because of the poor quality, ill never let them take advantage of me again.

One of the few companies selling Tesla parts, but the only company that sells parts for a reasonable price. Purchased a carbon creations CF hood for a Model S and came out perfect. Im extremely happy with the purchase. Purchased hood through CarID and the transaction went smoothly, got in record time to enjoy over the weekend.

Awesome sales team. Super helpful and even taught me a few things I didnt know about my own car. After being there its clear they are real car guys. You can tell they love what they do, and the service definitely shows. Ill definitely be coming back when I have more money for parts.

Im going to say 4 stars because the items were cheap, they are durable, they do look excellent, and they were fairly simple to install. Im going to take away 1 star from the 5 due to the fact that, it was damaged in one little spot, and they dont come with any REAL instructions. I cant be mad about the fact that they were not exact sizes and that I needed to do modifications to the kit that would make it go on my car. It states in the description, have a body shop install it for you it also states, trimming may be required. So for the people that are giving ED 1 star and complaining about the fitment, youll need to read more into it next time. Luckily I did some body work schooling a few years back so the trimming and modifications to fit was not at all a big deal for me due to my past experience. Do I recommend this product? Yes & No. Id say YES if you are able to except the fact that it needs modifications and you are able to do it yourself, or if you are having a professional install it, NO if you dont have too much knowledge in body work without the funds to have it professionally installed. Other sites are available for exact fits, but youll really be paying the price for them. For the price, I cant complain. As far as the coustomer service issue some of you may have, Ive never experienced any issues. So I cant put any input on issues, but they have been great with me. All 4 people Ive talked to were excellent and helpful. Hope this helps.

Extreme Dimensions was very helpful answering my questions on hood options for my Chevy Tahoe. I decided to go with the carbon creations hood for that extra bling factor and do not need to take it to the body shop to get prep and painted. I couldn’t be any happier with this product. The fitment was spot on and the price was awesome. Thanks to the customer service team for the recommendation.

A friend pointed me to Extreme Dimensions when I needed to replace my Toyota Camary parts and was surprised that they offer many parts for the fraction of the cost of Toyota. It’s good to have lots of options! Customer service was very helpful in answering my questions. Now time to decide which kit to get!

I wanted to convert the front of my BMW e92 128i to the M3 style front bumper. I chose Duraflex for the quality and price point. The Bumper fitment was very good and required minimal amount of body work to get perfect to my liking. Customer service was top notch and answered all of my questions in a timely matter.

To be honest I was skeptical at first. I have not had great experiences with body kits in the past. When I called I explained my concerns and the sales guy understood and answered a ton of my questions. He was so patient and knowledgeable. I ended up starting with just a front lip. It fit pretty well so I ended up buying the rest of the kit. Im super happy with everything and my Mercedes looks awesome. Thanks Extreme! 👍👍

The Best Customer Service Ever! The Receptionist was very sweet, kind and was very helpful! It is a warehouse, the parts are not perfect but you get a very good foundation to start with for a shockingly low price! I will be buying all my parts from them!

Customer service was top notch. They helped me answer questions about parts for my Lexus RC350, but unfortunately they dont carry anything for the RC yet. They did mention that in the future if they decide to make parts that I could be the prototype vehicle! Woohoo cant wait until that unfolds! :)

The products sold by this company is sub par, there is a serious lack of fitment, do not buy from this company. Stay as far away as you can. BMW F10 front bumper splitter is nowhere near what it should be the rear difusser does not fit, and has no way of properly mounting. The state carbon fiber, and its fiberglass and with a carbon fiber look. Pure garbage, I actually thought to give this company a shot in using there products for my company, and there is no way I will use them again.

I was looking for an inexpensive option to replace my car bumper and came across the Duraflex line. After seeing mix reviews of the product, I decided to take a chance. I’m glad I did! The product exceeded my expectations and the body shop mentioned that it was one of the easiest bumpers to install.

Id recommend this shop. I called in on a friday to get a quote, and had my parts early the following week. The guy who helped me over the phone was also very helpful. Kudos.

Went here to purchase a C-West Style bumper for my 06 RSX and they gave me a discount on the bumper! It was originally $175 but the owner (forgot his name) brought it down to $128.50!! Was really stoked about that. Only giving 3 stars because the bumper did not align very well on my RSX. Yes I know some bodywork is required but there was at least a 1 inch gap between the headlight and bumper and the edges were jagged. Ended up selling the bumper just because it would cost too much to have them fabricate and mold the bumper on. Otherwise good service and prices.

The sales team over there really helped me out. They knew their stuff and I got exactly what I wanted. I think a guy named Matt helped me out and hooked it up. They have some really nice stuff.

I purchased some side skirts for my vehicle. Everyone was really nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood the process of fitting this item. I took the side skirts to my body shop and they installed it in no time. Thank you ED for making this process very positive.

Appeared to be a great product once finally in my hands. Item looked fine until actually fully unwrapped, when inspecting your item be sure to have a knife or sissors handy to fully inspect item. I did not have this available at the time of inspection and wasnt able to look at the corners of my broken bumper due to the use of tape and foam wrapping in the corners. Due to this there was concealed damage. Currently waiting for a response from the company.

I drove all the way to Fullerton to buy and pickup some parts for my car. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Right when I walked into the lobby I was greeted and took care of. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was in and out quickly with no complaints.

ED sells some pretty decent stuff. Lots of options to choose from the cheaper line Duraflex to the top of the line Aero Function. Not only do they have the best looking kits at a reasonable price, the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Since the kits are aftermarket, fitment may not be 100% spot on, but good enough to have the body shop fix some flaws. I understand that since it’s an aftermarket part, things can’t be 100%, but for the price it’s great. Nonetheless though, I am satisfied with my product and probably get this kit again on my next project car.

I ordered my 4runner 4x4 with no hood scoop because of the glare issues the stock hood has. But I’m missing the look of a hood scoop. One solution was to paint or place vinyl on a OEM hood, but it’s over 1k! The Duraflex option is lighter and easier on my wallet. Provides a hood scoop and even offers a carbon hood option. It’s always good to have tons of options when shopping for parts for your car. I ended up ordering the hood, Installation was a breeze and fitment was about 90%. Body shop made some corrections, but it was nothing too hard for them to handle. Super satisfied with the quality, fitment, and price!

Got a set of carbon fenders for my car from these guys. The first set had a small chip on the inside,but since my car is my baby i asked if they had a perfect set. Took them a few minutes but the second set was absolutely perfect. They have a one year warranty on the clear coat so im not worried about the Cali sun yellowing them out.

Beware customers! If you buy a product from them don’t expect customer service to contact you if you need help. They will not call you back or respond to your emails. I bought a hood through this company and I needed to ask some questions about my hood but cannot get a response. Wouldn’t recommend this company to someone. Still waiting on a response and it’s been two weeks. If there was such thing as half a star for rating i would. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered an 03 350z front bumper and came in broken in 2 diffrent areas and they did not want to be responsible and were very rude upon help request....some of us work hard for our money to be ripped off by cheap companies like this never buy and stay away from this company period.

I am a first time customer that purchased 3 things from them directly. Drove 40 min to purchase and pick up the products to prevent any damages from shipping. As a first ting customer, I was not told to inspect the products before taking them home. Came home to look at the products and saw that one of them was damaged. Now, thinking it came straight from them, the products would be in good condition and no damages but one of the products had a damages. Came back the next day to see if I can exchange but all I was told by a manager was our rule is that you have to inspect the products when picking it upIm a first time customer and NO ONE told me anything. All I was told was to pick it up. What kind of service is that. A first time customer should be told of all the rules when getting the product. Wasted my money on a damaged product and my time just driving there.

Terrible company! Due to the fact I just ordered one of the z body kits and receive it and they send me two driver side front fender flares and not the passenger side! Then you contact the company and they say you have all the correct pieces after I sent them countless pictures of how they are wrong and the cuts dont line up with the side skirt! I wouldnt recommend buying any kit from this company at all!

I bought a lip for my RSX and am absolutely thrilled with it. Its made out of surprisingly strong fiber glass and you cant beat the price! Would recommend it to my friends.

Call by phone, said they had the part, that it was overstocked. Went to the location, waited 2 hours for them to tell me that they were having difficulties finding it. Called back the next morning and they said that they were out of stock and not ordering more of that part. Overall, sucked! Service just sucks. Theyre not even updated with their own inventory. Could have just said from the beginning that they did not have crap.

Just had the unpleasant experience of doing business with these jerks. Ordered a hood from them for a Hellcat. Recieved the hood and was astonished at the poor quality of the product. The fiberglass was horrible, the edges were malformed, and where the inserts should go looked like a blind man cut them out. The hood would need 8 hours of fiberglass repair before it could even be painted. I called extreme dimensions to return the hood and was told that to return I would have to send pictures showing how it fit on the car, and that I would have to pay for the shipping to return it. This company sells you garbage products then when you want to send their garbage back to them youre stuck footing the bill. Stay away from this company and the garbage overpriced junk they sell!

UPDATED REVIEW:I initially had a HORRIBLE experience... BUT it doesn’t seem to be Extreme Dimensions fault. I purchased a Duraflex R-line Front Bumper for my Passat and it came damaged. Unfortunately CarID (also know by Onyx on the BBB) uses the cheapest, laziest shipping freight YRC and the bumper arrived on a rainy where the driver literally left it outside, I don’t know who signed for it at this point and bolted. As expected with my luck, there was irreparable damage with the bumper. I contacted CarID and they said they contacted the manufacturer. They then basically told me to pound sand.NOW THE IMPORTANT PART... fast forward a bit and I left a review reflecting my recent experience. The owner from Extreme Dimensions reached out as you see below and got me in touch with a friendly customer service agent named Mac. She was a breeze to work with and she did me right. I got a full refund and a sincere apology. GIVE EXTREME DIMENSIONS A SHOT TO FIX IT if you have a problem. They may not have even been notified from my experience. And their products look great. 😉Original Review: Bought one online and it came missing pieces. The scoundrels took the chicken way out and because I wasn’t around to sign for it when it was delivered to the shop, by a freight driver who dropped it off and bolted because of rain, they denied to replace an apparent piss-poor quality bumper that came missing pieces. Working in automotive, it will be my pleasure the destroy there name any opportunity I get here in Houston and with all whom I come in contact with. I may only be one person, insignificant to Extreme Dimensions, but word of mouth is powerful.

After researching on updating the look of my Gen 2 Toyota Prius, I came across Extreme Dimensions. I was in shock on the amount of products they offer for my Prius. They even have Polyurethane pieces for the Prius, that’s awesome! Called in to ask a few questions, customer service was very patient to answer my questions and put an order in for the Couture kit. Where can I start? After reading some 1 star reviews I was a little nervous about purchasing from ED. I am glad they were wrong because everything was smooth sailing for me. I wanted to pick up the parts I bought online, so I took a trip down to pick up the parts. The lobby had quite a few people already there, but I still got the attention that I needed. I understand that it takes some time to pull the parts I just ordered and with other people in front of me, I was scared I was going to be there a while. A guy came out from the office and offered everyone Rockstar Energy drinks for the wait. Customer service here is top notch! Great products with great service.

So I called Friday morning for a carbon fiber 350z hood, picked it up later that afternoon and installed it right after. Fit like a glove! I really dont know what some people expect to get. Its not a OEM piece. Being in the show scene for many years, anytime you get a body kit, you know there will be a bit of modifying and prep work. If they are expecting to get something that fits like OEM why not just buy OEM? I got my kit and did a little prep work and it turned out nice. Thank you Extreme Dimensions for the great stuff

Since I don’t plan on doing any hardcore offroading on my Toyota Tundra, I wanted to spice things up with my tow rig with some style. The Duraflex product line fits the bill compared with the more expensive brands using a urethane material. If I were to go offroad, I would have used something else. Price for the fenders was super cheap and turned my bland looking truck into a pre runner style truck. Customer service was top notch, I just wish there’s more parts for the Tundra! Awesome for the price.

This isnt about product quality but rather the lack of competence of the sales team. Wasted a lot of time and gas driving from San Diego to pick up a part I was told that was in stock only to find out it wasnt upon arrival. I get it stuff happens but I waited over an hour in the lobby to essentially be told they messed up.

This was by far, the biggest ripoff cheapest piece of junk Ive ever seen, I ordered a whole body kit, and it took so much modifications to make it look decent, it cost 5 times the price of the junk I bought. Every piece came damaged, I was told I would be reimbursed, until it came time to pay! They ignore your calls and lie to you, just to get u off the phone when someone does answer. I wouldnt recommend this product to nobody!! Its junk!!!!! DO NOTBUY!!!!!

The fiberglass hood for a 2007 ford f 150 would not fit, check out pictures and tell me what you think..edges not good at all. Right corner about a half inch to high, a total nightmare..

I bought a fender flare kit p/n 109952 from this company through andys auto sports and the quality was poor and the rivet indentations were not uniform or the same size.The information on the website from andys stated that an installation guide and hardware was included.It was not so they lied..Stay away from Extreme Dimensions parts or you will not be happy

Purchased on eBay, Picked up In person. I got a new stylish bumper cover from Extreme Dimensions. Wow. They are huge! I had no idea how large the company was, I knew it wasnt some guy in his garage but I just expect this. Very Professional. I drove 3 hours each way to save $ on freight. GPS guided me to a warehouse shipping industrial area. NOTE it is marked ED on the Corner of the building but if youre lucky enough to go there in person youll note The cool rides out front. Clearly the employees use their product. I should have written the name of the person from recieption, She was very helpful and welcoming. She explained it would take about 30 min. to have my part brought out, so expect this. The company is huge and they ship lots if products world wide. Similar manufacturers would never let an individual pick up a single item. Imagine going to the Ford Factory to pick up your new Mustang. ED is big business with a small shop feel. Kudos.P r o f e s s i o n a l installation is recommended. It seems the only negative reviews I have seen are from amateur auto body DIY people. I am one too, but I also have reasonable expectations. YouTube Videos make it look easy so I wanta give it a shot. I know if I do it my self it wont look as perfect as the examples of their product I have seen in magazines or at car shows. Ill post photos later. Show you how I did.HIGHLY Recommend.

5 STARS!!!!!! I dont even know where to start. Everything from purchasing the parts to installing was a breeze. I bought their new Carbon Creations Dritech line hood for my Camaro and all I can say is wow! I only had to adjust the fitment once because it fits just like OEM. If you ever had to install an aftermarket hood before you know what I am talking about. The weave and reflection of the carbon fiber is flawless. 5 STARSSSS!!!!!

Fast service and good prices

I have already order two separate body kits for a 04 GTI, one was made from duraflex and other from couture, both came in horrible form, first the one from duraflex came Cracked on the corners and bumpers completely deformed, trim all around with cuts didnt even look like proper, not even close to what they put out there on the net. And this last one from couture, completely horrible, front bumper with deep scuffs and suppose to be polyurethane not even close either .seem like 3 different pieces were clued than properly machined, seems like half and half, trim all bad, my rockers completely warped too and its supposed to be new coming from the manufacturer, for this amount of money and time that I have spent with them... absolutely not worth it, and terrible customer service too, I now just want my money back from this last purchase and go ahead and purchase a kit from Eurogear USA, .. people again dont purchase unless they start working on better service for us customers.

Great company and great service. Ill be going to them again to finish off my Porsche.

It was very easy to install and I also fiberglassed it to my truck and it looks amazing and stronger than ever I can even stand on my side skirts. I got a sooooo called Duraflex bumper, the video shows been flexible and durable, thats why is call DURAFLEX, but what I got was a bumper with paper work showing thats a real duraflex item, but it was made of regular fiberglass, this things cracks just by looking at it... It sucks, I pay for something else and got a regular cheap fiber bumper, whats the point of calling it duraflex... They should call it Brakenoflex..... Look at pics, this product sucks 100%...

Horrible customer service. Called to make sure they had a part in stock, and told me yes twice. Ordered it and went to will call to pick. After waiting for 2 hours in the lobby and leaving to find out 3 days later when I went back they were out of stock till next year. I will never do business with these people again.
