I always like to rent cars at Enterprise. They make things simple and easy. Just show and the car is ready. Took me less than 10-15 minutes, I drove out of the their parking lot.I like their after-hour return...just park, lock and drop off the key. Love it!The Expedition i rented is a little bumpy, it has over 50K miles. I suggest it is time for Enterprise to get rid of it.All is good!

When you think you are getting a well inspected and reliable vehicle to travel with family, be mindful that you might get less than expected. I paid in excess of $1000.00 and was given little compensation for a vehicle that blew a tire on a freeway on-ramp. This occurred 10am and was going to be without the rental for 8 hours due to me having to take vehicle to a tire shop. That is ridiculous. However, a kind fellow assisted me with changing the tire on the shoulder of the freeway and I was on my way, lost about an hour of travel time.

The customer service I received here definitely exceeded my expectations.After a complicated experience at hertz the other day I wasnt sure what to expect. But Daniel made it extremely easy and accommodating for me.WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION 👍

All in all the experience was good. Loved the car. The only issue I had was the inside was not fully clean. It did not appear it had been vacuumed out or wiped down. Other than that, customer service was great.

Renting from Enterprise has always given me great service, especially the Fullerton Branch off of Commonwealth.

Friendly Employees, but Dishonest Runners, and limited Availability.Used this rental service as part of an insurance claim. Employees seemed super friendly and willing to help, but they did not have the car I reserved (mid-size sedan) and gave me a 3-row suv, which cause parking and comfort issues with such a big car, had it just over a week, and the whole time they told me they didn’t have anything smaller. I heard a few other “well, we don’t have that car, but….” While there. There was also an issue where, when I received the rental, it had 1/8th of a tank left, and was just enough to comfortably get me to the gas station.**Now, the dishonest runners/cleaners- when I returned the car, I mistakenly forgot my wallet inside, and they called me and told me they found it while cleaning.Now while I greatly appreciate them contacting me about my wallet, I did not appreciate them stealing the cash inside, and stuffing 3 $1’s back in. Extremely unprofessional and shady.

Ive had a couple of great experiences at the Enterprise - Fullerton location. Would choose this location over most.

One of the customer service ladies was very unfriendly and act like the car personally belong to her but another one of the attendants actually two of them were very friendly. I noticed they gave discounts to certain people other than that the car I rented was excellent 🙌

Terrible unfortunately. Usually the opposite. Seems the employees there are unhappy and dont know how to give good customer service. They could start with allowing people in the facility instead of making them wait outside. I dont like spending money and being treated like a leper. Very unfriendly! The rest of my experience is to detailed to get into. Bottom line when you have a customer, treat them like youre job depends on it!

Breezy did an exceptional job, explaining and showing the available models, I w upgrade my rental!, she did not push anything. Breezy took her time and let me choose what I wanted. I recommend this facility!

Location was convenient and I appreciated that they called me for a day early pick up the day before Thanksgiving. I did not like the high pressure sales for insurance coverages especially when my current insurance covers at least some of it. The pressure was so strong I gave in and bought some coverage just to move forward with securing the vehicle. I probably will avoid them in the future to avoid the sales pressure.

Easy as 1,2,3. Had some body work done on my car, enterprise picked me up, put me in a vehicle and I dropped it off at the repair facility when done. cant get any easier than that.

I wasnt happy with my experience. I was told ill get a certsin car over the phone which was toyota rav4. They give me a nissan kick. Then the gas was below half way. The price per day changed from 1 to 5. Over the phone the price was 1 per day. My car insurance covered the rest. He added insurance to the rental without my consent. He mad me sign without disclosi g why the price went up.

0 stars. Spoke with 2 females over the phone, both verified that I could use Apple Pay since I did not physically have the credit card on me. Spent 60 dollars in Lyft fees to get there for them to not be able to rent me a car since they apparently don’t take Apple Pay . Very frustrated & down 60 dollars & no rental car. The gentleman who did the rental agreement for the car was very courteous and helpful. I had no problem. However, I had some issues with the return of the car and thats where the whole ordeal went to another level. I had serious emergency which was beyond my control and I instructed my daughter to contact you and have the rental returned, well thats when I was snubbed on and told that would be b!ack listed from Enterprise. I recently rented at the branch in Fullerton. The staff was very friendly and efficient, especially John who set me up with a convertible bug. The car was perfect for my stay in the area. Both pick up and drop off were quick, easy and a pleasant experience. I will definitely book with them next time Im in the area.

Poor logistics on behalf of the company and third party. If they are aware that certain trends are occurring due to COVID then they should not overbook cars in their lot. They should also offer to help resolve the conflict by contacting sister branches. Fist and last time, trying to rent from this location.

Im 9 months pregnant, was in a car accident and was recommended from the car repair shop to come to this enterprise to rent a car. I had proof in an email of my license renewal and they would not except it. So instead they rather me expose my unborn to the conditions of covid and go to the dmv to get a print out of the same information that shows proof I renewed my license as my email showed. So I had to go to the dmv the next day and even the dmv asked why didnt they accept the email and id. The whole point of having access to the dmv online is to prevent exposure. So after 9am to about 1pm I leave the dmv go to the enterprise and then the rep who helped asks o did you have to wait long what kind of dumb comment is that. No empathy what so ever of this heat and being 9 months pregnant having to deal with this.

The agent was very friendly..he definitely would have kept the rating at a 5!. The overall rating of 3 is due to the truck being a dirty inside/outside and it was a smoking vehicle. I ordered a non smoking.

Branch manager Cedric is a very nice person and he always helped me to get a vehicle that fits my journey for great rate. Fast service youre in and out . I Loved it..

They are the best. They are so friendly that by the time you leave there, you almost feel like old friends. They’re fast and friendly. In and out faster then you would think it would take, when you have a reservation. I’d say they have offed me a FREE upgrade when it was possible at least 50% of my visits there. I didn’t even have to ask. I’ve tried the Airport before because of they’re prices. Only problem is they have hidden fees sometimes. When all is done, I could have went to enterprise and been picked up and dropped off. For the same price or less. My car is being repaired so I need the pick up and dropped off service they have. I have rented cars since 1999 with Enterprise and have never been disappointed with any vehicle and if I needed an extension it was never a problem. The people there are very friendly and they are practicing all recommendations by the CDC during this uncertain time due to Covid-19 for our safety and theirs.

This is a review for the Fullerton location on Commonwealth.From the time of my first rental in Oct. 2016 to present Ive NEVER experienced any problems renting from this location. The staff is awesome; theyre considerate and very accommodating to your needs. The vehicle selection is great and you cant complain about their pick-up/drop-off service. They are attentive to issues and proactive in meeting your needs. They definitely strive to provide excellent customer service. I recommend this location to any and everyone. The Laurens, Brian, Ellis, etc. yall are/have been fantastic to work with! Keep up the great work!

Service was fast. The gentlemen there are friendly and helpful. I only had one blip where the vehicle I rented had the radiator icon come on while I was driving. Fortunately I was still in the area and was able to drive back to the rental office to have coolant added and they provided me a discount to my overall bill.I have rented fom this location in the past and will again in the future.

This place is truly terrible. My experience is nothing but frustration every time I go to this place... Or any enterprise for that matter. They spend time trying to con me into not giving me a car and going back and forth with my insurance and at the end of the day a car is given after tons of stress. Its as if the staff is trained to say we dont have a car for you unless you want to pay a lot of money. Do yourself a favor and go with any other alternative. This place is a bunch of cons trying to rip people off.

Switched the compact they promised. Gave 2/3 filled gas tank. Gas tank lid was missing. Though customer service was good.

While the reservation was honored and we were able to pick up and drop off our car in a timely, efficient manner, there is one thing that didn’t make sense. Enterprise advertises “we’ll pick you up.” When we inquired about that the employees said that they were short staffed on Sundays with only an office person and a manager in the building, so we had to take a Lyft. When we got to the office, there were at least 5 employees there. That didn’t make us feel very valued as customers.

I have been a enterprise platinum member for years, gone to several locations. This location is super busy, although the employees are awesome . Very friendly and very helpful, They have many cars to choose from.. you walk out of here very satisfied. I would recommend Fullerton location because of their employees. Ive had to rent a couple of cars this year, due to unfortunate circumstances on the road. The crew at this Enterprise location is great! They always greet us with a smile, and they dont mind giving a ride as needed. I love the fact that I dont need a credit card to rent cars here. We dont believe in debt, so we have to look for car rentals who will work without credit card holds. Great work Enterprise! Keep it up!

My experience with the central reservation person was awful .I was stranded in a parking lot waiting for a tow truck and the lady on the reservation line was insisting on following a script and would not deviate from it. She would not deviate long enough to listen and to try to understand that i had already called the closest Enterprise location and they were waiting for the reservation to come to them. It took over 15 min to get this person to listen to me and understand that I knew what I needed..After another five minutes of back and forth she then acknowledged that I was an Enterprise Plus member, She finally sent the reservation thru.To put this in perspective; I called AAA, had a tow truck dispatched, and had the car loaded on the truck while still trying to secure the reservationClearly the script needs to be amended to allow the person to first listen and then place us in the proper part of the reservation process.Thankfully, once the Fullerton CA location finally got the order, the rest of the experience was great. Alexia was the rep and all went smoothly.

I used enterprise in Fullerton, CA on Commonwealth to rent a 12 passenger van two weekends in a row to transport family to and from LAX. The experience was seamless in that it was prompt, courteous, and friendly. The agents working there were easy to talk with and went out of their way to expedite my reservation. The young people who work for Enterprise always have seemed professionally minded and it is obvious they have been selected carefully by Enterprise. They are career oriented and service trained. Enterprise has been my vehicle rental of choice.

Family & I traveled two hours to complete a reservation, once arriving an employee/Rachel stated there was no phone number on file to reach out to us to inform us there was no van available. Once my family showed Rachel the confirmation/reservation and the phone number listed, she mentioned her manger would be in come Tuesday. Asked for at least a credit for the inconvenience she restated her manger would be in Tuesday.

Plenty cars, trucks and SUVs to choose from. Everything taken care of outside 😷. Rented a truck still had the new car smell🥰. Everyone extremely friendly and helpful.

It was a Sunday last minute reservation. They were pact with customers. Everything was quick and simple. The customer service was superb. Im satisfied.The car was nice. The office is professionally run. Its a smooth rental except for the fact that they didnt tell me the current promotional price of $25/day until after I said the price they were quoting ($44/day) was too much and Id go check the competition.On the up-side: they comped me a full day when I complained that a lack of night-drop-off on Sunday caused me to rent it 2 extra days for a Monday night return. I though that was very thoughtful of them - and they didnt have to.

Ive rented 4 or 5 times from this location. Each time I make an online reservation before arriving for pickup. The customer service has always been excellent, friendly, and professional. Most times they were able to pick me up or drop me off with only a few minutes to wait. Sometimes the wait was 15-20 minutes, but it sure beats walking. They have also upgraded me when my requested vehicle wasnt ready. I am very pleased with the staff and service at this location. Two thumbs up, ten gold stars, 3 back flips! I made my reservation, purely by chance, via the loyalty department, and the terms, conditions, special offers and more were made well aware to me up front and the rental location honored every aspect of the agreement. I couldn’t be happier.As a 45 year Gold member of Hertz Rental Car, I was amazed that the identical rental with Hertz would have cost me an additional $400+ !!!

I frequently rent cars from Enterprise and have for years. Previously, when local, I would rent them from the Disneyland area rental office. But this time I got a car from the Fullerton office.This was far more convenient! Additionally I got an upgrade to a luxury car at no additional cost because they had rented all their full size cars.I spent less time waiting for the paperwork than usual and felt the staff was working hard to make me happy.Its very likely Ill rent my next car from the Fullerton office.

Very bad. I rented a car two weeks ago in that store. They took advantage of me because I was in a hurry and sold me a bunch of useless insurances. Ok, my fault because I was naive to trust them. But the worst was about to come. When I returned the car, they charged me U$106 more of the original signed contract. The charge was about two values, the first one was an overpriced service and the other one was a service I did not sign for. They made the refund, however, there was no receipt of it and my bank could not identify the refund yet. I contacted the customer care, there were two responses saying: Someone of the Fullerton´s store will be in touch with you soon. Well, till now, nobody contacted me. Eyes open in that store.

The only time I need to rent is generally for travel on major holidays. That being said, the folks at Fullerton Enterprise always make it as quick and painless a process as they possibly can. Everyone I have dealt with at this location has been pleasant and helpful, its the other customers I wish I could rate! If youre NOT going to use a major credit card to book, dont forget to bring 2 house bills and a bank statement (I know it sounds excessive but you can pull all that up on your phone in 5 seconds.) So then your not the guy screaming at the poor employees on Christmas Eve because youre unprepared.

The staff was courteous and very accommodating. I rented a small car (Toyota Corolla), but they upgraded me to a fully loaded Altima. An incredibly positive experience at a great price. Thrifty has a new repeat customer!

Ive rented at this location 3 times in last three months and it is always consistent. Staff is credible and my experiences have been positive. Sometimes website overbooks cars so at no fault of the location there may not be a vehicle ready right away. However staff seems to value your time and does all it can to accommodate you( A call, A ride, etc). I like this place.

I was quoted $36 per day. My car repair lasted 6 days. I expected to pay $216 and was charged $304. Beware of this agency.

By far the worst rental experience. I will never and do not recommend renting any vehicles from Enterprise again. Not to mention $500 and sum. I rent cars frequently, and never once went through what I went through with Enterprise, but there manager Brent is disappointing. He does not know anything about customer service. Never again will I rent from them. If I could I rate them 0.

I was not impressed with my experience at this location at all and may not rent from any Enterprise again, certainly not this location.First off I called for a pickup and gave them the address, I asked if being in Anaheim (the Anaheim location did not have a full-size available) was a problem and they said no and that my ride would be there within the hour. 20 minute later I get a call saying they will not pick me up as I am out of their pickup service area.I make my own way to the location and then they tell me that they require a Passport along with my Drivers License before they can rent to me. I have never had to provide that in the past and cannot find any official documentation stating that requirement. Before leaving I specifically asked if they had the car ready for me if I return with my Passport and they said yes.I returned Passport in hand and then they tell me they dont even have the car for me! They offered me an Intermediate sized car instead of the full-size one that I reserved and said theyd waive the drop fee for the hassle. I accepted that offer, but after returning the vehicle I was charged the full price including the drop fee! Customer Service was nice and submitted the refund request to accounting without much hassle, but I should not have had to call in the first place.

1 star is quite generous. I am very disappointed that for a second time they could not honor what my family and I reserved. There are specific reasons we chose the class of vehicle we did. They have lost a loyal customer who overlooked this issue the first time, but will not today. We ended up at Avis in Fullerton and got an even better deal. We will not be using enterprise again.

Due to a no-fault accident on April 7th i was placed in a rental car through Enterprise. It was not a pleasant experience from the Fullerton location. They took erroneous instructions from AAA insurance company and ended my rental coverage early resulting in them charging my CC several hundred dollars with no heads up or phone call. I only found out from a final invoice they sent to me, they had already charged my CC. After calling them they told me there was nothing they could do and call AAA. AAA admitted to the problem and told me to wait 5-10 business days for it to be cleared up. Its amazing to me how arrogant these large rental companies can be, they just dont care. I work for a large company out of Texas who uses Enterprise through their Concur program, this will be changed at the corporate level to reflect another agency. Horrible service levels.

I use Enterprise monthly. Very good to super sevice. I do miss the fact they are nowopen on Sundays and I don[t get a free day. My son is 25 so he helps with driving and that costs me $10 extra a day. Dont care for this charge. Im always concerned about the initial inspection of the car. Some agents mark small dings, others claim the ding has to be a certain dimension. My son and I report everything, but the whole process seems arbitrary. Cars are clean and ready, they pick me up, if needed,promptly, and the service is outstanding..
