I worked as a driver for this company from Nov 2018 to Jan 2019. I was involved in a minor accident and I was at fault driving a company vehicle. I was terminated but the company either does not have insurance or are failing to provide their insurance information which is required by state & federal law. So the insurance company of the car I hit is going to take me to court because I was the driver. Its been 3 months and MDI has failed to provide the required insurance information. Does anyone know which state agency to contact to get their MCP permit revoked. This company made me sign for a employee handbook they dont have. They gave me a gas card that didnt work and I had to use my own money to buy gas which was not reimbursed.
