Pros: The staff was absolutely wonderful! Very polite, courteous, and helpful! Beds are super comfy, clean room, great AC, standard buffet selection.Cons: Buffet room was packed with people and they charged extra to take food out. Very tight space with few masks. The tv only has cable, but they have an HDMI port to plug something in.
Very nice hotel clean and well kept. Our room was clean and updated, nice bathroom. Not an overly large room but a decent size, our room had a balcony with a view of the pool. You can order cocktails and food from the tablet/phone in the room. Also close to a lot of good restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
I was able to book a room in the middle of the morning due to issues with another hotel. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. They took amazing care of us! The hotel also offers free breakfast. However, I think that the rooms could have been a bit cleaner. But I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

I only attended the orangecon IPMS held here. The hotel staff were so kind to provide fresh cold water to all attendees. The model contest went without a hitch and everyone had fun.
Positive: The tower rooms facing away from the freeway on the executive floor were very quiet. The location was great for working in downtown Anaheim. Negative: The room was 86 degrees when I checked in. It very uncomfortable and hot. It took about 10 hours with the air conditioner running constantly to cool the room to 75 degrees. After that the air conditioner worked fine and temperature was maintained.

Great place if youre not looking to spend much time in the room. Has a decent size fridge compared to most hotels. The room had an odor like someone had been smoking in the room. The sliding glass door to our balcony didnt have a great seal, so we could hear the traffic from the freeway throughout the day and night. The view was nothing special, you could see a parking lot and graffiti on the wall next to the freeway. My husband had asked for a pool view since it was my birthday and he wanted to make it special. They had given us a view of a pool table shop across the other side. Misunderstanding? They truly didnt do anything special. The girl at the front may have been new? We asked her what time late checkout was and she said it was an extra $33...my husband had already paid for the late checkout ahead of time, we just wanted verification of the time. However, she still knocked on our room around 11 a.m. the next morning to ask us if we wanted a late checkout. Heres hoping they didnt charge us 3 times. I will not be recommending this hotel to friends.

We shared a room with another couple and their little one when we went on a Disney trip. The location was at first off putting considering it was right by the freeway, but the rooms facing the hwy were actually divided by a hallway which I think really helped soundproof the rooms. We didnt hear the hwy the two nights we stayed there.The room was decent, your average hotel room, the ac worked awesome and kept the room nice and cold and the beds were decent too. The only downside was the showerhead, it was a bit weak and not a full flow BUT after sweating in the humidity all day, it did the trick.The free breakfast buffet...was free. The coffee was mostly water. They had those bomb waffle makers, so hot breakfast wise that was the only good thing. They did have cereal and some yogurt. So take that as you will.Would I stay again, possibly, its a nice reliable place. Improve the breakfast food.
Overall were so pleased with this place. It was nice & clean, parking was close, the price was fair, location only 10 min from knotts, breakfast bar was awesome. The 2 full size beds were kinda too small for 4 of us-wish I wouldve realized that ahead of time & upgraded but the beds were comfy 🤷🏻♀️

Great clean rooms. The staff was VERY professional, outgoing and very attentive. Stayed 5 nights and will most definitely stay again on our next family vacation! Very convenient right off highway 91 also!
Overall we happy with the hotel. It is very nice and clean. The employees are very nice and friendly. Specially the breakfast is awesome. We take two room for my family and we stay seven days. The place is very closed to Disneyland and Walmart.
We booked a room because we saw the hotel was pet friendly. I called them just to make sure our dog was okay to stay there. Once we get there we find that its a $75 dollar fee for dogs, thats a price hike of 37.5%. To me thats an insane price especially with no heads up. Room wasnt very nice. The television system was from the 90s, there wasnt even an option for a channel guide. The water pressure in the shower felt like someone was dribbling a water bottle on you. For the money I would avoid this hotel. Staff was nice though.
Great hotel, bad thing I would point out is that there are 2 elevators. In the lobby and one if the other side but to be honest they need 3.The pool! Man! Salt pools are a plus and the breakfast was very good!

The people at the desk were always nice. I cant say how any of the restaurants are as they werent open. They said the sushi place would be at certain times, but the doors were still locked then too. Room was clean and comfortable and parking was excellent. Security van made regular rounds through it as well. Probably wouldnt be a bad deal at all when everything is normal. Pretty overpriced for the limited amount of amenities available, but the location made it work for me. Im probably not going to use the amenities anyway, but I would stay here agajn.

A deeper cleaning in the restroom would be nice but overall amazing! I wish I got the name of the woman that helped me get my phone back from my room after checking out while my Uber was waiting for me, very quick & sweet. Will definitely be returning! Btw lobby & outside were gorgeous! Check-in was super easy & quick.
I had one noisy night facing the freeway. Never again. These rooms are moderately decent and with online discounted rates fairly priced. Free parking. Free breakfast is just barely ok. Cant take it to go. Must eat with others and its buffet style / self serve, which still makes me nervous. Sometimes kids running around. Jessica was very nice at front desk. Others are also mostly kind and mostly do a good job. Sakura sushi the man who worked there was super cool and make excellent rolls. So convenient to order and just walk over and grab it. Mma hand roll was yummy. We love crunch rolls and server recommended dumplings and they were great. Over all Hotel Fullerton offers a solid value, close enough to Disney if headed there but none of the crazy parking fees or other hidden costs. Pet fee is a one time fee and not daily but always ask before booking.
Positive: I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. I loved the extra care the staff put into things. Our towels were folded like sea shells. We had a phone in our room equipped with a tablet for communicating and ordering. Nice! Negative: The pool could have been a bit cleaner.
Positive: The location was good Negative: I paid for a king size suite and received a room with a full-size mattress. Also check in online says 3pm but it¿s actually 4pm. They do not allow early check in.
I checked into the hotel, used my Bank of America EDD Debit Card for incidentals, and got into my room with no problems. Two weeks later I booked a room for 2 nights on a third party website(as I had done previously), and went to go check-in. At check-in I was told that the same card I used last time to check-in was no longer acceptable and that whatever card I used, it could not be a pre-paid card and the card had to come from a bank. I spoke with a manager over the phone, because she wasnt available at the Hotel, and was told the same thing. I explained that my EDD debit card was indeed from a bank, Bank of America. I was told that although it came from a bank, it was considered pre-paid because it was EDD. So, two weeks previous, my B of A EDD card and money were good enough, but not now? I feel like this new policy, which i was told was put into place the previous week, singles out those who dont have brick and mortar bank, bank accounts, those who may only have EDD to live on(some of the homeless population), and I think that hotels should bot be able to choose their clientele based on form of payment. Not only was the manager not very helpful with my questions on the phone, she hung up on me. I was unable to be checked-in to the hotel and was told that I needed to contact the third party site I used to book the room, to get a refund. If the hotel is going to be the one to cancel my reservation, they need to contact the third party site for my refund, not me. If the time comes that I have a non-prepaid bank card and I am able to check-in adhering to the hotels new card policy, I will choose to not stay at the Hotel Fullerton.
Great hotel, nice and clean. Only bad thing was when we used the hair dryer our room had no power. We also requested house keeping at front desk but they never came.
My only complaint is that its not in a safe area. Some guy told the security guy he was with us and tried getting into the car with my mom and children. As far as I know, they never called the police. What wouldve happened if he got into our car?
This hotel is pretty basic. Customer service was nothing to be excited about and the pool was dirty. The rooms were spacious but out dated kinda thought we were paying too much for something so mediocre... went for a Staycation just for a little getaway, probably would book a stay here anymore. Looks cool in the pictures but the rooms were blehh.
I booked a room on Hotwire and they chose The Hotel Fullerton. I stayed 1 night in a room that they picked out for me with 2 queen beds that overlooked the pool area. The room seemed clean with plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo/ conditioner. They was a hair dryer, refrigerator, coffee maker with no coffee packs, cable television with many channels, and all the other basic hotel room provisions including the biggest cockroach Ive ever seen dead in the bathroom sink. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk they didnt seem to care as if it happens all the time. They have me 10% and said theyd refund my deposit? The deposit gets refunded regardless of a cockroach it not do that didnt make sense to me. The hotel has 3 levels and many rooms which made my stay a quiet one with nobody else rooming near by. They have a pool in the courtyard which needs attention because there were many sticks and leaves on the jacuzzi water where as I had to grab the pool net and remove them myself. I ended up not getting in the jacuzzi for this reason. The best part of my stay there was the Sushi Restaurant next to the lobby where the food was delicious. They offer soup, sushi, bowls, chicken, beef, Japanese beer, and saki at a slightly overpriced cost. The staff were very friendly at the restaurant. Breakfast was provided with eggs, potatoes, blitzes, bacon and sausage, orange juice and coffee, but was hard to find where it was being served at. Overall experience leads me to believe I would stay here again just for the overpriced sushi place.
Positive: It is very difficult to review a hotel with so many stipulations as a result of the virus. Breakfast was outstanding in that they delivered it to your room free of charge and you may place your order from a menu on the phone in the room. Nice move! Negative: Access to your room is somewhat of a maze. Just pay close attention to the signage and you shouldn¿t have a problem.
This place is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean the bathrooms and showers are spotless. The common area and kitchen are wonderful and everyone gets along.
Positive: It was awful and its understandable why they hide behind the pick-3 deal because they are awful. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Was not clean, had cigarette ash on the bed. Room was not cleaned before arrival. Negative: Everything. The hotel is dead, nobody is there, total ghost town. Creepy really. They do NOT clean rooms before arrival, non smoking rooms have smoke smell. They dont sanitize. Towels have TONS OF LINT on them.

Positive: They serve door to door breakfast that can be ordered via telephone. That¿s what made it two starts. Negative: The lobby is beautiful but it doesn¿t vary on to the rooms . They are old, breaking down, our tub had all the pain scrapping off . The two bedroom rooms have super small beds
Save yourself the trouble and book a different hotel. It was extremely overpriced. We called noise complaints about the room next to us multiple times in the night when it sounded like they were bowling, making loud noises until 6am. Managmant did nothing and didn’t care. Horrible guest service. You can’t take breakfast to go and they charge for coffee. Go book a Hilton 👌🏼
Positive: I love the location, I love the pool, the staff, everything is always accommodating! Negative: The hot tub was not working and a couple chairs at the pool were broken. Tough time locating pool towels but other than that the rooms were great!

We snap it back on to where it still worked and that was fine. 2nd night room 245 the bed had dog hair all over the top comforter and the second layer blanket. I didn¿t appreciate.

The fit and finish of this place was beyond my expectations and very good. Unfortunately one of their adjustments to the COVID-19 virus was stopping their shuttle service to Disneyland. While it is good that they had a COVID-19 response, I was hoping it ran to the downtown Disney area so my son and I could get out. I found it to be too far to walk to downtown Fullerton. While some of this is my fault for poor assumptions, they did market on their proximity to downtown Fullerton and their shuttle service.

Bed bugs, do not stay there!! Smells bad and musty, feels dirty overall. They will deny or address the issues, and not do anything to fix the problem.
Great hotel except i got locked out of my room and they couldnt get me back in till the next day. Staff was kind tho and gave me a free bottle of wine. Mixed feelings for sure on my part..
Although this hotel has a nice appearance and friendly staff, I had an unpleasant experience here for my first time stay at this hotel. After being in the room for about 1 hour, I went to use the restroom where I found a cockroach crawling across the sink. I killed it and threw it in the toilet to find out my toilet wasn’t even flushing properly. Later on before bed I decided to take a shower. As I was washing my hair I came to find out the conditioner container was empty and had not been filled up. I was very disappointed and upset that I paid about $140 a night for this hotel. I had higher expectations and standards. Probably will never go back.

Priceline has this place as 3.5 stars not sure why. Not dirty just old, the furnitures and rooms need update at least 10 years old. They also take picture of ID but they have no information on how that info is maintained and when its deleted or who they share it with. I will not be returning for that reason alone, privacy pretty big deal and this hotel doesnt seem to care.

My top-floor room with a balcony was not ideal. The shower/bath had nothing to stop the water for a bath. I had to clog up the drain so I could take a bath for my bad back. The front door was very loud to close or open, could use some adjusting, and there was a jammed door that looked like it MIGHT go to another room, but who knows. The girl at the front desk when I checked in could have been more friendly, more helpful with parking and a little more clear with where the heck my room was. Lots of walking around but at least I had a balcony. I may go back but wont be for a while. FIX THE DOOR>

This experience was a mixed bag. Check-in was easy, and we still could go through the front desk. They are very COVID responsible and have signs for masks and hand sanitizer everywhere. Our room, though, was awful. They put us on the side closest to the freeway, so the noise was terrible. The overhead lights didnt turn on (we tried for 5 minutes, but no go). The mini fridge put out this high-pitched whir that was so obnoxious we had to unplug the darn thing. Then when we went to bed, the room was really warm but no amount of fiddling with the AC unit could get it to turn on. It was our wedding night, and we wanted to stay somewhere special for it even though we live around the corner; however, we were so miserable (and unsure if wed even be able to sleep with all the freeway noise) that an hour and a half after checking in, we decided to check out and go home. Check-out was easy and the staff was very apologetic and kind. The look of the hotel is modern, updated, and festive right now for the holidays. The room decor was very nice. We are pretty practical, though, and given the issues with the functionality of the room, I dont recommend staying here.
The room was 76° when we first arrived after turning on the AC for over an hour it only went down to 75° I complained to front desk and after sending 2 people over nothing was fixed! This was with the additional fee for a terrace room
All in all I had a very pleasant stay. Great free hot breakfast brought to your room after you order from tablet phone. Beds could be better.

Reserved the room on orbitz so I felt like it would be a quality place. We reserved a king bed for 2 nights. We were Dropping our son off at college near by and decided to try it out. Upon arrival the parking lot was 90% empty so I should’ve known. We checked in and went to our room and as soon as I opened the door a strong smoke and extreme perfume over powered us. My wife has Asthma and immediately started having issues. I went to the front desk and she gave us a different room. Same issue!!! She informed me that they only had the 2 king rooms left and could give me a double. I’m 6’8” so I need to sleep on a king sized bed. I asked for a refund since they couldn’t provide me with the room I reserved that was clean and safe of mold / mildew / smoke and she refused and said I have already checked in and was required to pay the first night reguardless if I stay!!! Unbelievable!! Do not stay here if you want to stay healthy ! DIRTY DIRTY HOTEL!

I use to come here soo often because of the service. I recently just stayed here last night and got the room on the first floor outside the main entrance the bathroom was a bit dirty, on top of that the dispenser of the shampoo conditioner, were empty and destroyed / broken. I was very unsatisfied with my stay.

INCREDIBLE customer service!So pleasantly surprised by the wonderful customer service we received from Leah at the front desk - she was wonderful, helpful and so kind!! We had to postpone our trip at the last minute when our kids came down with the flu and Leah helped us reschedule no questions asked. The next week when we arrived at check in she asked if our kids were feeling better - I thought it was so sweet that not only she remembered our situation, but that she was so thoughtful to ask. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you Leah for your help and going above and beyond!
