Now this is a very old classic Santa Monica beach house with a super funky layout. One day, we just started smelling an odd mildew type smell coming from somewhere downstairs but we couldnt see any visible leaks.I called several companies for quotes but found no luck. One company wanted me to pay $500 just for them to come in and check the air quality... which made no sense because I know the air quality was bad, I dont need to pay half a grand to have you tell me that it is. I need to know WHERE the smell is coming from.I hopped on yelp and called around till I found Four Seasons Restoration and theyre a godsend, honestly. I spoke with Austin who was extremely warm and personable on the phone. He offered to send someone over at noon THAT VERY DAY! Austin also discussed options upfront regarding payment choices should they find any damage; they will work with your homeowners insurance as well which was a relief to hear. Especially since I wasnt thrilled about a huge upfront cost with the holidays coming up so close.Austin showed up right on time. He was very warm and friendly! Offered to put the shoe coverings on and did a thorough inspection of our home including the roof! He was able to quickly identify that it was from the kitchen and probably a leek that was in the dishwasher water supply line. They then quickly set me up with estimates and his team got to work and lemme tell ya, these guys are amazing from start to finish! I cant believe the level of integrity and professionalism that I experienced with them, wow! On top of that, Austin and his design team just knows how to make the BEST out of a situation, I mean take a look at how my kitchen used to look! Ive attached photos below to show how it looked before and how it looks now. Thank you for bringing my house into even better condition than it was, would definitely recommend.

Due to a broken pipe, I needed extensive work done on my house which was done by Four Seasons Restoration. He, Austin Ali, worked skillfully with my insurance company to enable me to get the best benefits possible. The work crews were capable, cooperative and considerate.Several months after the restoration was completed there was another problem that arose, which I suspected might have been caused by the original work. Although it was doubtful that this was the case I am happy to report that not only did Four Seasons fix the problem at no cost but they did so in an incredibly timely manner.

What a great company to work with! The communication from Austin was exceptional, not to mention customer service I received from Pedro. He exceeded my expectations! They are very personable and treat you like youre family. They truly care and genuinely provide service with 110% satisfaction. They were fast and easy to work with. Very professional. Four Seasons Restoration restored my kitchen, bathroom, roof, and hallway due to heavy rain damage to my home earlier this year. Once they started the restoration process, everything was done in a timely manner and they were very professional. After meeting with Austin before the project began, he assured me that everything was going to be just fine...and he was right! From beginning to the end, I was in regular communication with them and if I had any questions, they were cordial, prompt, and very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a contractor to take care of their housing needs especially after experiencing environmental damages, or if you need something within your house remodeled. This company was personally highly recommended by Gino, the plumber who had responded to my grandmas emergency response from Farmers Insurance. we were quite impressed with their style of work and how comfortable they made us feel from the get-go. it The anxiety that comes with construction was simply just washed away; their work was just very well put together. . Transparency is something I rarely see contractors have nowadays but we really enjoyed how Austin led us throughout the whole process of dealing with our insurance company and how he was even able to fit in a few upgrades by moving funds around - we got ourselves a brand new Samsung Fridge! we were so glad to see the work they showcase matched with their values and work ethics.My biggest worry was getting my living room dusty during the remediation process but man wow was I pleasantly surprised with how Hector, Omar, and the other blonde guy did such a beautiful job containing the work area. Workers showed up on time each day and left the work area clean and well organized. very rare to expect such a pleasing service from a construction company, highly recommend.

This company definitely stands for its core values of great work ethics as everybody talk about in their reviews. Workers were supper professional. The Project Coordinator/Manager is a great team leader, who I believe seems to be the owner of the company. We had few bad incidents with HVAC system during the project but Austin and his assistant found alternatives very very quickly to satisfy us.After interviewing 3 other contractors. Four Seasons restoration was the company who delivered their services exact as they promised. First 2 contractors were ridiculous. They didnt seem to be interested in the job after we told them that our insurance company had denied our claim. It looks like they were only interested in insurance jobs, instead of helping someone whos already going through tough times with their insurance company.Four seasons restoration people treated us like no others. Perhaps, because the owner runs the whole operation, he truly works extra hard to make sure you are happy and thats just my honest observation of this company. I wish them much success in future. Four Seasons Restoration Owner Austin as caused our insurance claim to be come a huge mess.Multiple line items they did not do, but took the money.They did pack-out and are lying about how many boxes were used and over charging us for the boxes.They do not hold a movinglicenses, per Bureau of Household goods Restoration company are regulated and are to have a moving licenses, insurance and workmanship.They did not follow protocol of that license.Also Austin informed his 2 laborers to remove all the drywall in our kitchen/living rooms to be removed, but it all has asbestos pertaining material. So they illegally removed asbestos material without having the proper certification of a C-22 along with his contractor B license.His employees Jovel and Gabriel are just laborers. But Austin uses them as they are Journey carpenters, as they dont know how to do finish work. They couldnt even paint correctly, they ruined all brand new 11 doors, they painted latex over enamel with out proper preparation. It started peeling off the next day.My experience with this company is they dont know what they are doing.They went through 3 other contractor license.Which sadly 1 passed away. The other 2 quits working with Austin because of his work ethics.That alone tells alot.He has placed a bogus lien on our home then followed with the lawsuit, after our lawyer was trying to work with them to find resolution.I believe Austin has committed fraud in multiple ways in our claim and falsely sending over a invoice that shows a lawyer wrote it but the lawyer doesnt exist. ( fraud)Kept all are household goods, personal belongings to date, over 1 1/2 years.Does this sound like something you want to deal with?I would suggest finding someone else who knows what they are doing.

Our church incurred $30,000 in water damage. Four Seasons Restoration repaired the building better than we expected. My dishwasher water supply line burst and flooded my house causing major damage to my kitchen and the formal living room. When I contacted my insurance company they sent a plumbing company and a remediation company right away but ohh gosh they both were not the best to work with. Specially the remediation company, they created even more mess and wanted to keep opening up the walls that weren’t effected. Not so honest people I felt. So I start looking for a good company with good reviews and found Four Seasons Restoration.This company is on a different level than most construction companies out there. One stop full service company vs dealing with single trade contractors.Honest and based off my recent experience, Four Seasons Restoration is very organized, professional and up to speed contractor. Our project was completed 3 days before promised completion date per our contract.Austin, Thank you for your extreme professionalism in handling our claim with our insurance adjuster. Jeff, from Farmers Insurance, really liked working with Austin. Me and my husband dealt with several contractors in the past but truly no one near come close as professional as you are. We thank you and your team especially Jovel and Gabriel for such an outstanding job you guys did.If there was an option, I would be more satisfy giving you guys 6 stars.

Our project was completed by Four Seasons Restoration back in January 2019. Austin reached out to me today in regards to product warranty on our appliances reminding me that February 2020 would be the last day to get our appliances serviced at free of charge which I felt was very kind and honest for a reputable company owner. He offered to have a technician to come out next week to get everything looked at one last time which I scheduled. We really appreciated his follow up.

I cant say enough positive things about Four Seasons Restoration, Austin and the rest of the team. I had a serious fire that started at my kitchen and burned good portion of my home. I call my insurance and they came out to inspect the property and with a little over three weeks they had a check ready for me. My old plumber recommended Austin, he came to my property was very knowledge and polite. He did his own estimate that was very different from the insurance company.The project required extensive repair, reframing, drywall, floor, electrical and. The also had to paint almost everything to take down the smoke smell. We were a little apprehensive with the whole situation but I went ahead and hired him anyway after seeing his reviews on Yelp. I couldnt be happier with his positive work ethic and high-quality results
