I’m sorry to say that I was extremely disappointed with the technician and results. I thought I’d support a local company and the reviews I read supported my decision. When the tech arrived he was driving a truck advertising HVAC and plumbing ... I thought I was having my sofa and possibly 2 area rugs cleaned so why didn’t the truck indicate that they were from carpet and upholstery cleaners? That should have been a warning, which I ignored. The tech then brings in a machine that was dirty and covered in paint splatters, dropping hoses that leaked filthy water onto my rug. After looking at my sofa, which I admit was quite dirty (thus the professional cleaning), he said I needed a DEEP cleaning, and proceeds to squirt two agents on my sofa, turns on the machine and soaks one cushion on my sofa and “cleans” two swipes as a test. Then he told me he was going to give me a “package deal” that resulted in tripling the price I was originally quoted. He convinced me that that was what was necessary to get my sofa CLEAN! I have hardwood floors which he proceeded to soak while “cleaning” my sofa, having no regard that he was also soaking my recliner (leather, thank heaven) and my oak end table. He did offer to clean up after himself... with a filthy towel. He told me not to touch anything for 4 hours and that the spots that were still visible would “go down” as the sofa dried. The sofa was still wet the morning after, well past the 4 hours... and this was after I moved the cushions and pillows off the sofa so that they would dry... he “cleaned” both sides. And the spots and some additional areas don’t look a lot cleaner than when started. Obviously I will not recommend this company or ever use them again... it was also interesting that I hired one company, signed work papers for a different company and the charge on my credit card was another company altogether!

Fullerton Carpet was here last Tuesday to clean our carpeting throughout the whole house. They were here for a couple hours and left the place looking good. It was dry enough to walk on an hour or two later. The carpet still looks good today. The last company cleaned it and the dirt came back a few days later. Fullerton got it deep cleaned.

The carpet cleaner only uses water. That is what the guy told me. Then the guy dumped the dirty soap and water in the front yard. Now there is trash in the yard. The cleaner guy was very rude. I would not recommend them to no one that is how bad they are.
